Don’t use this organization. Initially, I had been connected with a woman named Britney which has been great; she had been friendly, flexible, and handed off great vibes. She offered me for my transfer and about the day the movers arrived, they explained they needed to charge me more to suitably wrap my possessions to reduce harm. The total came out to $788.64 greater than the initial quote. When I was prepared for my possessions (I transferred out of state), I phoned Britney and she explained she would need to start looking in the program to observe how soon my belongings could be hauled; she explained a woman named Maria would phone me later on to talk. I let her know I did not wish to procure a storage device before I understood when my things would arrive so that I was not paying for a vacant storage device. This was on a Wednesday. I didn’t hear back and presumed that they were just occupied. I called the next Monday and Britney stated she did not have any upgrades for me but would have Maria phone me back when she got to the workplace. I didn’t get any call backs. Tuesday came along with a guy known as saying that he had been nearby with my things; because this was sudden and nobody communicated with me, we agreed he’d send my possessions the next day so that I had the time to make arrangements. He texted me at 10pm the same night asking if I could meet him in the storage device at 8am the next day; I consented. I moved into the storage centre in 750am and waited. He didn’t reveal. I texted him a bit after 8am and that he responded, saying they only woke up and he would be there in an hour and a half. I was upset but there was nothing I could do. He still came late and the gentleman that he had been with made casual conversation with me; he stated they met together with his parents and had breakfast this morning. I was somewhat offended because it seemed like they might have told me beforehand of time that they were going to be late so that I did not waste my time visiting the storage centre at 8am. They unloaded my things and to my disappointment, so a number of my brand-new pieces of furniture have been broken and ruined. Boxes which were marked”brittle” were squished and in bad condition. I had been making notes of the and taking photos as well as the guy said to me,”They are not gonna care on your broken boxes.” Once they unloaded my stuff, I phoned Britney, extremely upset, and she explained she would have Maria telephone me back to submit a claim. No security for the paintings simply tape and catch together and push in truck. Whenever I tried to prevent them and observe what they were performing the exceptionally rude man kept telling me that I couldn’t do this, I needed to sign every one of the newspapers. I haven’t been treated so horribly in my entire life. He explained there could be an additional fee since I had more sticks compared to that which we told the workplace. I informed him I couldn’t possibly have as much as he stated and asked him how he made that figure since the boxes were all in a corner of this area. He said he can tell by simply looking. He asked him whether he loved his mom and then he said”yes”. I asked him when he treated her how he was hurting me. He didn’t answer me. He explained it was likely to charge $2,500.00 I stated we had been quoted $700 and also the paintings weren’t even packaged for security. I informed him that the guitars were simply grabbed and pushed from the vehicle. He explained there were no guitars, only instances. He told him that there were guitars at the instances and he said he didn’t see them so there were not any guitars. I informed my granddaughter what occurred and that I called the company to complain about how I had been treated. She had been told that the dreadful man’s title is”Rob or even aka Rotem” which he had anger issues and was attempting to work with this. He then called my granddaughter, demanding to know why she phoned the office on him. When the things came I was really grateful that my husband’s pellets had not been stolen that I did not detect other lost things until weeks afterwards. I’d over 40 paintings which my spouse had painted and most of these were ruined. The prints we’d made of these paintings were ruined as well as the glass was broken on all of them. Everything was dirty. They probably went through a dust storm and nothing else at all the vehicle was coated or protected at all. They left large boxes with us that belonged to somebody else. The operator’s name is Arik Skulnik. This household is obviously in business simply to steal from the others and giggling while they get it done.

