The encounter with this business was dreadful. The owner/manager lent me for the movement to take roughly 4 hours at $110 per hour, drive time wouldn’t be included, and also a half hour anyhow time to establish furniture after transferring. It took 6 hours, they comprised drive time, plus they didn’t set up furniture afterwards. They also charged me a 1 time charge of $110, which wasn’t cited on telephone or site. Plus they were idle, played audio out loudly with profanity, and scraped my hardwood flooring. This is my very first house and its too bad this business made the very first day in my new house a dreadful experience.

You’re so accurate. We used them and it turned into a tragedy. They misquoted the price so much so that the last price was DOUBLE what they billed us. They wouldn’t release the furniture they’d retained and secured in storage before we consented. They then changed the provisions and could only accept money not test and they informed us each minute that prevented me from having the ability to acquire the tens of thousands of dollars in money they needed. We then needed to phone the authorities since they arrived into our hosue and refused to unload the vehicle (the cops actually demanded that they do this or be detained ). They’d tell us their beginning time was 8am however they would not encounter nearer to noon. They’d say we’d have 8 men there but just 3-5 would appear. They said they’d find the transfer done in seven hours – it took over 12 plus they needed to return a second and next moment. They did not have sufficient boxes so instead of becoming more they simply drove things, loosed within their truck. You will find wastebaskets, framed images, little items simply loose from the toilet – not in containers or anything or wrapped. They never met deadlines. We’d THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in harm done to our furniture that, obviously, they refused to do anything around. The owner/president would state he’d be there and then disappear. The project director would say that the owner is gone now and then we cant hit him. It was scary if we needed to call law enforcement. They then said they’d return that night together with our TVS plus they denied and actually held our things hostage for two weeks before we assured them under-the-radar money delivery that’s precisely why we called the authorities. Never have I been so worried and frightened in my entire life and I’ve transferred half a dozen times in my life due to work.
