Well in simple words large time cheaters!! I utilized their services while moving from india to usa. They charged hefty sum ~1000$ to store 4 big size cartons. From first day onwards they began cheating, after picking up boxes that they sent me different bill upon phoning they stated boxes are enlarged and therefore I want to cover more. Once I attained usa I enquired about boxes that they stated will take some time stuck at habit and all and then no communication. 1 morning when checking email I have understand from ups which boxes are coming, once I opened the box all stuff was in poor form. Looked like someone opened up the boxes and took out expensive items such as Sony boombox, 8″ photo frame etc.. Additionally boxes have been treated so roughly that so many cosmetic and crockery had been in bits. Cloths were all wet etc Once I achieved to individual who assisted me to arranged pickup he kept me on hold for 6 weeks Jan finish till July 2019 only to mention under –
Round the business the moving business isn’t responsible for any promises in lack of any sort of insurance. Additionally, insurance for things in the cargo is impossible if the moving business doesn’t package them. For self-pack imports that the insurer doesn’t insurance the imports contrary to these dangers.
My question to them was straightforward if that’s true then why they dont notify upfront that no insurance is insured, their fees are high it’s anticipated that some insurance they ought to supply or atleast let client know so that they can purchase based on itmes worth.
Second thing why did they kept on telling me that they are working with it. Thought was to keep things on hold so I will overlook?
