    DENTED brand new refrigerator

THE WORST! When we proceeded with You Move Me, we proceeded 80 percent on our very own, such as all valuables and breakables because of previous experience. But, we abandoned the fundamental large items (furniture, refrigerators, etc). Regrettably our new Samsung fridge was dented from the procedure, and needless to say, it is the ice-maker door so needs to be substituted rather than being repaired. The price is approximately $500. I was supplied a refund of $212. They did supply a title of the firm they use for repairs. (Hmmm, which should be a hint ). This is only because I did not take on EXTRA insurance that they provided. When I had been given the chance to take more insurance and contested it, I had been told that they were ensured and’d insurance and are fine. . .that that was for irreplaceable/sentimental products. I was NOT told that the policy could be minuscule in case it had been asked. I’ve got a strong response to a company that specializes in a ceremony nonetheless holds you hostage to more cash should you need adequate support. I suggest if you purchase a car from a dealer, you do not expect to pay extra money to get air in the tires to push it off the lot. Moving is exactly what they do and you also hope it to be performed but I indicate if this is the anticipation, don’t rely on them.

Moving is surely a hassle. The whole process was managed in a friendly, professional way. Alex, Brock, and Ethan did a fantastic job for us! Though marginally over the quote, I was quite happy with Youmoveme. In case you need to suffer the trauma of a movement, then I highly recommend them!

    Horrible Experience

I was shown a quote on a telephone belonging to a few of those team members, the dawn of the transfer. This comprised packaging aid. It had been projected at 5-6 hours of support. I’d be billed per hour. It ended up carrying them a shocking 12 hours, and my bill has been over 3k. I never would have consented for this project had I known it would have taken 12 hours. You Move Me exploited my whole moving process, resulting in my final invoice to skyrocket. I think they did so intentionally and I was scammed.

You Move Me packaging aid entails crew members packaging things into charging and boxes for every box provided. Upon unpacking the morning after, I found that the majority of the boxes that they billed me for were nearly empty. Some boxes had just one little item within them. I think they packaged like that to steal even more income from me, with too many boxes as you can irrespective of my real demand. The morning following the transfer, to my horror, I found that the boxes were packaged without care. Things interior were bent and crumpled.

Just about all fragile items within boxes that they packaged weren’t wrapped or secured. Our brand new wood flooring has been deeply scratched, a cupboard shelf was broken, and our terrace surface was scratched in several locations, a doorway frame was destroyed, both washer and dryer doors had been scraped, our big antique mirror was shattered, and collectors mystery tins were patched along with their materials blended together inside of a cupboard. You Move Me packers were expected to package the contents of all cabinets prior to transferring them, but neglected to achieve that. A side table which wasn’t emptied by these had been packaged upside down, harmful items indoors and now the drawer won’t shut. Several different things were ruined. I’m devastated that things we obtained such great care of are currently in horrible form. Our brand new residence will not look new anymore as a result of crews’ neglect.

After 12 hours, then I paid the bill and tipped the team, which I severely repent. I wasn’t able to emotionally process all of this scenario until the dawn following the transfer. The team had abandoned that night as it was already dark outside, and that I had not yet noticed all of the damages or began to unpack. My mum told me that the next morning that he saw among those team members resting at the vehicle, and a person who’d cut his hand wanting to utilize a single hand super gradually. One of these was movie talking with a buddy; a different texting always. I didn’t understand that the team pulled out the time such a manner. I didn’t recognize that we’d already been scammed, and also the magnitude of the damages before that morning. I was still charged per employee, per hour, regardless of their rate or ability level.

I allow You Move Me client support know about the harms, lack of maintenance, and overcharges such as boxes. I supplied lots of images. He promised me I would be cared for. I supplied additional images and threatened to challenge my own bill to VISA. He didn’t respond to the text. A week after I was contacted through email asking I sign an agreement promising not to take additional actions on their business in exchange for 50 bucks and also the replacement of 1 mirror. I replied that I wouldn’t be signing the deal, also haven’t got any reply from this worker or the firm because.

I had been cared for. You Move Me didn’t function to the quality guaranteed in their own contract, and billed me for exactly what they did not make. They sent an abysmally wrong estimate, and also have caused unbelievable hardship on me because of their extreme lack of good care of my private products.

    Disappointing to say the least

We utilized You Move Me to get a current neighborhood move. Seemingly You Move Me contracts with local movers and contains small supervision. I wasn’t supplied with all the distinctive boxes that they market nor did they supply other amenities advertised. The movers showed up in an unmarked truck and just 1 man wore a symbol T-shirt. I needed to telephone You Proceed to affirm they were untrue.
They didn’t put down any security in my carpet and after I understood that after about one hour they’d already made a massive mess of the rug! I made them quit and they needed to phone their office to find a person to bring out the carpeting protection. The local supervisor Sean came out and that he promised me repeatedly that they’d take of finding the rug cleaned. Silly me, I really believed him. As it came time that he wished to send out someone with a few place cleaner. I advised him that wasn’t acceptable and I’d find the carpet cleaned and hoped that they’d compensate me for that. He said that he was convinced they could do this and would allow me know after he spoke to his manager. It has been more than 3 months and I’ve yet to listen to anything.

Additionally the movers neglected to wrap two bits of antique furniture and just dragged them into a bin along with other misc items. Both were ruined consequently. The movers ruined the walls of my brand-new home taking chunks of plaster out. They unpacked the apparel boxes by literally dumping my clothing in a large heap on the ground.

The movers themselves were quite friendly and nice and accommodating.

I had been told the movement would require approximately 5 hours. The loading took more than seven hours after which they asked if they could send the next day since it was so late.

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had.