Wish I could give this negative stars. They are completely fraudulent. Steer clear of this organization! Do not make the identical mistake that I did. I’ve 70 mails and several telephone calls using Anthony Ayala. I had a quote at $1,989 to transfer things from Phoenix into Idaho. I documented all of emails and telephone calls with him where we shared everything and dimensions. Subsequently Maria Reyes calls me that the day of the transfer after I had a window of between 12 and 3 stating the truck broke down and they’ll be late. That is right from their deceptive playbook, they make you late in the day where its difficult to discover another firm. The foreman arrives and says that he will not do the work unless I offer him $2,700. I mentioned take everything about the quote and not anything more. He explained boxes were extra big and that I mentioned I have the measurements of the boxes mails and supported with the revenue manager. Then he disappears for one hour and can be on the telephone with the proprietor. Meanwhile, its getting late at evening and I want to be from my place shortly. The proprietor called Arik Skolnik a Israeli gets to the telephone and is a complete fraudulent slime ball, ” the worst of the worst. He was unapologetic about the four hour delay from them coming and all he would say when I inquired why he could not honor the quote had been that there are hundreds and hundreds of sofas. I stated I spoke this all with earnings manager including measurements to prevent all these issues. He would say was”I’m not the revenue manager, I’m the person who owns the organization. We’re walking out from this endeavor if you don’t pay me $2,450, I’m tired and my guys are exhausted” Arik Skolnik handled me in a disgusting manner. He’s the quintessential illustration of a horrible, slimy fraudster. I hope he moves from business to cheating on me and a lot of other people that wrote such reviews. This business also goes by 1st alternative storage and moving. Avoid at any cost! Heed additional advice. They ought to endure for the way that they handle their clients. Also, they broke an extremely costly item of furniture, so I’m submitting a claim against them for this and will come back later but according to what I read and coping with them so much I doubt I will get much backagain. I was calling around to many different moving companies to get a couple of months and this firm supplied the most fair quote for my little 5×10 storage filled with bins, boxes, a little file cabinetplus a double mattress and queen mattress and box spring. The price was approximately $900 that I had been quoted originally. So, I reserved the transfer for about a few outside, paid approximately $100 to reserve and advised the firm I was currently in Missouri, things were still in Phoenix in storage but that I had a person to meet them there. Spoke with Lisa originally, roughly a week prior to the transfer (or what I believed could be the transfer date) they said that they didn’t ensure that I’d get things picked up on this specific day and it might be anyplace in 7-10 business days throughout that time. I talked with Lisa along with a man who supplied me having a date for pickup but nevertheless not fall off date, only advised that it could be anywhere between 7-10 business days following pickup until I obtained my things. I had been angry and the man informed me I could go everywhere where they’d lie and attempt to deceive me.
Fast forward to this day of pickup, my buddy arrives in the storage device as scheduled and they raised the cost to $1500, saying that I had specific kinds of boxes and there were far more things than they expected. Granted, there was no additional furniture apart from the mattresses and box spring that I mentioned. He explained that he was there in the storage needed all of my things out and when I wished to cancel I might, but they wouldn’t place them back into storage. I was obviously mad believing that I was 1500 miles apart and also the person I needed to match them couldn’t transfer any boxes. Therefore, after 30 seconds on the telephone I told them only to bring my things, but they still did not have an estimated fall off date. After calling over and over my stuff eventually came 4 days after. Thank goodness! But. . .all 3 document cupboard doors were broken not able to be repaired, two little lamps were broken, and bent storage bin shirts such as they were opened along with the people which were bringing it in told me to phone Lisa. Well I did roughly 3 days to no avail. I wouldn’t ever use their service again, and wish I’d used another provider. Very costly error! Oh yeah and they billed an extra $50 since I’ve got a single flight of stairs. I really like about the 2nd floor of the flat. There aren’t any halls to perform anything or down.

After finalizing the quotation,on the shifting date the motorist came and watched the things and was quite rude and began fitting the last quote (such as couch love seat size is much more than normal,Box dimensions is much more than anticipated…) and eventually ended up raising the finalized quotation by $300.

6/3/2017 was the moving date and following many followups eventually I received my things delivered to 6/24 late night. . .with great deal of damages such as furniture has been partially broken and I may be utilizing them for following 6 weeks maximum since they were half a broken and several products. . .like TV dining table. . .tv electricity cable….broken table that cant be utilized…

I had been hoping to assert the missing things if they could find them since they were first. . .the direction Shawn(Rashawn Willams). . .extension 211. . .is only saying my occupation is to just speak about quotes not the different matters also then he hangs up the telephone…

Not indicating whom to talk to. . .after phoning for 11 days I contacted Maria. . .she told me made note of those products…I will send you forms to fill out state all these things there from the shape…

Really Rude encounter all over beginning from the day we began talking to those individuals.

Ultimately very awful encounter with USA Moving and Storage Phoenix.I strongly urge to not proceed with these individuals for transferring.

I had them go from phoenix to madison, they’ll phone you and quote you the cheapest price available on the marketplace but when they’re finished loading up your bag in the truck they’d request more cash for tiniest materials. I took the comprehensive package for building and dissembling however they’d only load up everything following dissembling and wouldn’t build back in your delivery location. Tired of the marking man”Anthony” he’d call up you discussion sweetly and also make all type of claims, but after you pay the first $100 for your”booking” he’d quit picking up your requirements.
Steer clear of this movers whatsoever, they simply don’t care about your belongings, they simply need to create money.

What was not broken was missing , damaged or scarred. My couch had holes punched through the upholstery, bookcases were broken, and lamps were broken, and there were several things missing along with the woodwork on a lot of parts of furniture had been scarred. My phone calls weren’t returned, my claim wasn’t replied and mails weren’t returned. This is the worst going experience I have ever had.

