HORRIBLE. Why can not I give 0 stars with this dreadful firm? From begin to finish my movement was a nightmare. This is the firm my moving agent Excalibur Transferring Group hired, 48 States at Maryland, to pick up my transfer took 74 times to receive my things to me. Each piece of furniture has been ruined. I’m missing somethings. I’ve got a box which does not belong to me personally. My appliances are ruined. They even had the guts to open boxes and then use the objects in the boxes to fill out the spaces onto the pallets. There were also boxes marked brittle on the base of the pallets with heavy furniture on top of those. Nothing has been wrapped or padded or protected at all. Are you serious? Both firms failed to satisfy the provisions and conditions of their contract and this review is submitted on both businesses Yelp pages. Worst experience ever!
