Omg what a nightmare so much and they only got here. They’re tacking on fees by the hour. Nobody from billing or customer service will get us right back. 1 flight of stairs is known as 10 measures which we were not told so they’re attempting to bill an extra 130 bucks in addition to the charges I have already compensated for the additional flights. We were wrapped up on 5 days when seeking to solve this situation. Will update review when I purchase my [EDI][ whatsoever and hopefully there are not any harms.

Only arrived in Miami out of Virginia. While on the street the movers called me needing half the payment prior to shipping. I had been told at the beginning I could cover a postal money order, money, or credit/debit card. I went to give them my card number and they said that they could not accept my card as a form of payment. They were very rude and said that I could send a money order or bank to bank wire transfer. It has been over a week and I still don’t have my [EDIT].

Among the worst experiences of my entire life. Amanda Becker offered me on using this business. I phoned her numerous occasions to ask certain questions and she informed me exactly what I had to hear. I booked together. This was all lies. The sum borrowed doubled and once I attempted to telephone her on the following working day, she no longer would take my calls. Caller ID. I was told my items will be sent 3-5 days afterwards. Didn’t occur. Customer support said that it might be around 21 times!! And my things have been at a warehouse in NJ. Long story short, I finally received the things 27 days after pickup. They have been broken, chipped, stained and things lost. The movers on the two ends were rude, angry and had horrible attitudes. I wound up calling the authorities in the conclusion. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY. GOOGLE COMPLAINTS, THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

Seeing my many broken things and stolen or lost 37in. Flat display t.v. throughout my move out of fl. Back to ct. at jan. of 2015. Still awaiting the settlement test that I must have obtained 6 months ago. Your movers who delivered my things were quite impolite and mandatory rest of cash even before they shot my things from the truck. Talked Russian the entire moment. Only very,very impolite.
I won’t ever suggest this co. to anybody.
