DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. We have a telephone 24 hours ahead of our moving date stating that they weren’t able to adapt our period of transfer. We reside in a high climb and’d left the reservation a month beforehand and had obviously laid out our lift period because this is the only time which we’re able to reserve the lift.

Not only did they never help us out, but they had zero awareness of apology (especially 1 worker named Julie(shipment ) who had been utterly rude and blamed us for booking the elevator at that moment, although it was cited on our affirmation pdf in the firm ) – TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Should you really care about your reassurance and need a smooth movement, DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. We ended up spending $500 more and more needed to reserve another business in the last moment, and of course spent five hours on the telephone together and faking to locate another moving business a day before proceeding.

I’d give zero stars if I could.

Melissa in booking/sales along with the movers were fantastic. If this were the end of the narrative, I would rate 5 stars. But, unfortunately, it is not. I prepaid for a 4 hr move (AA stated they could not process payment on the weekend) with the understanding if we went below, I would find a refund; when we moved over, I would pay the gap on Monday. (The AA minimal is 3 hrs.) The movement came beneath the estimated moment. I achieved the next week – they didn’t have the paperwork filed yet and could phone me back. They didn’t. So I followed up the following week and essentially have continued phoning in nearly once weekly. It’s been acknowledged by numerous individuals within the workplace that I’m owed this money – but nobody can confirm that it has been cleared to be reimbursed or that it is in the process of being reimbursed. Each time I’m told they will need to phone me back or telephone bookkeeping or check with direction and – of course – nobody calls me back. It’s not a big sum, but it’s money I’m owed. It’s been now two months and AA hasn’t managed to process a $73 refund. I’ve now filed a complaint with BBB. AA, you chose a fairly stellar client encounter and continue to twist this up.

Employed Broker, American Moving and Storage in Allendale, NJ.  Was our 3rd transfer in 3 decades.  1st transfer was 8000, 2nd transfer was 6000.  Additionally, I advocated a buddy, whose movement was 7000.  This recent movement was around town. They grossly underestimated the quotation, or so the bill was significantly greater than quoted.  Invioce comprised fees which weren’t quoted.  We were planning to receive a POD to save half of our things, was talked to getting them store it.  What a mistake.  Were told that they want 1 week visit to supply the saved items.  Called, and has been advised it could be two weeks.  As soon as I offered to find out the material myself, they said I can for 600 more.  They said it’d cost $140/month to shop.  Afterwards came back with charges around $180 which were not quoted. They currently have my things held as randsom because we dispute the charges on the bills which weren’t billed.  I was yelled at on the telephone by the client services team, left several messages which have not been returned, etc.. |—–|-

Western gave a reasonable quote and delivered exactly what they said they’d. Everyone was nice and professional in the first sales man to the employees that helped us pack and move. We had a very unique piano valued between $50,000 and $60,000.  We were really worried it could be transferred without a scrape. As it happens, we’d no reason to stress. The piano has been delivered in excellent condition. Actually, everything has been delivered in fantastic condition.  I just discovered that my occupation is shifting me once again and I will be calling Western tomorrow!

I used them couple of months back for a brief distance transfer -only 3 kilometers and quite basic furniture. They shifted my cost quote 1 night before and wanted more money. As I needed to proceed that afternoon coz my rent was ending and it had been too late to discover another mover on this short note, I had been made to utilize them. Their workers were high on drugs if they arrived in my location!!! They were so rude and so stoned that they ruined my furniture and walls. They took 3hrs more than desired on goal so that I had to pay far more than I should have. Their customer support is really a joke and everybody was rude with me! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE coz this one is really a scam!

Long story short the business was playing important games together with the time that it took to finish the task and was trying to charge an additional hour at the top or the three hour minimum. Just had employed 2.5 hours and argued well within a half hour about completing the job beneath the 3 hours. In the conclusion when it was all agreed that I had been beneath the 3 hours that the driver called in for me to complete paying and advised them to bill 3.5 hours. Needed to assert AGAIN to get billed properly. Be sure to thoroughly record the time utilized to be certain that you aren’t contending with these folks. The call centre was quite favorable and fixed the matter. If they had not attempted tricking me into paying more I’d have absolutely given 5 stars. The reservation process was very smooth and they made sure all of my questions where answered ahead of the transfer. Sadly dropped short. It is a shame when the motorist was truthful this location would have been completely amazing when I had another motorist I believe I’d have had a much better experience.

Overall experience was great. The plumber has been friendly and hard working. I’d advise you to measure your doors. It required the movers an excess hour to work out ways to receive my sofa to match. I wound up paying a bit more than anticipated but they could get it to match.

The movers got all from my previous residence and in the new house fast. They were quite friendly and did a terrific job. Prices was going to the center of the bunch, that’s the reason why I selected them. They could adapt the issues that we had with both closings. In spite of last minute changes that they made all work. Overall it was a terrific experience.

I was somewhat reluctant when deciding to use a moving firm to our latest movement however my husband and I could not be more happy with the support we received. The movers were friendly, pleasant and incredibly attentive. We’d just set up new hardwood flooring, so I said it to them one time and they went over and beyond to be sure that the floors were not damaged. I’d certainly recommend this company to anybody in the long run!

They had been fantastic, they wrapped everything nicely and did not have some breakage. They were fast, the entire day was faster than we initially expected. Everything went off without a hitch.

Additionally, customer support followed up with me a few times before the move and following the movement to be sure I was fulfilled. I would suggest this moving business!

I was quite happy on how American Movers managed my movement and more so that the 3 guys that showed up. These guys took into account my worries and took great care in reason to make sure no harm was done to my furniture and other things. And I am happy I have not able to report!

I also need to mentioned the 16 and 1 liter boxes of novels. I have moved things before and realized how little I understand about moving. These men were like machines which just kept on moving. They also transferred an encyclopedia for me that is fairly hefty, I honestly believed they’d deny and that I would not blame them.

After we reached the new location they really took the opportunity to aid with the very best possible design for your bedroom furniture.

I was also quite impressed with the 1 mover who’s in school and now made to take online classes using his additional time to generate money. I must say I was motivated by that as many children today appear to believe they just need to play with video games.

Our transfer went quite cheaply. The movers were fine and very cautious with all of our furniture. It was good!

Employed A.A. to get a local move several blocks away. The men showed up in time. Got straight to function. Disassembled and reassembled what had to be, place furniture at which we taught, no fresh damage made. The booking staff were also simple to communicate and work together with, answered all of my questions.

Enjoy an excellent encounter with American moving now. Their team had been punctual, professional, courteous educated and productive. Our furniture has been transferred from 1 flooring in our home to the garage along with reduced amount to be stowed while we renovate our property. Everything went flawlessly. Absolutely no issues.

I had a Terrific encounter with AA American Moving. I working together with Ben, both Micah and Donna during this Procedure. They were all very attentive and answered all of my questions fast. Donna particularly was useful with answering all of my questions and worries. She helped me and answered me anytime through the night and day. The transfer itself was smooth and fast and fun. I’ll use them again once I move back again.

They have been excellent and attentive with my stuff. Punctual, practitioner, everything you would expect from professional movers.

First time going and moving independently. Was really worried and worried regarding the whole procedure.

Everything with this kind of maintenance and positive mindset.

After we arrived at the destination, then they began unloading the truck, asked and assisted me with the design of their new bedrooms and reassembled back everything together. No obligations, no difficulties. Finished inside the anticipated time, professionally and having a excellent positive vibe.
