4 Friends Transferring of Melbourne treated us horribly. We experienced the moving company come out and transfer our house’s furniture. In the procedure, among the movers dropped a brand new nightstand off the very top of another floor outside flight of staircase carelessly and ruined it. We phoned their office to notify them of what occurred. They said they’d email a claim form but we needed to pay the invoice in total that day. I’d already went on the internet and pulled off what the new nightstand from Haverty’s could price. We told them it price 450.00 We consented against our better decision to adhere to this procedure and cover them.
The following day we filed the claim together with each of the images, description in detail of exactly what occurred and a statement for the replacement nightstand. After a few weeks had ago, we began to call to ask about when we’d be given a check. This began the endless”we’ll call you back” messages. Following 4 months had endless and past messages, I finally had enough. I called and requested to talk with the owner of this place. This location is so unethical. At length, an office supervisor advised that they would pay is $50.00 which would require 90 days to process. I am unable to even make up this. Know body will provide you their names, and they refused to provide me the proprietor’s name. When I said I’d write an overview on how we’re being treated a guy got on the telephone”claiming to be the proprietor” and informed me”that I want to back down it”. He started cursing at me with each name in the book and threatened to kick my A** when I did. WOW!!!
We all wanted was a response on reimbursement for their error that they informed us they’d cover full. Instead, we have an infinite run around followed closely by being chased out and jeopardized. We’ll never see a dime out of them.
Please beware, since there are much greater business’s than this to utilize. All these are bad men and women.

We moved us on Nov 29 worst moving business everthing was damaged or broken beds broke chipped things. I have always transferred myself and never needed any items damaged they were able to hurt everything please stay from the business You will find numerous things damaged I could place photographs of most of them

We hired this collection to manage my daughter’s movement from an apartment after which contracted together to hold her things in storage before we could determine where she’d be moving. The movement out was fairly uneventful though they had been much later than they’d promised, but they are trusted by us. . .or so we believed. For seven weeks we compensated for what we had been promised was storage. When I called to ask about moving her things to NY, it required at least three telephone calls for anybody to even give me a response. When I had been put on the telephone with”David”, I had been quoted an great speed. I requested him to send me a contract outlining exactly what the transfer and charges would entail. At the point he became dizzy. He began yelling at me and said,”that is the cost and you pay it or you do not receive your things”. Then I started asking about other potential moving companies just to learn that even the maximum bid was still thousands of dollars less than that which David quoted! Mind you, she only was transferring one bedroom plus a dining table and chairs! When I called back to inquire about making arrangements to have the following firm pick up the things to transfer it, David cussed at me and wrapped. I then called back and he screamed at me stating that he’d be sure we never watched any of our things again when I predicted back! This went on and on over a Couple of Weeks. He hung up on me, my husband along with his helper. At this time we thought we could never find my daughter’s possessions again. Eventually David told us we needed to cover his”staff” to unload the storage device and it’d be 500. I enquired what that was for and asked for this in writing to that he once again responded that we’d never see her things if we did not send a cashiers check for his speech. My husband then called the office back and talked to some Chloe who offered a $300 fee for the identical service. Nobody would ever email us ANYTHING in writing. We made arrangements to another moving firm to pick up her things and once I called to support , we all spurred to figure out from our”buddy” David that we can just get it in specified days as they just”unloaded” in the”warehouse” on particular days. We needed to rearrange with another business to adapt Four (not your) Friends. Quick ahead , we hired a guy to go mimicked the movement as we had been feeling VERY unsure about the movement as we had now figured out just how SHADY everybody at Four (not your) Friends shifting was. I called the day before to confirm the time and date and was guaranteed 9-11. David in his not so favorable manner re-quoted 10:30 (only to be a nuisance I’m sure). I advised him that he had promised 9-11 along with the moving company are there in the moment. He put me on hold for 10 minutes and subsequently consented. Mind you, we still had nothing in writing since they would not ever give it to us. . .and we’d delivered a cashiers check to possess his”team” unload my kid’s storage. The afternoon came and the moving business and also our representative showed up at 9 am and nobody was in the storage location. Our representative known as the office simply to be, once more, greeted with the”beautiful” David and advised that it would not be till 10:30 and lied to them stating that is what he’d promised me. This provider isn’t a certified firm in Florida. The majority of the men and women who left a positive review has also left the exact same review together with their other places. The individual at work, following a little time on hold, came back and said that they had been running late and could be there in 20 minutes. The exact same game replicated itself before 12:00pm. “Paulina” was professional and a joy to use (or so we believed ) when generating the booking. Her supervisor, not so much. Rick called me AFTER 6PM (6:04) on July 25th, 2019 over 15 hours of the agreed upon shifting date to initially tell me he is going to cancel my reservation as transferring a one-bedroom flat was”hopeless” inside the projected time period I was awarded out of their firm! Mind you, I’d this reservation booked a week and a half beforehand to which they might have phoned me personally to double-check and confirm my things necessary to be transferred within that time period. So not even a 24 note was given to affirm.

He totally overtalked me the whole period of the dialogue and was combative when I advised him that the first time was 8 AM. He offered me 4-hour window between 8-10 only for their business to get there at my very first flat. We used them and were really pleased with the service. They were on friendly, time, worked hard, packed the furniture well, and just billed for the time worked and saved us some cash.

They had been nice to handle and were just on time both days at both places. They wrapped and packed the furniture well and delivered everything how we asked. The business is good.

After obtaining a quote for 3 hours out of Paulina, I got worried when the movers took 2 hrs and 45 minutes to load sealed boxes and then wrapped furniture out of a storage device. I needed to begin moving a few of the things myself to pick up the speed. When my wife called to inquire if this was ordinary (and why), obtained the run-around from Paulina, and finally spoke to Jim who accused her of micromanaging, cried at her on the telephone, threatened to have the men turn the truck around, and afterwards she got frightened and apologized explaining that she is pregnant, was only in the hospital, and stressed out, Jim told her”I will provide you a pass because you are pregnant”. After hearing what happened, I phoned and he denied everything and said there was not any issue. When the movers came, they insisted that they had to be compensated in money before they could unload the truck. Thinking everything was nice, I attempted to explain nicely that nobody said this earlier. When I called the office,” Jim stated he won’t have a card form us because”you folks are being hard”, which I requested him to replicate (and he did). Had been taken aback, but went ahead and got the cashier’s attention. Was told by Agency after completed”gratuities are valued”. I didn’t respond.