    My Move

It had been dreadful, not a bit of furniture that I transferred wasn’t scraped upon unpacking. I had a secretary desk and if they pulled down the storage device door it ripped off both sides, my 1900 fresh frig was so dinged up nobody could also take it. When I called the company I got a massive run around and they never paid me a dime for ruining my furniture. NEVER would I use this business, NEVER

    Horrible experience

Our expertise with You Move Me was unsatisfactory and frustrating. We have used two additional moving companies previously with good results, therefore our review is composed of some familiarity with quality support. Back in August 2019, we obtained a quote from You Proceed to assist with a few bigger things. The quotation appeared high, but we were okay with an overestimate when the cost would be upgraded as we transferred items ourselves. We worked tirelessly to move the majority of the items, leaving much less complete items for them to mover. When the movers came, they introduced three teams and recognized it had been too small for all of these, even though we upgraded them previously on how far we moved. They place us in the awkward position of ascertaining if and who’d leave. The move out itself appeared to move without significant incident, however there was some miscommunication on which they could/could not take (tractor) and the way to disassemble large products. The unload into our new home is where the best downturn in You Move Me happened. It didn’t seem that the movers utilized exactly the exact same maintenance as preceding movers in protecting walls, doors, flooring, etc.. Our flooring continued scratches, our entrance door trim endured a sizable dent, and our driveway advantage was busted significantly. A component of a leg has been broken up on a dresser. Things weren’t transferred to where they had to proceed, and a few products were constructed incorrectly (like the bedframe). The attitudes of these movers were also disappointing — we felt as though they were blaming us for having large/heavy products. Work appeared much slower over the run, and we frequently caught a number of the movers standing about. Their speech, notably within earshot of our kids, wasn’t professional, such as sexual references and cursing. In the long run, the price was much higher than expected (though they promised it had been below the initial inflated quote ); when the ceremony has been commensurate with the ceremony, this could have been okay, but the harm to the home and transferred items, mindset of those movers, and hassle we all underwent attempting to transfer things to where we wanted made the whole experience frustrating. This contrasts heavily with You Move Me motto and mission statement, which calls into question the sincerity of the words. When faced with our worries within the encounter, we obtained an email trying to blame us to the majority of the issues and supplying empty promises to deal with broken products. Maybe some teams are far better than many others with You Move Me, but our experience was unsatisfactory and frustrating. Together with many moving companies competing for business, we’ll never use You Move Me again, and we highly urge others to steer clear of them.

    Professional, careful movers! Highly recommend!

We proceeded about an hour off from OKC. Our transfer was complex, we needed to load up one day, shop overnight, possess the movers clean out a storage device the following morning, and transfer the two trucks into our new house the following day. I had been a ball of nerves, however, was set at ease by the maintenance our movement team (Derek, Cameron, and Joel) needed with our possessions. They wrapped every piece of furniture with tape, blankets, and plastic wrap. Our stuff arrived in pristine condition. Team with respectful and hauled where bits and boxes could go in the new residence. Moving is stressful enough. These guys did an awesome job. We could not have asked for a much better experience. Hire You Move Me to take the challenging things off your plate!

    They are awful

Quoted 1,000. From the time moving day arrived I’d even less furniture so fully anticipated it to be even less. 2 bedroom house took them 10 hrs!!! They completely ruined a new fridge. Plus they billed us 1700! Fully working with a customer care person who’s suppose to be receiving a completely different front of fridge replaced and repay the 700. Instead obtained 400. Remain clear in this organization!

    Beware

The only thing I will use is BEWARE. Don’t employ this provider. I utilized You Move Me to both pack and move me from 1 town to another, upon which harm was done to the condominium house from the movers. The business took full duty (right off the bat) and ensured me, verbally and in writing, with numerous emails, that they would cover the damages. Very similar to other clients, once I followed up using the bill (harm was nearly $1,500), I had been ignored, disregarded, guaranteed a payment could be created but never was. I have bounced around from the local office to headquarters, so I spent hundreds of hours, 9 months and nothing, no matter that I spoke to. This organization is unprofessional, doesn’t require responsibility and lacks in client services. It required hiring a law firm and legal charges to secure You Move Me to pay attention and take responsibility. Please save yourself the hassle and legal penalties in case something goes wrong.

    No customer service

We used this firm for a transfer to storage and then a few months later to our property. We had been quite satisfied with the 3 person crew who transferred us out of our previous home. As it was time to move to our new house they just sent two individuals. Consequently I needed to work together with the 2 movers to have things transferred into our house. A leg onto a dresser was broken up from the transfer and for the previous 3 months I’ve spoken with all the franchisor a range of occasions and have left several emails and messages with the local Realtor. I’ve not ever got a telephone or another reaction from either. I can only presume that they expect I’ll tire of reaching out so that they can steer clear of any cost in fixing the harm.

    Terrible experience

I truly don’t understand how this business manages to remain in business in Toronto. They overcharged me and when I complained they ignore my emails. They didn’t complete the moving occupation, and really lied to me since they wanted to depart –I inquired how much was left at the home and they informed me a couple boxes and 2 seats. As soon as I got to the home afterwards, I saw that there was too much for me to move myself. They refused to return another day to complete the job, and that I had been made to employ another firm to help me complete. The movers themselves didn’t understand how to package a truck correctly necessitating two excursions to a storage device. Throughout the excursion to the device, I had been made to wait around for 40 minutes in blistering heat while they vanished seemingly to have lunch. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid this provider.

    Find anyone else. Anyone

I haven’t met a bigger bunch of buffoons in my personal life. I’ve given this business tens of thousands of dollars to assist package, then load a trailer. We had huge issues with them just packaging (how hard could this be?) And the”area manager” came to the scene. He’s an ex-Marine (name is Shawn, I think ) and it all went downhill from that point. The estimator severely suppressed the range of the endeavor, and if I had been told five men working for eight hours will burst, they obtained roughly half of the rest of the home packed. They were assumed to return the following day only to load the truck, but without everything packaged, they had been not able to perform that. Shawn, the manager, was completely unapologetic, and, really quite confrontational with me. They did return another day to allegedly finish packaging, but with time running out, they reverted to attempting to load the trailer with all the little they’d packaged. The group leader (or whatever you call him) of those five men was spineless and totally unsuccessful at getting his group pick up the speed and attempt to complete the job. The group boss himself ended up taking on the duty of packaging the kitchen, and also that which we discovered (on the opposite end of the transfer ) was that $100-$150 pans were nested inside of one another, and were seriously gouged after rattling about in a box all the way to Arizona. In reality, after offloading the truck, each and every bit of expensive whatever was gouged, broken or damaged. Things were packaged with no protection, the glass onto a China hutch has been broken, and desks were totally marred, even our wooden headboard to the bed was ruined beyond repair. We only this day opened another toilet box, and discovered the food chip stacked right against a lot of other small kitchen appliances, with zero cushion between these. That is our hard earned money that we spent to buy these things, and these whole morons have trashed nearly what we have. I am totally appalled. To make things worse, during the procedure, I emailed the head of Customer Service. She requested me to send photographs of those badly packed boxes, which I did. She explained she was planning to innovate my difficulties to the very best, but I have discovered nothing in weeks. I emailed her a few times since then, asking about the status of my horrible experience, and she can not actually find it in her heart to even reply to the mails. These idiots have generated tens of thousands of dollars of harm, and they really do not care. I really don’t know the great reviews of the provider. In the peon packer/loader all the way towards the very top, this is a enormous ripoff of an organization, and I am very angry. Nobody reacts, and I suppose we’re just going to need to suck it up and replace each of the items they ruined. Buyer beware – that this corporation could not care less. Pathetic.

