My significant additional contracted We Serve to transfer her 1 bedroom flat home merchandise into my residence. The movers showed up on time, stuffed her furniture to the truck and also met with her at my property. None of those movers were experts however did fine moving her to my property. I had an current sofa and love seat which I needed moved upstairs. The two gentlemen went to move the sofa upstairs using the legs still attached. They gouged my handrail, shattered the back around the ceiling and put a hole at the bedroom doorway, all until I can intervene and pull the legs off the sofa. The movers were professional but did not understand the first thing about shifting furniture. I took photos and contacted the owner Kirk Brown. He said that he would phone me back in a couple of days to discuss. He eventually called back and we all had a conversation with all the movers. He sided with his employees and refused to listen about the harm they’d done. I wouldn’t employ this firm to move your possessions. They promise to be more professional but specialist is the final term which comes to mind for this firm. I retired as an Army Colonel following 30 decades of service and that I understand this isn’t the way the veteran owned firm will take care of people that they employ to perform business in their opinion. We’ll be going to small claims court.
Thanks,
Shawn Poole
Workers came punctually in 1 group prepared to do the job. They hustled and completed unloading two trucks in 4.5 hours regardless of the warmth. Got into 95 that afternoon. Men worked extremely hard, listened to nearly all 98 percent of the directions, didn’t violate anything, and so were fine.
This really is a veteran owned company who hires other specialists and relatives of veterans.
