    WORST NIGHTMARE IMAGINABLE!

The WORST NIGHTMARE Conceivable! I’d rate ZERO STARS although maybe not potential. Everything associated with this provider is worst than poor. To begin with they delivered a”pro” to assess exactly what you want to move and provides you with a quote, which won’t correspond with the facts. On the afternoon of the transfer that they will just say that you require more distance and will kill you with all the”additional” charges and fees. Then they are going to guarantee that they’ll deliver quickly, in my case that the took 30 days to send from MIami Area into Georgia Area, when they verbally promised to send per week, forcing our loved ones to sleep at hotels. Then to finish some of our things and came broken and abused. In addition they sent just two (two ) individuals who came in a Sunday at 6:30 PM and left without completing their job. WE registered a claim and they’re still analyzing it after 5 weeks without a reply yet. Do yourself a favor and just never look at this JUNK MOVING COMPANY! I’ll post pictures later…

STAY AWAY !!!!! Bait and Switch !!!!! i got all my stuff shattered !!

    STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
    This organization is full sham!!!!!!
The pickup was a sleek one that is a portion of both BAIT and SWITCH as soon as they have your own furniture within their ownership that this is when the actual game begins that they
That they CAN`t guarantee any shipping date (it could take them involving 7-21 dates in the desired date!!!!! )
Finally we have the shipping TODAY
To begin off the” amazing day” they requested us to provide them more cash immediately because the flat was greater than 75 feet in the entry (its own 80…)
And when they introduced the material in we were HORRIFIED that the TV was shattered that the mattress area mirror had been shattered the couch was broken along with the queen mattress was sent with of the screws to reassemble it( they stated that they Lost IT!!!!!!! )
    Avoid THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

They’re the worst. They lie, they cheat, they steal, and they’re a fraud. I’ve attempted to find the authorities to close them down but they’ve gotten away with it for many years The owner resides in Florida at a ritzy apartment rather than chooses calls. Assess out every company. These folks have many businesses under different titles. Do not even bother to obtain a quote from them. Better Business did not do something.
Florida Attorney General dismissed the problem. They’re FRAUDS.

I gave one star because I don’t have any choice. Here is the worse firm to utilize for transferring
I’ve dropped 3 boxes and 1 little sewing machine table. According the them they might find it and took 3 weeks to allow them to informed me with the offer of 45. They do not care about their own. Clients.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND Won’t USE OT AGAIN.

1st in the event that you do not care about spending cash please utilize them. I desired a to not exceed quote and that I have charged double of the quotation. However, I don’t have any option except to cover unless I do not need my possessions back. Nobody appears to get the reply to your questions as soon as you pay them. Nobody will call you back in the event that you’ve got a issue, the answer you’ll receive is” I am in the bottom of the totem pole”. From not quoting right, revealing up 4 hours late, doing stock of my things 2 days afterwards, to overcharging me. Come to your own decisions about using this organization. I’d give no stars if I could. If Tommy calls you, then ignore him. If Johnathon comes outside to provide you an estimate, double it, and should the movers inform you a moment, add 4 hours and if 3 movers come m, Mark will perform paperwork for two hours whereas the other two work. Fantastic luck.

Move from Ft Lauderdale to SF -- outright thievery

Just like other posters, I am giving one star just because it is required. STEER CLEAR! They’re blatant thieves. They ruined a little, kid’s piano circa 1940, custommade. They also struck a Baccarat champagne flute, a Jade lamp, cracked a classic Chinese torso and they gave me $18! . The team chief, an Israeli man named Jake, refused to deliver the piano upstairs — he stated”we do not go pianos”. He abandoned it at the garage. In their advertisements, it says clearly they go pianos, and that is the reason why I selected them. In addition, he explained there was not enough space in the front of my home to perform the shipping, that he would need to park in the base of the hill and”shuttle” it around for an extra $700. My road is a whole horseshoe, so that was not an problem. He wasn’t happy and upset that I gave his number into my neighbor to describe the him.
I recorded every product, using receipts, along with photographs along with also a long letter of my expertise — they could not care less. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

    Worst Experience

Wish they had a zero score. They do not deserve even a 1 star! Unsure how this company stays in business – RUN & DON’T STOP!!!
Scam & tear off from the first quotation ($4,749.32) into a claim registered when they struck our fresh kitchen tile floors at a house we had been closing on in 2 weeks (this movement occurred on January 23, 2018) before the delivery – therefore many scratched damaged items – all my lamps are crap –
Can not file a claim since I am still awaiting the procedure for a claim registered January 26th to your damaged kitchen flooring – $400! Monday, March 13 I got a letter from asserts needing another repair quote – are they from the thoughts! I sold the home in Ga & transferred to Al they did not even examine the bill of lading that they asked & is their record!!! When I called they told me to place it into writing – yet another stall tactic. I paid them $5,800 for your transfer – they can not even pay $400 for something that they ruined – they actually owe me more!!!
SCAM – this provider has to be shutdown. .