    BEWARE OF UNDERQUOTING

BEWARE! I hired them a week to maneuver me last minute according to a referral I’d out of a realtor. They underpriced the task during my first quotation and stuck it to me ultimately. The woman on the telephone quoted but deceive me… FYI it is your job to learn how long a transfer takes. . .Moving is expensive and stressful and the last thing required is to think of an additional $300 in the conclusion of the move since it ought to have been quoted as a 4-6 hour transfer not a 3-4 hour maneuver. They shipped two guys and that I had 2 friends assistance and it required them 4.5 hours- uh hell they beneath quoted it! I contended with two managers with this organization and in the long run I was left still paying far more than that I should have. To top it off the movers conducted over a bottle of cleaner made it tilted over on the rug so I’ve a massive round bleach blot and that I reported it to them and they’ve yet to be responsible for the damages or submit a claim for their insurance provider to pay the damages. After reading other reviews about them and their pattern of below quoting and hitting individuals in the end of the project – I wish I’d hired a much more reputable firm

Recent small move from neighboring neighbourhoods 20 mins apart.

My movement began with luminous guarantees that fizzled into quite poor administrative absence of communication. It required over 10 times to find a devotion & contract firmed up involving extended bouts of doubt. The group have been polite enough but somewhat inexperienced. Upon compiling a box of obviously marked artwork., you will find 3 bits of smashed glass frames. Albeit , the box was packaged with myself and obviously defined as FRAGILE, it had been evident that thicker objects were put in addition to it or that it had been pressured to or dangling up against other items. The admin @ 9 Dibble, Toronto, have washed their hands of any liability that stinks of quite inadequate absence of consumer services. So really disappointing experience! Never again.

YMM Cincinnati IS THE WORST COMPANY!

That really is THE worst moving company we’ve ever worked with!
(5 Month Update: They refused to pay attention to the damages they left and say we will need to eliminate NEGATIVE REVIEWS when we ever want to see compensation. Do your self a favor and go with a respectable company! Even the CEO and Matt aren’t fair, they do not care for making things right when items are ruined. They just care for eliminating unwanted reviews. Save yourself the hassle and anxiety!)

~I read all of the negative reviews and believed that there is just no way that this business might be that bad(I believe particularly since 90 percent of our house was already packed with me personally ), but boy was I wrong. They just had to package up the kitchen and wrap our delicate furniture such as upholstered sofa and suede upholstered mattress frames and they did not even wrap people all the style. They ruined all of our beds, so they all forgot to wrap a couple of their children mattresses and that I saw them put them on the filthy floor of their apartment hall. This was disgusting! They almost left without a number of our items since they were hurrying to leave and shut doors(to make me believe that which had already been packaged ). The thing which makes me the most angry about working together is that they ruined our furniture rigged lamps and then stated that they would send a cloth cleaner and cover the damages plus they never did. They’re a really unethical firm and I wouldn’t ever recommend them to anybody! We believed we had an extremely straightforward move load to them so that it was not worth hiring a true expert firm like United it mayflower however we ought to have. This firm did not pack our boxes nicely (would place all of our glasses in a box with no wrap them separately and then toss 1 sheet of packaging paper on the top and close to the box). They did not come ready, did not even have a pencil or marker and thus they did not tag the contents of those boxes. That really is really a nightmare! Please save your energy and money. Utilize a much better company! They’ve yet to respond to emails or telephone calls to rectify the harms that they created. They will probably do exactly the identical point to you which they did to us.

The 3 men that moved me – Kris, Quinten, and Andrew did a fantastic job. They have been friendly and productive. Great Service

You move Me from Cincinnati transferred us on August 16, 2018. I can’t say enough about this group of employees. In the office employees to the crews that transferred us. Everyone that we dealt with were so professional and easy to use. The weather conditions were quite poor, from the large warmth to the downpours of rain, and never slowed down them. They worked hard wrap and padding each bit of our furniture and carrying so much attention moving every piece. When every worker arrived at our house, they each introduced himself to myself along with my husband. They even reached out to both puppies to place them at ease. The cost was right on. If you’re looking for hard workers, that are considerate and look after all of your possessions and are the very best cost in the Cincinnati region, this is the own company.

    YOU MOVE ME

We’d You Move Me transfer us late in May of the year. According to our description of exactly what we needed to proceed, they delivered us a quote that the comprised three guys and a single truck to take half an hour (plus or minus 20 percent ). The team that showed us had been just two skinny men and a young man who said he’d told he had been to assist with this movement in the last moment. They showed up with no resources, no appliance dolly and seemingly no shifting encounter. We and our mature children and a neighbor saw them and all of us agreed that they had practically no idea what they were doing. They dropped a great deal of items and had no clue how to load a truck. It got later and later and they required assistance and the firm shipped TWO more trucks along with TWO more crews to assist. These additional crews were seemingly not happy about being called to assist since they’d just finished additional tasks. We sent away one crew since they weren’t required. Following 13 1/2 hours, everything was eventually moved in to our new residence. We had been charged an extra nearly $1000.00 for the additional time and the excess crew. There was not any reason a capable crew could not have done the transfer in the time that the contract stipulated. The sole appliances to be transferred were a washer and drier. There were just the ordinary things in a standard move. Following the movers have been gone we found extensive harm to our pricey leather living room furniture which was just about seven months old. Our clothes dryer isn’t functioning correctly. Three furniture fix people looked in our furniture, you stated that it was the worst he’d ever told and seen You Move Me which they had to substitute our furniture. Another two said that they could not perform the repairs needed and that it would likely cost more to fix than the furniture has been worth. The tech who looked in our drier stated that the motherboard was damaged and had to be replaced. The price for the motherboard along with a brand new top to fix the scratches at the surface of the dryer will be greater than $700.00. Additionally many smaller things (the television rack, stainless steel bread box, an outside thermometer, a metal garage storage cupboard, etc) were broken or damaged. After numerous telephone calls and mails it became evident that neither the local business or the head office in Canada were likely to do anything to us. We had been provided $600.00 for its harm to our furniture that cost us well over $5,000.00 and $35.00 for the drier. The local supervisor stopped returning our calls along with his helper lied about what their builder stated concerning the harm to their own furniture. The head office in Canada explained that the can not do anything as the office here’s a franchise. We’re extremely frustrated with all the unfeeling manner we have been treated. I would never recommend this company and would urge Three guys and a Truck. They’ve moved us a few occasions and have not had a issue with them.

