If I could give less than one star I would. Don’t use this business! They lie, do not return emails or telephone calls. They do bait and switch with the quotation you’re given. I’ve in writing through email from Serena exactly what I was suppose to cover at pickup and exactly what the total will be at shipping and they billed me $840 more. I even told Serena I had been on a strict budget and would have to keep cost down and she told me no problem. Serena the customer support rep who put me up compels emails on you for you moving she was really stubborn, quotations you and then after your done with her she awakens and she even told me my belongings would be sent within 4-7 days that was just another LIE took nearly 30 times and the customer support dept kept giving me the run around afterward would not answer my calls before I blocked my number.

The contracted delivery staff even told me that they must clean up their messes all of the time and also the delivery drivers were not even given the correct information for my transfer.

This firm is a massive scam and they take you for a ride. The pickup group refused to carry some things which were in my org packaging list, brand-new items which cost me over $300 the primary man was pushy and pushed me to sign up paperwork and then threatened me when I don’t he’d accept his men and depart. They know that they got you by the short hairs since you’re already packed and ready to go. They also ruined some of my things and now I must submit a claim and’m sure that will be a struggle to undergo also. I’ve asked for cash and that I must just pay the quotation I had been sent and signed for and they’ve refused.

There are several people they’ve done this to and they actually must get a class actions brought against them and that they will need to get shut down!!

There are several bad reviews on this organization and I wish I’d have seen them before getting them move me.

Read the contract since they will repeatedly tell you exactly what you wish to listen and when you register, you’re locked into it. I had been told several times 2-3 times until they sent and they took nearly 3 months! Countless dollars in lodging and clothes since they’d all of my family’s things and they wouldn’t even inform me when to anticipate! I spent 5800 and then had to squander money in addition to it. I was just quoted $2700; [EDIT]! You call customer support and (after sitting on hold for half an hour ( if replied ) they simply keep replicating the contract lingo approximately 7-14 days and up to 30! Receive a U-Haul! It’ll be cheaper and require less time. They are unethical!