Avoid at any cost. “locked in speed” was raised by 50% after they came to proceed. Then what was likely to carry 2-3 days required 8 days. Subsequently on day 8 bath arrives at 11am without the helpers (only motorist ). Wouldn’t repay credit provided was 400 on a 6600 movement to unload ourselves (51′ truck), no aid, everyone blames everybody else. Do whatever except employ these individuals. They’ll do anything to have the sale then fail and dodge if any queries occur.

I moved from AZ to IN… my transfer was worry free  all went great from the chosen up of my things the shipping of ALL my items. .   I was nicely informed step-by-step of all of the procedure… Each of the agents I dealt with were very professional and attentive. . Roxana, Rob and Maria

I cannot complain. I transferred several occasions and haven’t had a fantastic experience before going with USA Moving and Storage. The business gave me an estimate for about $2102.00 and my transfer cost remained the same. I expected getting delivered after in that transit period or late, I had been delivered in 10 days crossover country. I Strongly advocate USA Moving and Storage.

I have to begin by stating the movers in the near and endings were AWESOME!! They were all professional, kind and considerate.

They picked up my items at Denver at Dec 2013 to maneuver into storage before Sept 2014, once I contacted them together with my shipping address. The whole time my items have been in storage, I’d repeated experiences of Mara Reyes’ incompetence. When I thought she could not be less competent, she’d surprise me again with this [EDIT] yearly invoice. EVERY SINGLE MONTH, she’d send my invoice round the 30th, as a result of 1st, inclusive of a $10 late charge. I called and softly explained that it had been not possible to incur a late charge because I had not been previously charged. EVERY SINGLE MONTH, she cried and promised to mend it and that it would not happen again. EVERY SINGLE MONTH, a late charge appeared in my invoice. EVERY SINGLE MONTH I relived this exact same exercise using all the ever-incompetent Maria Reyes.

This has been my sampling of this frustration which has been to accompany my own final shipping. All this time I am thinking my items are secure in their specialist climate-controlled storage facility. When I called to schedule final delivery, I had been blown-off, also experienced my first real twinge of stress – I seriously started to wonder when my items were sold on ebay or craigslist months before, as I continued to reliably pay my yearly storage fee. After daily persistence crossing nearly two weeks, I eventually obtained a shipping time-frame from this ever-incompetent Maria Reyes. Actual delivery has been a day later than that which she advised me, however, that I was overjoyed when I saw that the truck pull up! Fully half of my pleasure was in believing that I would never again have to manage the ever-incompetent Maria Reyes. 

I likely would not be writing this inspection except for that which I afterwards found… as I mentioned at the beginning, the movers themselves were great! And I am thankful to be the Type Someone I’m. I left my own stock checklist before loading the truck in Dec.. Due to my listing, I managed to rapidly determine I had been missing two very important things: the LEGS and BASE into my bar table (the seats and dining table top strangely made it), along with a custom-cut glass shelf which goes to my classic vanity. So I’ve a table I can not use, and a classic with diminished worth, as a result of this ever-incompetent Maria Reyes and her cronies. What is with hoarding the dining table legs – I read that also happened to another reviewer – critically!!!

I blasted an email to each person I had ever spoken together or emailed there and Customer Support, and was fortunate enough to listen from”Elena” who seemed sincerely empathetic. Though I think she tried her very best to find my missing things, I am sure now that I will never see these again. However, THAT is not even the most upsetting part. Are you prepared? This comes…

I KNOW for true that a few of my items were USED!!! The clear – my vacuum cleaner. The brush was LOADED with hair – and it was not mine! Being Sort A, I would not ever send my vacuum cleaner at this type of circumstance. What’s more, the inadequate motor seems like it has been beat to hell. Whoever used it should have been vacuuming an Whole motel Daily for the Whole period it was in”storage”

Next is that the stool which goes with my dressing table… the chair cushion was down to a small twist keeping it attached to the bottom. When the movers gathered it in Dec, it had been firmly intact. It’s a fabric cover and I shudder to consider the bare buns graced its surface to get about 270 days. Obviously I’ve a recovering job in progress…

Last thing: rather than cardboard boxes, I packed most of my items in big”rubbermaid” bins, and taped down the claws. The tape has been broken on nearly each of those bins. Normally I’d chalk that up to movers catching them where they are recorded and it obviously breaking there. But given this experience, I’m convinced that somebody (s) [I know that is not actually a job but you get the idea] anyhow, somebody (s) went searching through AT LEAST SOME of my bins to find out what home additions they may find.

I don’t have any idea what else has been shot, and it sickens me to know that there are people around who believe this is OK. I am speaking to you personally Maria Reyes.

This is actually the second time that I have used them. Both instances were superb. The quoted cost was to the cent (and quite reasonable). Nothing was ruined. Delivery time was quickly!! I’d recommend them over another inspector I needed. Everything was wrapped in thick quilted blankets. They were very cautious with all my furniture. When it was sent it was place exactly where I requested the mover to put it. They did an superb job both in denver and at florida.

