My spouse and I used them to proceed from VA to CA and it had been among the worst experiences of my entire life. Everything started off fine at the scheduling of pickup as soon as they picked everything up turned out to be a wonderful procedure. All these scam artists had their own definition of what a flight of stairs had been. This is where it becomes even shadier, they refused to offer me a receipt for your money payment and said that the paperwork that the initial movers gave to us in VA was likewise the fall off paperwork… that does not make any sense and they chose to deny me documentation.

They eventually proceed everything in and the following day people come to understand that they gave us another person’s box of items and dropped among ours. They also went through our materials since almost a $1000 bucks worth of airsoft equipment was stolen. Turns out that they don’t have any official tracker of that movers managed our stuff since it had been all loved between three unique trucks using different moving men.

I phoned to make an official complaint and the secretary said that she’ll send out a truck to pick up the stranger’s box however that truck never came. The business then started to blow off my needs and refused to mail me copies of their paperwork. I had been working with a lawyer who said we had this paperwork to file a claim and also this moving company understands that as they’re outside dishonest. Plus you Cannot even file a complaint using the third party site because you want All of the paperwork to Create a claim

This business was delegated to us by a moving business broker named Dependable Moving to aid with a transfer in the East Coast to the West Coast. That is when the problems began, of which I shall outline here:
PICKUP
— The supervisor was on site and has been hitting on my wife the whole time. He hugged her several occasions, touched her buttocks, and provided her a reduction if”she moved to supper with him.” He’ll be hearing from our family attorney.
— The quoted cost of this movement was as fanciful as the supervisors professionalism. Having a decidedly less than comprehensive explanation, many mysterious charges were added into our cost, a few of that while in the center of the boxes being transferred. The entire cost was $400 greater than the quoted cost. Obviously they showed up after business hours and it had been not possible to dispute the new pricing together with the workplace.
DELIVERY
— Our tv screen was ruined. As in it seemed like a baseball smashed to the display, which can be very shocking because the Video was packaged from the first store packing box using protective styrofoam and all together with a tag that said”delicate” This really is a TV that was moved throughout the country many times for undergrad, medical school, and residency with no incident.
— Our glass finish table came with many chips at the corner.
— Mysteriously, they sent two bags filled with clothes and other things which didn’t belong to us. We alerted them of the 3 times today, it has been 3 months and they’ve still not come to recover those products.
— Among the delivery guys used our toilet and abandoned stool thing on the toilet seat. Yes the bathroom seat, something I am not certain I could do even if I tried.

All Merchandise came broken and moist

I utilized a this moving company to move from Richmond, VA to Las Vegas, NV. The business gave us a quote for our flat and then ended up charging us twice as much with cryptic charges on the day of the transfer. The business gave us an estimate on how long that the movement will take so my boyfriend made Virginia sooner than anticipated to create certain that he was there once the moving company arrived with all our things. The business gave us a two week grace period from the time that they picked up our things. After not hearing from them my boyfriend called the day before the two week deadline and they stated they couldn’t match both week dead line. They stated they’d have the ability to send it in another week that’s not what we had been promised. When the things eventually came after the deadline which was granted, the movers who took off our items of the truck didn’t take care to cautiously proceed to everything. The boxes which stated delicate were dismissed because they didn’t understand exactly what fragile intended, meaning they didn’t English writing. Due to the. Have an whole box full of numerous dishes that are broken. Our T.V. was shot apart ( we didn’t agree for this) and today has screws which are missing. My vest is missing an whole side since it had been broken completely off from the moving business. There are many items which are missing completely that we cant return since the moving business doesn’t know where they’re. We now have two tables, one which is broken to bits and can no more be utilized and one which has been broken and unscrewed rather than put back together.

WORST Form OF PEOPLE EVER!
Employed them to move across state. Thought it was to good to be true based on cost. CAUSE IT WAS!!!! The pickup was manage by a”supervisor” and proceeded smooth except that he kept hitting on my wife the entire time. Then had to telephone their HQ to switch the speech and add stairs into the invoice. That was not to bad except that their kind of paper course are composed in chicken scratch which even the workers can not understand.
DAY OF DELIVERY they advised us a time involving 4pm-6pm, they did not appear to 8pm. Then the driver attempts to assert that the money I already paid for 3 flights of stairs had been a random other fee and would not move our belongings until I paid over! After that has been taken care of these began moving our boxes. Come to find out they struck my spouse classic desk and pulled out the bits without consent. After all of the boxes have been moved they would not provide me a copy of paperwork stating they sent telling me that the pickup paperwork is my receipt and we are hurrying to leave reason it was so late for them. They immediately took off once I signed up.
Soon after we begin really going through the boxes have come to find out they dropped two big boxes and gave us a random individual box. Also that they stole more than a 1000 bucks worth of Airsoft gear. I named the driver back up attempting to acquire response but he hardly spoke English and maintained saying shipment is the individual to speak to but they’re closed if they dropped off the boxes… I wait until moving to telephone and hit them. Took three days of phoning at least 4 times each day to eventually reach dispatch. He goes and tells me that I must watch for the paper work to get back to allow him to explore anything. Also tried to have a copy of the reception and be reimbursed for the overcharge and the secretary said she’d email it. Was supposed to get some one come back out and pick the strangers up box from us but 3 weeks later still in my flat. Never got the email either cause they’re shady and dont wish to return what they stole for example kids.
AND this can not be the first time they’ve completed this trigger I went to find a lawyer BUT that the attorney can not actually do anything with no paperwork that the corporation will not offer you.
If I could have I’d have sued this”family run” scam straight back to the dark ages.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! This is a dreadful cross-country adventure. They billed me for things which weren’t contained in the transfer and was billed $100 for using a poster set in a cardboard box. As soon as I pushed back they said that I had to show that the fees were false rather than taking my word. Mysteriously, I had been quoted an additional $900 on delivery. In addition to that they broke a wrought iron seat that has been in my home for 50 decades. Not just one worker apologized for the harm or annoyance. They have not returned any mails to notify me about regarding the status of my claim. It has been 6 months without a word. Probably I won’t ever hear from them again nor be paid in anyway. It does not feel great to write this short article, but it hurts even more to be dismissed and socialize with an organization which doesn’t care whatsoever about the individuals it serves. Really sloppy job men. Super miserable.

This is probably the very unprofessional company I’ve ever handled. The accounts supervisor produced a blind quote without getting an estimate of how big my storage device. She chose the lowest potential measuremnts and then the cost doubled later pick- up. I informed her she had to make a quote employing a centre number. Her schooling seems to be on par with a 12 year-old. She favors the telephone to email.  I became angry and eventually they managed the problem by telling me how to own the following firm retrive the products. I’d previously paid the deposit plus they’d my things in storage. This could have been a violation of contract. I was also residing in Mexico. A friend spent two days on your phone begging them to finish the delivery, and I phoned theh CEO that she conviently altered the measurements significance that a centre amount was used (  I’m not that dumb ) they finally agreed to send my things, however the truck visiting my destination’d alredy left. Even the ceo blamed me for the difficulties telling me that I wasn’t great to Yvette and their workers are like family. She said that it was overly complex for Yvette to talk to my buddy and get mails from me throughout the preparation statges. Shhe subsequently blamed me for his lack of communcation and inability to process my payment. I paid in full and tehn fourteen days after I got the email asking me when they can pull on an 18 wheeler up into the storage center. If they weren’t they were planning to charge me more money.This question was requested a complete month following my orginal delivery was scheduled. Please avoid this business.
