Lousy coordination between operation and sales departments. Inadequate professionalism I compensated for 3 movers however only 1 was functioning, 1 learning and another was that the motorist to adapt my things within the vehicle. This provider is really a nightmare.  The positive statement I can make is that the four employees people were on time and started the packing for the move at precisely the time guaranteed.  But, there was damage to land and destruction of land. These shifting unloaded boxes of lamps  in our new location and just left them at the center of the ground.  When requested to unpack and build the lamps just as they had been, we had been told”we do not do this”.  We clarified that that wasn’t exactly what the firm person said that took our order for service.  To no avail, the employees left.  I phoned USA Relocators that the very next day to talk with the manager but he was unavailable.  I left message describing what employees had completed and was told I would be given a call from the manager.  He didn’t predict.  I called the credit card company and explained what had happened and wanted to waive the fees based on truth that occupation was faulty.  I had been told by charge card firm that USA Relocators has to be given chance to fix the situation and when this wasn’t done within a couple of afternoon, call back and then we can proceed with dispute.  I phoned movers again and talked with the manager who eventually agreed to send out someone to reassemble the lamps.  It took three times for business to send a staff person to reassemble the lamps.  This firm ought to be avoided in any way costs since they lack ethics and don’t appear to respond unless under danger of getting a dispute filed against them.  I would not ever use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.