    You Move Me Experience

Found this business online, very good reviews, speak of expert employees who took good care of things to proceed. The gentleman came timely and were really agreeable, but weren’t professional movers. I really could of just had a lot of buddies help me move at no cost. Our mattresses had reddish wood chips mashed in to borders. . .all of these, leather furniture. . .all bits have rub marks on corners, beige linen headboard filled with red marks, each single table dinged or scratched, such as a desk. Every product moved had some type of dent or scrape.

I understand moving is hard and exhausting, but that is their occupation. I really don’t believe that these young gentleman were educated in any way. I’ve used other moving companies and wow what a difference, too bad that I lived too much to utilize the one I had a fantastic experience with.

    My 2 Mile Move!

I had been referred to the business with a friend and I am so respectful that I listened to her! The movers arrived three hours late, no more telephone call to tell me what was happening, without any contact at all. I phoned before to confirm the transfer and they needed to document, or at least no one could locate the listing.

Eventually they arrived and transferred all of my possessions, however many things were lost. I wonder whether the management receives a cut of the things which they take since they walked off with a few expensive products.

I’m so very miserable with this general experience and the complete absence of communication along with the lying. I had been quoted 5 hours in a price of $1,000 or below and it ended up costing me over $1,600 just to get my items stolen and at the time they have yet to be returned. Not just that, they shot the casters from my batter along with LOST THEM! And also my hardwood flooring are scratched in many areas.

I’ve achieved to Brad someone within their customer support section and as of the date he hasn’t returned my calls. I believe this is an issue for my lawyer and will soon be turning this over to him at the afternoon. I anticipate going to court! Perhaps I can find all my cash to the bad job they did!

I’ll NEVER, EVER refer anybody for this business as I certainly don’t want anyone else to need to see what I experienced within an already stressful situation. These men are simply not what they state they’re. Be cautious! Be very careful!

The best full service moving company!

We utilized YMM for our latest move and they have been amazing – AMAZING! Considering all packaging materials, packaged up our entire home, tagging everything flawlessly, and moved each previous thing to our new house, in the right rooms. Not 1 thing bankrupt, no harm to anything in either home, efficient, remarkable customer support and very well priced. I never believed moving day can be so simple! We’re so impressed. Would certainly recommend them.

I recently transferred with this organization and they were fantastic from begin to finish! Everybody was very helpful when I had to establish a last minute go. Both men that came out were so good. They took such excellent care of my possessions and wrapped everything until they shot it from my home. I’ll certainly use them next time I proceed.

    Never use this company.

The one thing I’m grateful for using this moving business is that the new buyers had their closing walkthrough a couple of days later we moved outside so we had an opportunity to paint and patch the walls that they ruined, get new blinds to those they ruined and also to clean up the entire mess they left. The quantity of damage they did for my walls, they things they simply didn’t proceed, and the quantity of texting rather than working I watched – that I am going to dispute the charges with my credit card business. They stated they could not get the box springs into my beds down my staircase and said it would not be worth my time to allow them to attempt, so that they simply left them. It took my husband and dad 5 minutes to find these down the staircase. You can not just leave matters in a home! Happily they left so much of the moving gear and tools that we could wrap up these and transfer them into our new property.

My husband and I transferred all of boxes and smaller private items leaving just major furniture for the movers. We had three bedrooms, two dressers, a desk, an armoire, a dining room table with 6 chairsplus a small refrigerator, a novel case, an empty filing cabinet, a sofa, three little decorative seats plus a few patio furniture, a coffee table, two carpeting, a side table and 2 little wall cabinets. We even took the beds apart and had all ready to be transferred! My husband was even moving the furniture down to the truck together! And it still took them 3 HOURS to load the truck to proceed to my residence. 3 HOURS!!!

1 man continued to deliver the lightest items potential to the truck to stand there and text. I’d be in the center of talking to him and his phone will begin ringing and he’d walk away from me personally and answer it! They came at 8:30 and ten minutes after this man chose a 20 minute toilet break — I know this since I was still moving my private items for my car and had to get inside there. By 9:30 everybody needed to take a 15 second break, but it was fine since they were nearly done — there was not much left. 2 hours after they eventually left our new home with our ruined furniture.

I had a brand-new bedroom place that they did not even wrap and has been totally ruined. Among those dresser legs is totally broken off. My footboard appears like that I pulled it down the road you will find so many scratches and dents. They provided me $65 for the harm. I laughed.

From the time that the truck has been loaded I just wanted them out of my residence. We got to our new home and we’re advised that they don’t place any furniture back together. That really worked out well since I needed them from my home whenever possible. However, is something to notice if you’re hoping that to be contained.

I had been referred to this business by my real estate and following my horrible experience she’ll never be indicating this provider again. I’ll also be actively telling anybody I know never to use this provider. You’d be better off renting a truck and locating people off Craigslist. I’d have trusted them more.

    Quality of movers

This has to be another company from all of the positive reviews I’ve observed. It was undoubtedly the worst move I’ve ever experienced. We had been quoted a price together with all the guarantee of one day to package and one day to proceed. What we received was a charge 1400 over quoted cost and an unfinished job.

The employees showed up half an hour late every day, packaged the very first day for 6 months , charged us over the quoted cost with the excuse they did additional to guarantee the transfer the next day was quicker. On Friday afternoon, it required them 12.5 hours to move us out and into our new house. They weren’t completed until 1015pm and from that time, we simply needed them OUT of the residence.

This afternoon, my husband moved to our prior residence and found many things that hadn’t been transferred; view attached images. When my husband called the company to notify them of missed things and asked if they’d have the ability to complete the job, ” he had been told”Well, we have already lost so much money with this endeavor, I do not know if we could get anybody out there”. This is the organization you’ll be hiring; should you desire a moving company that grossly underestimates time it requires to move, fees you for their miscalculations and does an incomplete job, this can be the moving business for you. If you’d like a moving company that does the work correctly (possibly even COMPLETE), then this isn’t the firm for you.

