I reserved the appointment weeks ahead of time. I received two confirmation calls daily ahead. Nobody showed up. Nobody replied my dozen or so calls. No one reacted to my voicemail or FB messages. They tried to convince me to pre-pay using a charge card – sounds like a huge scam to me. Employ a real firm.

They shifted the company to attempt to conceal. They’re scammers. I’d give zero stars if I could. They took $1,000 from me and did not show up. Don’t use them.

I can not talk highly enough about the movers which enabled me to fill my storage pod. They were quick, friendly, professional, and comprehensive. They really went above and beyond and finished the job over the two hours spent. I would not be afraid to employ these men later on, Nicely done!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I chased an out of state transfer from MI into IL. I paid my bill so as to book the moving dates. The day prior to my transfer I attempted to get in touch with this business many times. I left a few voicemails which weren’t returned. I had been delivered a facebook message that the day of my transfer saying that the business temporarily shut down and I’d have been issued a refund in 7 to 10 business days. It’s been almost a month. The business has simply changed their name by Verly’s Professional Moving Labour to Transferring Labour Today and blocked me from their FB page. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and also have a busy dispute with my credit card business. Not one of my calls are returned.

I called the company now and they replied but once I spoke having a refund the girl hung up on me and blocked my own calls. I phoned from a different number and she replied simply to hang up if she recognized it had been me. Please discuss this and do not permit anyone else to be duped by this provider.

In my view, Verlys Professional Moving Labour who works under money only with no contract or agreement has done so as it’s not a legitimate moving agency as depicted on Facebook. To further this, they’re probably completely aware that if they were to function in a legitimate way they’d be opening themselves to be accountable for situations such as ours.

Moral of this story — DO NOT utilize Verlys Pro Moving Labour.

Zack, Sergio, and Dalton did a fantastic job moving things for us. They were speedy and effective, and we’d urge them for almost any moving needs.

This was the top Move of my Life. These young gentlemen who came to our home was so considerate and candy. I felt quite comfortable and WOW didn’t understand how to wrap all of our furniture and then load our 26ft truck. After over 1,000 miles nothing moved even a inch. These men was fantastic! I hope that I do not need to move again but if I do these are the men!! I suggest this company to everybody who would like the very best transfer of there LIFE!

Really prompt on going day and also got a call in business daily prior to our relocation to confirm yet another time. The Movers Ryan and Dave we really considerate and friendly toward us and our loved ones. They took great care of the furniture and our home on moving day. From begin to finish they had been all hustle down and up the staircase. What a good moving team and we do urge them to relatives members and relatives of ours. Good experience with all the movers and the business for our relocation. We scheduled our relocation for August 15th however our final got shifted to August 18th and Verlys specialist moving labour altered our moving date for the movers to arrive. They took great care of their loved ones and our furniture onto a complete service transfer from IL into indiana on March 20th 2016. When they arrived in the new home, they insisted that the machine wouldn’t match the staircase unless it had been unassembled. I hired a second firm for about $157 to unassemble the device and then move it down the staircase. They transferred it WITHOUT TAKING IT APART. Contacted Verlys who requested for evidence. I sent them confirmation in the next moving firm and they dismissed my email addresses. Additionally did slight damage to two parts of furniture that they proceeded and set a dent in an stair. Read reviews on Yelp and BBB prior to hiring.

Our expertise with Verlys Professional Moving Labour was absolutely dreadful! We hired them for two hours using two movers to help transfer 1 piece of furniture which was too thick and awkward to get my Dad, Brother and I to maneuver. I rented a Uhaul truck particularly for this piece of furniture and also this particular day. They were supposed to appear to our home at Wheaton at 10am on Sunday September 28. At 9pm the night ahead, they called to confirm the address and begin time. On the 28th, at 10:30am they were not there yet. My mother (who hired them without considering their testimonials before ) called them, they never answered her telephone. My brother called and the woman picked up immediately, after he recognized that he was, the woman said they’d be there in half an hour. At 11:30, still no call, no show. They would not pick up my brother’s calls or my mother’s calls. I phoned (pretending for a new prospective customer using a last minute request for movers) she stated that the movers were completing loading a mentor to a truck at Chicago and they might be at my home at 45minutes. I then understood who I was and that they were already supposed to be in my home an hour and a half before, the woman immediately angrily scuffed at me and hung up on me without even saying a word. She subsequently stopped answering my calls too. My father called and the woman was unapologetic and stated they would be at my home in half an hour. At 12:45, still no call no show, we predicted from yet a different number and advised them to not bother showing up that we will do it ourselves.