I’ve moved across the U.S. many times in my 71 Decades of living and this was absolutely the WORST experience ever.   Heads up. . .on the site as soon as you link to the sales man, they’re sweet as pie, and aftter. . .forget relating to it.   I had been advised by my sales man Tom, that I could use my charge card throught the Whole transaction.   Wow, what a lie. . .lie number 1!   Oh, yeah you are able to for sure.   Then the moving men Appear on time and need Just a money order, personal check or money.   The  man now in control of the movement, Ben, stated this is how it’s always done on his ending.   In addition, he gave the impression that he could be leaving California and departure through Texas where he’s some famliy and may find a opportunity to see relatives. . .hmmm. Anyhow, to make a aweful long story  short, he did not even drive our stuff there.   Two other men show up a couple of times llate plus a few motel bills afterwards and with wet broken boxes and furniture. And, to top it off, they just accept cash or a postal money order. . .like I’ve 1,000. OO bucks just lying about.   My daughter thank god, helped them unload and untape most of the furniture.   They did put my bed together but that is about  it.   Enough said.   I won’t ever recommend anyone use this service if you don’t adore trying moving along with your belongings being ruined and needing to submit an insurance claim and deal with dishonest folks all around. And first and foremost of the quotation is based on the burden of your own stuff. . .the cost will always be greater.

In my initial call to USA state until our big movement we experienced nothing but sort, carig and professionalims from this corporation.  Movers at which punctually fast and considerate.  When requested to move things round the new house that which was”no difficulty we are here in order to hep you”.

My family were so rent by our favorable experience I will assure that you will recommed you to all of our family and friends.

About 9/22, I got a telephone call in the motorist using a company named Superior Movers that’s just another firm USA Moving sub allow the task to. The driver explained that he had been in AZ and going to FL with my kid’s possessions and could be in our FL home in 3-5 days. I chose to attempt and have upgrades out of the dispatcher but not received clear answers regarding where the truck had been. The driver didn’t answer his mobile phone and his voice mailbox was full so that I could not quit messages. About 10/7 the firm was in contract breach as my kid’s things were still not sent. Telephone calls for dispatchers, supervisors, sales manager provided no advice and tales I had been told altered (the truck had been left, a new driver is headed to Miami to pick this up, the truck broke down, and the driver got ill, etc). I eventually got one of those dispatchers to inform me that the truck was in Ocala, FL at a trailer store being fixed. Then I took it upon myself to phone the trailer stores in Ocala before I discovered the truck. GUESS WHAT???? The truck was discontinued in Dunnellon, FL for poor brakes and bald tires and summoned into a DOT store for repairs. It might then have to get scrutinized by FL DOT again when it had been fixed before it would get back to the street. Meanwhile, the business got another truck to maneuver my kid’s things (along with other households too ) for it so that the items can be sent. My son items eventually came on 10/9/13 at the day. I don’t have any clue just how many times my kid’s things were transferred from truck to truck. This is debatable since the more instances boxes and furniture has been moved, the greater danger there is that something can get broken or damaged. I wouldn’t ever use this provider again. Besides bad customer service abilities, the dispatchers weren’t honest on in which the truck was and what was occurring. Along with the truck was faulty which introduced a safety problem.

It was my only encounter with a cross country moving business and I would definitely try another another time.   The sales representative assured me that the estimated burden and stock I’d filled out online will be sufficient for their initial quote of $5600.   When the movers came, they were quick to notify me that they’d need to re-estimate since they were just there to find out exactly what was about the stock and also my talk with the sales representative was immaterial to them.   So, now the cost is $8000 with a estimated delivery up to 21 times outside.   Fortunately they did not wait the entire 21 days, but that I did need to wait in TX for 2 days for our things to arrive.   As it did, you will find a few ruined items along with a lost step ladder.   As we unboxed everything, we discovered that many items were melted.   Wherever they had saved our things for nearly two weeks Wasn’t probably climate controlled.   For $8000, I expected much better support than that.

Iam really quite amazing concerning their moving services. Iam a year shopper and will need to move three to four times annually. I simply make a phone to them when iam moving. They transfer my stuffs quite safely to my new residence. It is easy to transfer and their shifting price also very low. Read their testimonials in yelp, bbb, angies listing, moversfax.com. In these sites usa moving and storage has great standing.

I’d USA Moving transfer my items out of Phoenix to San Jose. I picked the company because they didn’t attempt to strong arm me in signing a deal together when we first spoke, even though my transfer was comparatively small they still came out into my house and ensured my cost, something another movers didn’t provide. The cost was also aggressive. I wished to get my items in 1 or 2 times but had to wait for 4 days until my delivery happened, but I understood this beforehand.