Broke the TV, ripped open a king size mattress

We paid an exorbitant sum for complete support, pack movement unpack. The movement has been 1 hour off. Once they left we discovered broken things, cracked TV, and torn open a 2000 mattress. Overall damage over $5000. They even took a costly computer display, and did not provide it to us until few days afterwards. In the conclusion the supervisor, John Vandeberg, told us they could provide us 147 for most harm, that’s 60 cents a pound of items ruined. Complete liars, deserved a police record for matters they required. Do not get duped by John’s specialist discussion, he’s a expert scammer.

Past mad! Quoted me an estimated period of 5 hour to finish a one-bedroom package and move. Took the mores over 10 hours to load and pack — not 1 box has been branded and they used my clothing to wrap delicate items! Took them another 10 hours to unload and harm the majority of the products! Pliers completely ruined (in bits ) along with harm to the new construction. Numerous boxes, a table, my Nintendo and several other things never showed up in any way! Owner is unapologetic, rude and unwilling to negotiate a reasonable settlement.

    NEVER USE AGAIN

Very displeased, if they run $600 on the telephone, I chose to transfer it all but the furniture, was hoping to be about $400. They had to send two men but delivered three, had 27 pieces of furniture and four bags, no clothing, no boxes, no more shed objects, 7 of these 27 bits were a entertainment centre already broken down, each one of my furniture has been broken back, it had been pickup and transfer, all but 2 things along with the four bags took 2 people to proceed, the next man had nothing to do. I wasn’t there and needed a buddy stand in or matters could have been distinct, they billed $745.00! I transferred 1/2 mile farther down the road.

When I complained they gave me a $100.00 charge, what I desired I didn’t get was to get a supervisor to come into my home and examine the 27 bits and describe for me why it took four weeks, three men and $745.00.

Never, Never, Never again, in case you see this and you still rely on them that you don’t have any one to blame.

Poor communication and reliability on schedule

Communications and sticking into the scheduled period promised was really very poor. We weren’t supplied a touch about the neighborhood representative until a week prior to the transfer, all calls were led to a calling centre elsewhere and it was hard to find communications we’ve previously placed. There was a email mistake in our side (for which we apologize) and we can find the stock supported (call centre not following up correctly about the transfer, but got heaps of promotional emails rather!) , hence they transferred our previously scheduled period to 4 hours afterwards without telling. Plus they got even late since they had a backlog with their tasks and went into the destination address rather than the original. From the time the real moved occurred it was 7 hours late. This very unsatisfactory and dissatisfying!

Nice guys, poor attention to damage + cost scam

Not happy in any way. We had been provided a quote. When the movers came unexpectedly that price did not contain this or that along with the total altered. And they attempted to find an additional $500 for insurance. Several things were ruined. All delicate boxes were clearly indicated with us, but they paid no more attention, frequently piling on top of these and such. Then I felt really pressured into committing a hint as they all stood around me looking at me fill out the charging on the pill. Not professional from begin to finish. The majority of the damage things were not even discovered before afterwards, because you can imagine with all the chaos of a move. The men worked hard and were considerate, at the least.

    Total Move

On 6/13/17 used the business for my regional movement in Collierville, TN. I wouldn’t use again or recommend them to anybody. Inadequate service. They gave me cost of $99/hr for two men but charge revealed cost of $109. I call and they said they’d refund the difference but haven’t seen a test yet. They also charged me for 3.25 hrs if they only pulled up into the flat at 8:15am, I looked at my watch when they got from their truck, and had been gone out of the new apartment at 11:10am. They stated that they back up there period 15 minutes in the time that I signed up there form that’s after they perform there walk through. Because it was just 20 pieces of furniture and all in 2 chambers which took perhaps 2-3 minutes. The time they had been really at one of those 2 flats was less then 3 hrs. I just had 20 pieces of furniture to proceed and had already taken off the backs the sofa and disconnected the washer and drier. They all needed to do was wrap and proceed. The 2 men were busy the entire time but maybe not with a great deal of speed. This was there just job for the afternoon so wished to pull it outside. The driveway out of 1 flat to another was just 13 miles down precisely the exact same street so 3 hrs to maneuver the little amount was absurd. In the new apartment that they also fell the dolly from the wall and set a very major dent in the wall. They stated they’d have somebody to come and mend but haven’t heard from them yet. In addition they brought the incorrect dolly, each the 2 employees, and needed to use an older one which was not just right for your job. Can I use or recommend this business again? NO way.

Things Stolen - You Move Me Couldn't Care Less

You Move Me South Jersey did a go for me personally on May 5th, 2017 and I couldn’t be any unhappier using it. I gave them more than a month to make things right and to prevent becoming this negative review but they did absolutely nothing to avoid this. I hired a three man crew to maneuver all of my big furniture, nothing else, from Cherry Hill, NJ into Voorhees, NJ. They showed up somewhere in the two hour window and came off as incredibly pleasant, almost too wonderful. Actually, this was likely to butter me up and hopefully I would let down my guard that I did. They requested me to borrow screwdrivers to take apart a mattress and a mirror which has been attached to a dresser, which I thought was so odd that movers did not have easy hand tools on them. So that the first half of this movement went fine apart from a few scratches down the walls but that was sort of expected. When the truck had been packed up, the movers and I both drove away in precisely the exact same time however they came at my new home an hour later than me since they needed to stop for supper. Incidentally, we had been billed for the hour that they were eating dinner. Anyhow, they arrive in the new home and everything required about 3 hours to remove the truck and set at the home. Having a three man team it’s all but impossible to watch on them the whole time particularly if anything little and of worth has already been transferred in and is dispersed across the home. Everything seemed to go smooth, gave them my credit card information and every individual an extremely generous tip and bottles of water and they were in their way. An hour after, I proceeded to hang up a couple of items on the wall, and so I went into the garage to receive my own Milwaukee power drill and to my shock that it had been lost along with the charger and battery. I’d only used it the night before so that I instantly knew it was that the movers that uttered them. I also had a full never utilized DeWalt power drill set (Drill, two batteries, charger and case) across the opposite side of their garage, entirely away from anyone. The DeWalt set was also missing! I instantly phoned the You Move Me amount (they can be found in Canada) and has been advised that they would get in touch with the general manager at the South Jersey place and he’d return to me. A couple of days later, still no call backagain. So I call them again and they act as they don’t have any record of me calling. So I clarify the situation once again. The man on the phone really explained that this was the very first time he’s ever heard of slipping at this provider! Seriously? You work in a moving company and you’ve not ever heard of slipping?! So I get the exact same old story,”that is unacceptable and that I shall get to the base of it and contact you.” A couple more days later, still no word from them. I phone again, now they listen to my issue and then give me the local number to phone. They said I need to take care of somebody in the local office. So I call and receive a voicemail, I’ve continued to some receive the voicemail for the previous 4 months without a call back. I’m now out of at least $600 for the provider. I moved from having an excess drill into using zero drills and needing to borrow one from a friend. If you’re reading this, then please do your self a favor and employ another moving company unless you could get an eye on all of them the whole time. There’s plenty of moving companies on the market, do your homework before hiring one since it may be you next who is missing something precious or even worse a thing sentimental.