It was a complete waste of half a day waiting for this particular corporation. They’ve by FAR the worst customer support I have evere encountered. My mother opted to employ them because they were 100 less expensive than their competition. However, you get what you pay for I suppose. We’ll NEVER employ these individuals again! Do not squander your own time, and do not squander your cash, I guarantee you it is not worthwhile!!!

Absolutely terrible encounter. When my movers did not appear at noon as booked, nobody called to notify me that they’d be late. Attempting to find an answer in the business turned into a nightmare, they did not understand where the movers were or what was happening. The girl in the headquarters was impolite, unapologetic, and screened my telephone calls because I kept calling attempting to determine what was happening. When I eventually called in my boyfriends telephone she picked up and still didn’t understand what was happening. The movers eventually showed up five and a half an hour late, describing the headquarters was a wreck since the proprietor is presently in jail. And the man said he did not call because he simply purchased an $850 telephone,” which he did not need to crack on a project” which allegedly is a fantastic reason to not call your clients. The girl from the headquarters called me again and was quite threatening. I explained to her that I’d given my card to the gentleman that I left the reservation with, but she lasted. I wound up giving the 2 movers money, which makes them both signal and watch on a bit of paper which I paid in money.

I still have yet to be reimbursed for the additional rental day in my automobile. Worst moving experience ever, I won’t ever use them again and will adamantly recommend against using these to everybody I know.

I was actually attempting to maintain the transfer as inexpensive as possible because I’ll be moving again into my new flat in a couple of months but that was proven to be costing me much over hiring total movers to perform the job. I picked Verlys over a different firm since they had 4 out of five stars out of over 400 testimonials on uhauls moving website but I’m left wondering how in the world with this sort of service that they got anywhere near this. I hired Verlys Professional Moving Labour to fill and load my U-Haul moving truck that I leased for June 30th. I pre-paid Verlys Professional Transferring Labor $200 through the site MovingHelp.com. I advised 1pm on June 30th to allow these to come to load my car. About June 29th at 10pm I got a voicemail from them stating that their computers went down and they had to re-verify the exact time of their transfer. I called back first thing in the morning at 8am, no response, I left a message. At 9:30am I still hadn’t heard back so I called again and left another message. I waited until 11am and still had no call back. Eventually at 11:30am I called a third time and they replied, they confirmed that the movers are at my house at 1pm. In 12:40pm I got a call from them stating the movers were rushing behind from a morning proceed and they’d be in my home in two hours in 3pm. Subsequently at 2:30pm that they called me and stated that among the movers stopped and they had no one else to transfer me. I inquired what I was supposed to take into account my truck leasing and they stated it was not their problem. I stated that it’s their difficulty because I paid for your truck lease, gasoline, mileage along with my period that I took off work to your afternoon. When our scheduled movers never showed up to move my parents Saturday morning, we had been at a state of absolute dread to find help last-minute ASAP.  I contacted Verlys and then had a three man team to my door over two hours!  These 3 guys worked their butts off till nearly 11pm moving exceptionally heavy furniture such as antiques.  They were very considerate of each peice they proceeded and very considerate of us too.  Incredibly friendly and incredibly hard working.  And of course the unbelievable price we were quoted and notably as a last minute go.  We cant’ be happier with all the promptness, hard working, and last minute help we obtained.  I’ll be advocating Verlys to everybody.
