Certainly the worst service we’ve ever received from a shipping company.
Multiple scheduled deliveries constantly weeks and weeks outside leaves us at month five and we still have not got the furniture.

Quality of furniture has been addressed from the furniture firm however, the problem is with the shipping firm WDI that provides for Z Gallerie.

They either don’t appear or arrive at the time never scheduled and subsequently depart. So long wasted so much strain, damage to your home even from among those instances they came! They did tackle this but that in itself took months.

We request them to pre inspect the furnture in order that they do not squander their own time and ours with forcing delivering and up. As soon as they arrive, it is the identical tune – oh we must reorder, or Oh we will return tomorrow we must resolve this, they then do not also call! The next thing we know, they reordered AGAIN and now we have to wait a month.

Customer support on the telephone programs the incorrect times, not considerate, not considerate, very impolite remarks and remarks.
Don’t seek the services of this company to your relocation, they may either harm your house or squander your own time.