What a fantastic business! These men are great in the first phone call to the transfer!!!! Our men were on time, very professional, excellent at what they do!!! I won’t ever move myself again. Never ever again!!!!!

I won’t ever use this provider EVER again. I predicted Konner TWICE to affirm the timing of 9:30 am as the coming time. After on March 31st, and the following on Saturday, April 8th on the review on Monday the 10th at 9:30 am. On the 10th, 9:30 am came along with no team was still there. I predicted Konner (who by some mistake in a person’s decision ) appears for a MANAGER. This happened, I don’t have any clue. He said he believed the transfer period was 10:30 am. I said certainly NOT, I called one two times to validate the moment. On You Move Me site it says they’ll phone you 48 hours ahead of your proceed to verify. They in Actuality, DO NOT. I achieved to affirm double, however they neglected to appear in time. They eventually arrived at approximately 10:35 am. As soon as I setup my first appointment I talked with Kyle to inform I would need 8 apparel boxes. The team attracted 4. Konner said when he came that he failed to test how many apparel boxes were demanded for the transfer. They say that they”transfer your clothing for free”!! This actually isn’t entirely correct. I only had significant spinal fusion operation and needed to pack at least 7 apparel boxes myself, AND unpack them while one of those team members stood there and saw me get it done. Yes, I stood up there while I had been paying the team $150 an hour. And yet another thing I am mad about is that Konner remained at my brand new flat to establish my reclining chair while another two team members and I moved back into my old apartment so that they could see me bunch more apparel boxes which I had originally asked for in the first location. All this time that the clock will be at least at $150 an hour. Subsequently Konner shows up in my previous apartment to assist while leaving my brand new flat UNLOCKED!!! I was livid. I had been advised by Kyle after I put up the appointment which I would get a $50 coupon reduction. I have never received it. I obtained rather a charge for about $899 for 5 hours, 2 broken lamps, along with other things that I’ve yet to unpack which are spitting shards of glass from the base of the boxes. If you’re thinking of hiring this business please consider my advice and do not. I am an unemployed disabled girl who didn’t require this crap & stress caused by this provider. Oh and another matter, Konner abandoned at a single stage to move and get his team a few beverages, however the speed was never decreased down to a two man crew speed in that period. This business has been a rip off!!! I wish I can use profanity here, however a terrible review might need to suffice.

    Worst Move Ever!

Here really is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The moving business was likely to come involving 12-2PM on Saturday on March 4th. In 2:07PM I got a telephone call from a guy who said they were in the Burger King and could be yet another 45 Mins late. I waited….at 4:10PM I got another telephone call from another man that said he ended work at Glenpool (25 mins from my home ) and was on his way. They came and did not possess any wardrobe boxes although I’d purchased 8 of them. They immediately started whining about how they didn’t wish to perform the task and they had been angry about how much material I had. The didn’t pad anything although I requested multiple times. They destroyed the majority of my furniture. I texted together with the supervisor constantly during the movement with upgrades on the harm, and he stated they’d look after it. My BRAND NEW $2000 washer/dryer place was scraped all on the front, big dents on the sides and top. I took photo of what and that I had been told it could be treated. James the supervisor came out and took photos and explained he’d replace the washer and drier. The following day, the proprietor ANDREW WILSON text with me back and forth. He also called my husband and I liars, complainers and that we didn’t have a valid criticism. He explained I could sue him but I would not win and he understands that courts do not do anything. I HAVE THIS IN WRITING!!!! HE BRAGGED ABOUT HOW COURT DOESN’T ALLOW text messages as proof. AGAIN, I HAVE ALL THIS IN WRITING. I called the company in Canada and if they were fine for me NOTHING WAS DONE. BEWARE ANDREW WILSON is a cheat and doesn’t stand behind his firm.

    Better to move yourself

The day they arrived in and moved out things, they had been on time and needed a complete crew. Everything appeared to be going alright. Then the wheels came off. They dropped things in storage and also the move to a brand new house was a tragedy. I am still discovering things lost. I contacted the local franchise owner repeatedly about an whole plastic bin of holiday decorations either stolen or lost. While the proprietor advised me of attempts he made to find the bin, he also confessed that they weren’t able to pinpoint the trucks used to transfer me and no longer employed the storage facility in which they had saved my stuff for a mere two weeks. His relocation manager was also in the process of stopping during my return and nobody stepped in to deal with support issue. So, I’m out about $200-300 in items that can’t be substituted, not counting several broken things and cracked furniture. Sorry, but I can’t recommend using this corporation. Get some buddies and employ a truck, you’re going to be much better off. Should you choose to use this business, be certain you number each box and item of furniture and check them off as they’re transferred into your new location. Also put contact info in every box/bin if it gets damaged or delivered someplace else.

    UNFORGETTABLE MOVE

I used this business on Sept. 29th to get a transfer that was presumed to be a $450.00 movement that turned into a $700.00 move plus a 3 to 4 hour transfer that turned into a 7 hour transfer. They say if it sounds too good to be true. . .then it’s. After studying and comparing costs with various movers I picked those folks. After procuring the date I was not contacted by any broker. I contacted them two days before my move. That ought to have been a red flag afterward. The movers were supposed to be there at 8 AM. They telephone me at 8:05 stating they’re quitting for breakfast and will probably be there soon. They loaded the truck with no issue. They had been after me to this new location and I visit them move over to 7-11. They afterwards call me to find the speech. I had all of my boxes labeled. They didn’t look closely at the labels. They place them where they wanted to place them. They place the television directly before the pc and the television stand is sitting there empty with nothing on it. Daequan went out for tools to place my mirror on the dresser. Billy goes outside and informs him that I stated they could proceed. I no longer desired them.I realize they’re gone. I called Billy that I’d spoken to earlier in the afternoon. He did not answer his mobile phone. Daequan asked him that had been on the telephone. Billy responded” oh it is nobody”. I then phone the office to learn what’s happening. They subsequently call the movers. That can be when the truth comes to light. Daequan inquire Billy what is happening and Billy told him that he whined because it is time for him to go pick his son up and he did not need to be overdue. Daequan came back to complete the work alone while Billy was called to the workplace. . What happened to Billy I do not understand but I believe he must be fired and that I believe I’m due some of what I needed to pay because of those shananigans. For this very day Oct. 17th 2016 I haven’t heard from anybody in the corporation. Most businesses could call and apologize and provide something. Not these individuals. They have not called to see how the movement was. . .but I guess that they really don’t need to phone when they already know.

