This is the worst experience ever. . I am giving one star because in the event that you do not you can not distribute the review.The service rep was really nice and sweet since she would like to receive my own trust.She called me several times to guarantee me to not stress along with the price she offered me wouldn’t alter and my things will arrive two days later select up..This was all a lie. . The initial quote was 950 afterward $1250. She explained it wouldn’t change.when the movers got into the last two parts of furniture to load on the truck they stated it’d shore $650 more.When we phoned the rep I had been coping with she could not be found.We had no option we needed to cover the money.My things did not arrive in 2 days it required at least seven.We utilized a credit card to cover the extra $650 and we afterwards discovered they charged us twiceThats not including the cash we agreed to cover at select upThey broke off the leg my desk,destroyed my sofa covers with tacky brown tape,and I am missing a set of expensive boots.I known as the moving company and they advised me to devote a claim.I actually only need to be with those folks. . I’ll be getting in touch with the better business bureau.

This is the worst experience I really believe I have ever had! Doubled the cost once all of my items were about the vehicle, truck broke down, then moved my things in storage 2x’s. Delivered per week later guaranteed with each box crushed or torn available. . “that is normal” they stated. . .Normal for them! Several broken and damaged things, a TV that they packaged was busted. Restricted communication capability with all the motorists.
Many emails and calls went unanswered in the staff and owners.
WHAT A MISTAKE! DON’T MAKE IT!! NO STARS

1) Initial binding arrangement each contract $1245.00, closing charge $1900.00 two ) Told in the time of pick-up from driver that when I gave him a more significant hint, he can lower the price 3) Once I attempted to talk to USA Transferring customer assistance, was advised to either pay total amount or they’d continue to keep my furniture 4) Were advised at the time of contract, things could be sent by 10/30. According to 10/30 to validate delivery and was informed that I had to phone driver and provided cell telephone number. For 3 times, no response from motorist 5) Upon pruning, found items lost (3 fishing rods, fishing internet, along with shelf of bookcase. Additionally had broken lamps plus a broken table. After several calls, affirmed in December that things were found and I’d get call again within 48hrs of shipping approach. No returned calls and also newest dialogue on 2/8/16, informed things couldn’t be found. Again guaranteed return call from supervisor. No return phone and newest dialog with shipment, advised”I do not understand any boss’s program, so that your guess is as good as mine as to if they’ll be in office.”

My Agent Cassiah on pickup was professional, prompt, and honest. But, Mike, Jennifer, and many others were rather unsatisfactory, I predicted several businesses, all bidding for my own interstate movement enterprise. They came 4 days before, sabotage to put my things into Miami, or storage then I would need to pick it up myself, cover storage, and also find my own team to delivey. Mike told me I can telephone UCC,” Business Bureau, etc.. My Husband took over, and they advised him that the 30 day storage clause in the contract did not apply; which they promised storage when they came early, and they guaranteed no shipping bef March 9. I began to cancel the 2nd test given them not covered by the bank. Thus, I’m ethical so that I opted to write this review. They have been UNETHICAL, HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. My bed railings, hedboard crown, and a couple of boxes MISSING! I predicted they promised nothing left to the warehouse or truck. DON’T Utilize USA MOVING SERVICE!
