Don’t under any conditions utilize Willis Permian movers should you like your possessions. We used them to pack our things up in boxes and also to package these boxes and furniture in to PODs. We didn’t utilize them to store or move our items. And that review is based SOLELY on their PACKING job.

I’m a sculptor and had quite a few delicate piece that needed to be transferred and which necessitated careful packaging. After we obtained the POD and started unpacking it, it became apparent very quickly that the packaging was inadequate. Two sculptures were packaged on the very top of the boxes with very, VERY little packaging to protect them from jostling or effects from different boxes. Another bit was packaged so near the wall of a box that a bit broke off. And the last bit was packaged in the bottom of a box. All together $5,000 in art was dropped, and as a comparatively bad artist this is catastrophic.

I talked with the owner of the firm who said they’d have no responsibility for their packaging since they didn’t”store and move our things .” This even though the reduction resulted from the support they provided, packaging, and had nothing to do with all the storage or moving of those boxes.