    Upfront Rates?

The genuine support was fantastic, but if you need”UP FRONT AND TRANSPARENT RATES” you will be let down. I was originally quoted $238 to get a two hour move which looks reasonable. But not until after they’d transferred all of my belongings was I advised there was an extra $154″State Mandated” automobile fee. You’d feel that this could be from the quotation. I thought I’d awakened studying the fine print, which could be OK, I signed the agreement, so that I compensated. But once they left I went back and reread the arrangement and they’d marked the automobile fee as $0 at the first quote. Thus, either they are careless and incompetent or deceitful and wanting to underquote and overcharge. They even conceded that they had made a mistake and took $50 off. When I misread something do you really think that they would take $50 off the invoice? I didn’t believe so. They confessed multiple times they awakened their quotation and I am still down $104 bucks. Fantastic company you men are running.

On the flip side, the delivery guys were very professional and everything was treated with speed and care.

    BUYER BEWARE

Don’t use this shifting service. The very first time I used them, they were assumed to appear at two pm and rather they didn’t appear till between 6-7 pm. The move occurred until two am in the morning. I decided a year later to give them a second opportunity, trusting the very first movement was a fluke. They neglected to correctly put together my mattress frame and supports (they didn’t even bring the screws and bits and left the essential leg supports from the drawer). My mattress broke at the middle of the night nearly injuring me (along with my neck really hurt for a week later ). I now need to replace my whole king size mattress collection. I’ve had to sleep on the sofa for months now since they’ve refused to return to me. Their national customer support got back to me immediately, but the regional NJ group they put me in contact with failed to return to me after several calls. They eventually emailed me yesterday claiming they tried to phone me 5 occasions (my phone log shows otherwise ). The girl I talked with was quite rude and combative. I’m demanding a complete refund. I won’t ever use this company again and won’t ever recommend them to anybody. I strongly advise that you think twice before employing this business to move you.

    Terrible experience.

A few of the movers showed up drunk, abandoned matters they were assumed to maneuver behind, a number of these onto the driveway. Of the older residence. Did quite a lot of harm to many parts of furniture in addition to the new house itself. When faced with the damages, the operations supervisor William gave a small chuckle, like to say its no big deal, then left and said he would return to me. Never did. Needed to call numerous times, and leave a number of messages before I receive an email from his supervisor saying I am just gonna need to manage it since they don’t have to cover me. Really poor customer service across the company, from top to base. After reading my review on Yelp General Manager called me, strung me a very long a little bit, ” he needed to meet with the owners, then came back and said”Sorry, there is nothing we could do.”

    Perfection

My movers are Ted and Mikha more than likely I have misspelled Mikha name. However they both arrived together as a group. They were considerate we exchanged names as we talked palms. They had all of the wrap had to wrap up my sleeper couch. Each of the machines and lifters etc to move heavy things. Ted and Mikha are so powerful they shot apart and transported my thick sectional by entire sectional parts as though it was a narrow paper towels. Nothing drop. Nothing got busted. Simply friendly smiling faces. They had a grin in their faces the entire period of transferring all of my items to the stage Mikha was grabbing items I was likely to carry to the garbage. And that I needed to intervene allowing him know you do not need to accept I shall take it. Ted and Mikha work great together as though they operate with one another on a regular basis since they’d each step and continue on what the other wore to perform like they rehearsed this a million times. I adore this moving business. My movers were performed prior to the two hour slot. If you want moving definitely request 2 men at You Move Me. They were fantastic.

    Excellent Job

On Monday February 1, 2016 we had the accused of employing this amazing moving firm. The movers Sam and Matt did a exceptional job of of wrapping carefully and transferring our things to Mequon. They were very considerate and agreeable. They were quite effective and cautious in moving the furniture and clothing. I particularly liked the garment boxes utilized to maneuver our garments.

They made sure that everything was attached so far as the seat and tables, so they all cleaned up after themselves.

Hopefully I will not need to proceed, but when I do I’ll use this organization.

    Cheating

Cheating! I won’t ever never recommend their service to anybody. This is our story: My wife had contacted them, shared all of our chambers (like living area, 2-Bed space, Kitchen etc. ). Information), actually shared the entire amount of boxes used throughout our final movement that was some 1.5 decades earlier, and obtained a quote of $700.00 — 800.00; The day that the Movers arrived, scrutinized the entire home, affirmed and verbally shows they’re with the quote of 700 / 800 cost; Well, the last amount they billed: $1437.00!!!! Not even close there….Absolutely Frustrating with those folks, it’s absolute CHEATING!! We moved nearby, if this number or even anything nearby has been shared, I might have done myself as far as we can!! Never use their support, I burnt my palms |—–|-

They talk the talk but do not walk the walk. Please see small print in your contract. They’ll tell you a 5 to 14 day warranty of furniture coming. This really isn’t true. When you give them the deposit it’s extremely tough to learn any replies then. They’ll provide you the run around and no one understand anything. You simply can not get a response to anything and I mean anything. I’ve been working with Russell (sales person) Jim (logistic person). They’ve made this movement a nightmare. Still no furniture coming but will update this review when and when furniture arrives and will upgrade illness of furniture. P.S. they’ve dropped my cross boarder newspapers. Don’t use this organization. Please see yelp reviews too.

