I used 4WeHelp to get a local transfer on September 1, 2011. John, the individual with whom I had my first contact, was friendly, courteous, friendly, and totally professional and he ordered a somewhat hasty (two days notice) go for me. Matt and Gene, both 4WeHelp workers who showed up on Friday afternoon, came on-time and wasted no time before the truck loading procedure. They’re polite, courteous, and conscientious through the whole moving process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business to anybody considering a move.
I prepared what I could beforehand, such as removing drawers out of furniture. Two movers showed up if they stated they’d; stuffed their 14-foot truck with furniture in 1 hour; and emptied it in under 1 hour. They carried everything with straps, therefore there wasn’t any dolly banging the furniture on stairs. Both were professional and considerate. I was extremely pleased.
These men were Quick and worked hard the Entire time. That afternoon we just had any misc. Items plus a bedroom place to proceed. The issue was that they dented my mattress framework and also scraped the dresser and night stands by putting boxes at the top. When I registered a claim for repairs it had been refused. The motives were: Client states that a lot of the harm was done from the positioning of boxes that the client had supplied, The client supplied the vehicle and moving blankets. As we supplied labour simply, the things weren’t within our custody for the Whole movement and we were not responsible for procuring sufficient materials to protect them. Obviously I was quite frustrated to be blamed for the damage for my furniture when I never touched the Products. I wouldn’t suggest these folks to anyone.
Being on a really small budget, I could not manage the movers that ding you for every little thing, drive time, etc., . Two Men & A truck. I discovered this company online and they had a number of large reviews. Alex reserved my movement, and Zach & Mike worked tirelessly in my own move. I had all broken down and things wrapped firmly. Zach & Mike carried 3 boxes down the steps at one time in his or her back. 2 1/2 hours after I was transferred into my new location (load & unload). Nothing was damaged or broken. It is hard work and I truly enjoy their hard work.
Apart from having an hour late, I thought they did a fantastic job. Supposed to have 3 men and 5 showed up. 2 at a private motor vehicle. Men were fine, but when the movement was complete, that’s when the problems began. Tools went lost and spouse’s diamond necklace is lost. Additionally tip wasn’t distributed evenly. Gave to one of those men and he chose to keep 25 percent for himself and still take a cut of their rest 75%. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody that wants all of their possessions transferred without evaporating.
Overall they did a fairly good job. They were quite late in their birth. I had been told they’d conquer my location at 8 am, I did not get a call out of them before 9:45 stating they had been running late and that they would be there between 11-12. They called again at 11:30 stating the movers were 30 minutes away, and they eventually came at 12:30. They said I chased the quoted coming time and that they supposed to say they’d arrive sometime between 8-12, even if that’s correct, they still missed a 4 hour window and whenever you’re moving, wasted time adds up. After we got into the new location the team seemed a little hurried to get out of here and didn’t provide to reposition some of the furniture or really give me some time to examine everything for harm. After I did look once they left I detected several dings in my furniture.
They were among the cheaper businesses in the region and I figure you get what you pay for.
