5 Stars Movers

This business was hired through UHaul to maneuver already packaged apt. Furniture to new place using an extended time of 10 am. They did not appear. The truck was prepared, we were prepared, the lifts were booked in both places, the drives were booked in both places. Lots of people were inconvenienced from the circumstance. We had a tricky time calling them. After we did they refused we had a 10’m reservation although UHaul needed it into their own computer and also we had a confirmation email. They eventually said they’d be there at 10:30 am. They didn’t reveal. They prevented contact with us before they called to state that we had been cancelled. After we called back to explain, they stated WE cancelled. . That is ridiculous since we’re sitting here having a truck and simply needed to get on with it. This provider clearly couldn’t honor their contract and now state that people cancelled them. We’re still sitting here on the measures with all the truck two hours later – if they arrived right now we’d do the transfer. We certainly didn’t cancel – that they refuse to acknowledge they’d no movers for us. Don’t Use 5 Star Movers at KC!!

I could not think of a worst potential encounter. They even made my life hell. AVOID AT ALL COSTS – they will lie and steal away from you, send late without a suitable reimbursement, and split your furniture.