Bait and Switch at its finest

I contacted the company 2 weeks back for our transfer and obtained a somewhat substantial quotation but I had a lot else to cope with concerning the movement that I only whent ahead and allowed it. Believing that a quotation was a bit of a contract for solutions that I assumed that could be the cost. Oh was I ever wrong. I had been quoted aprox 1500 to the entire move. I agreed to this cost and waited patiently for the men to appear. They revealed a number of hours later I requested them to begin but they predicted and the weather was so awful so that I knew. They started to pack up your home. Two Men, one was clearly the manager and another only worked. They got nearly half of my belongngs packed up since they forgot that the dish boxes in the store and they just were here to get approximately 4.5 hours. I had been introduced with TODAYS bill for more than 1000.00 That’s 300 over the entire pack out was assumed to price. I received on the telephone using the GM and has been advised that the quote on  by the telephone center is actually only a rough estimate and not actually binding on them. I advised them that if it will be twice at least what they lent its own mistake not mine so now Im stuck needing to pack the majority of my things and make it transferred but still needing to pay for services not received. Very unsatisfied together and could not ever recommend them except maybe for my ex spouse.

    You Move Me

We recently experienced a transfer by You Move Me at Wisconsin. The three man group of Matt, Nick and Richard arrived immediately, took great care with all of our furniture and completed the task under estimate.  We were totally happy.  They might never have been any more effective or considerate. The trick is to be ready, nicely organized and prepared.  We’d be confident in recommending the company to friends and family without hesitation.

Don't make your move more stressful by using this company

I had been awarded a two hour window to birth 12:30-2:30 and known at 2:30 if no one needed arrive for called. I talked to Matt who stated they did not have my appointment even scheduled. He explained he would need to call his manager subsequently call me back in 30 mins. Guess what? Waited another 45 mins without a call back. I called again and talked with a lady that did assist by phoning me back 10 mins later without a remedy then 30 mins after telling me nobody might come that afternoon. They stated they can come the following day tho 1-3. So 1/2 afternoon wasted just sitting waiting on these, meanwhile all my huge furniture has been broken down in bits and needed to sleep on ground. Next day I planned my day around the time period they gave but instead they called at 8’m saying that they might come afterward. We chose it only to get it on with. The moving men were fine but if they loaded my $2k mattress it had been contrary to the corner of some thing and it currently comes with a 6″ tear down to the foam onto the front centre. The men said a person would allow me to find out a solution. It is now 6 weeks after and I have not learned from them. I called yesterday and was told they would call me back in 30 mins along with NOTHING. Please save yourself the extra strain and utilize another organization. This one has quite a way to proceed with enhancing its customer services. Enormous disappointment. .

You Move Me not very professional

They finally came with their particular boxes, they packaged and moved my products, and they have paid. In that way they have been professional movers. There was little professionalism about them. They were supposed to arrive 1:00 – 3:00 PM and provide a call around 30 minutes earlier. They called in 12:30 to say they would arrive around 1:30. They came 2:50. They dinged up door jambs and walls using their dollies; they left behind a range of posts they should not have; they did not even label the boxes that they packaged together with the space the contents came out, much less a more sophisticated content listing; they unpacked the boxes initially, so when they introduced in the furniture, they needed to rearrange the boxes accordingly that the furniture would go where it was supposed to; they piled the boxes so large they dropped over. They used plain vinyl tape for those boxes, which they tore by hand. Over a couple of times, the attempt of ripping pulled the tape off the box and they needed to retape. The web result was considerably slower than having a retail tape dispenser (that I generall did) much less a true tape gun (since the UPS folks do). It was also much slower than ripping the tape I had purchased at U-Haul if my vinyl tape worked out. Overall, a waste of time which has been symptomatic of the functionality. What’s more, moreover, there have been multiple employees and they didn’t function as a staff. This was most clear in the delivery end at which there was just one narrow stairs. The clear answer was to form something similar to a bucket-brigade for those boxes. Not them.

    Great Move!

We cannot state enough of hoe good our movement went now with You Move Yourself out of Milwaukee, WI. Mike along with his daring chief Tom were so very professional and cautious with all our furniture and boxed products. Each bit of furniture and lamps had been wrapped in padded blankets then taped securely and, then shrink wrapped from top to base. Not a scratch nor damage to anything transferred. And the price wasn’t only honest but came in far less than the rest of the quotes we obtained. We highly recommend Tom and Mike to own You Move Me create the next move! You Move Me did an awesome job!

The men showed up a bit sooner than previously quoted and got right to work! They made certain they padded and wrapped everything. I had been somewhat worried that we just booked them for two hours and we had some fairly hefty things to proceed and we had been quoted that it would likely take 3 hours so we hoped to pay additional. They had been cautious with all the furniture and did not stop to have a rest just kept going. They did a three hour job at two hours and 10 minutes. They did not attempt to charge for the excess time and they did not attempt to milk the clock understanding they might take the 3 hours which was quoted at the least. They even brought a welcoming plant when they have been done! I’d certainly recommend them and use them again!

    Final Cost 2X Original Estimate

Everything appeared to be so in the beginning. Delivery of boxes, also a sensible estimate, and sometimes even versatility in switch of dates have been as promised. Moving day was a different experience entirely. I recieved a written quote of 400. – 500. To maneuver a one-bedroom flat (without a mattress demanded ) to a different one-bedroom apartment two miles off. The movement started at 1:00 PM, and on completion in approx. 8:00 PM the day, I had been advised that the longer period was because of remarkably slow-running elevators in the move-from place. I was then presented with a charge for about $877.00, that was really a list of fees displayed to me to a pc tablet that I had been advised to signal along with my fingertip. After calling a few times, and also writing a detailed letter of criticism, I repeatedly was advised that the excess time resulted from this slow-running elevators from the move-from flat construction. My petition to correct the bill by just $150.00 (of this nearly 2X the quote price ) was repeatedly rejected and untimately dismissed. It needs to be clearly mentioned that the owner/operator/manager of their local franchise, Jim Gibson personally delivered the quote, and again visited my apartment to fall off packaging material. Prior to devoting the estimate/agreement, he’d personally visited my 5th floor flat double – riding the very same lifts that could be included in the transfer. In the time Jim stated that the quote (highest-end of $494.00) might appear a bit large, and was a result of the lifts involved. I surely did not anticipate the last price for $383.00 over the back part of this quote. Knowing that situations arise which bring about closing price to exceed estimates, I asked for a refund of only $150.00 of their exceptionally overcharged amount. I strongly urge anyone contemplating moving with You Move Me (a subsidiary of Got Junk?) , search elsewhere for much more honest practice in business, not fall prey to outrageously misleading, and absence of maintenance as exhibited with this particular company. Maybe they need to stick to their first company of Junk, rather than inflict such ill-willed and disappointing service in a market they’re obviously oblivious to compete in a reasonable way.
