I called twice before my move to be certain everything was great to go and the two times they said they would phone back and I ended up needing to. The day of the movement they tried to hurry the process and they could not even get my sofa from my flat! The sole reason I desired movers was for my own mattress and sofa! Everything else was straightforward. They could hardly know English and they still ended up charging the minimal fee of $296 if they could not even finish the job. They left with no screwing all of my mattress back together and did not bother telling me. I wound up getting some buddies to move out the couch and let my own truck and once I advised the movers that they said they would call back. It has been 4 times and regular I have had to phone them to find some kind of progress and there’s been nothing. They’re a nightmare and incredibly unprofessional. The testimonials online seemed good but they have to’ve done them themselves since I do not possibly see how anybody could give them anymore than two celebrities