    Move

I had been in a time crunch. They had four times out of first contact and could have a team to move the furniture from 4 bedroom two story home for their own storage facility in Atlanta. Then move it to my new location when that’s decided.

The group of three came late. They supplied me a telephone call and upgrade. They worked nonstop for six hours and treated my stuff as though it had been their own. Always very professional and friendly. I tipped them. They got it.

Overall it had been a joy to work together to fix the transferring hassle. If you’re going interstate rely on them once you gete the cost right.

    Worst company ever,

    *DO NOT USE* *SCAM*
Certainly the worst service I’ve ever received from a corporation. I wish I’d have discovered that these reviews before I hired them. I paid $600 essentially to get them harm around $5000 of furniture and then offer me $90 for your products. I had been guaranteed a beginning time and they had two hours late. Additionally, I requested multiple times when my stuff had been completely insured and that I had been told it had been. Little did I understand that their”fully guaranteed” means 60 cents a pound. The 90 barely covers all of the money and time I spent getting image printouts for the promise I needed to record.

” Showed up 1:40 when time offered by Revenue was 12. I particularly inquired if that could be the time They’d Appear and earnings said yes
” Thursday, the day prior to the movement, a rep called to validate I’d be prepared between 12 and 1.
” I’d the elevator booked from 12 to two at old location along with 2 to 4 in new location. They showed up in 1:40 and somebody else needed the elevator booked at two so we needed to share
” When they got there that they fell a box which had all of my fluids in ot
” I’d reports out of my construction landlord They were contending with the landlord
” I said likely 5 or 6 occasions which the furniture was more expensive and had to be packaged well
” Their was yet another renter who had the elevator booked at two and we needed to share with the elevator, another tenant reported that my movers had been attempting to Begin a physical altercation
” We needed to talk about the elevator that took extra period and not only was I charged extra with this particular time, another tenant needed to cover their movers additional Moment
” While they have been awaiting their turn to make use of the elevator they had been standing downstairs. I inquired if they can begin wrap the furniture. I said several occasions that the furniture was more pricey and it had to be wrapped nicely
” I’ve a TV stand that they utilized a 2 wheel cart to get and while still loading it on the lift that they slid it over the slide plate onto the elevator. There was no padding to the part They were slipping it on
” They loaded the kitchen table with the timber side down and slid it over the toilet. The cushioning was torn in the Region where the scratches came from
” I had a novel shelf that didn’t have some padding on it and then they had been sliding it around the ground with no cushioning
” The video desk that they had been employing a 2 wheel cart in which there was no cushioning and the entire side of this desk is destroyed. I asked them about that and they informed me it wasn’t touching at the place there wasn’t any cushioning that’s untrue.
O Afterwards the man explained it seemed just like a cheap Ikea desk and it might be mended with mark. He then moved off saying that he believed that it had been there already.
” I inquired about the harm and they would not give me a direct answer. They said I can place a claim in on Monday. I said that it has to be taken car of or I would add a claim with my credit card. They also made me go get money which required an Additional hour
” Once I return they strove to increase the cost $200. An excess hour should just happen to be 99. I Believe the man was attempting to get Additional cash for himself
” After I returned they said that the construction told them that they could no more go in and that I needed to reschedule. I went and checked using the construction and they said that they never informed him that and that we can continue going. I had the individual form the construction appear and allow them to understand and she stated she never talked told them to quit moving.
” After we began urinating two of these movers took turns evaporating. One of those men was working difficult
” The 1 man that was working difficult maintained asking for cash, saying he had been working at no cost. If his colleagues would have aided they’d have completed earlier.
” They fell my Kitchen dining table and television stand off to the 16th floor. It looks like that they did it all on purpose. I inquired where they had been and they looked at each other humorous and one man said that they were to the 16th floor. (I live on the 8th) and why can they abandon them there knowingly?
” They unloaded the vehicle and that I had to transfer all (except that the big items) that is sadly because the big expensive things were the things that got ruined
” Sent maintain advice with description and images of damages things. Sent with signature verification
” 7 weeks after I needed to call in once weekly for 2 weeks straight to inquire the condition of the claim. Each week I had been told the identical thing. “It’ll be there next week.”
” Received my assert provide for 90, it would be to pay $5000 value of broken items.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I hired 4 guys and a truck on August 20, 2017. They simply sent two professional movers and two helpers who hardly did any job. So there were just two guys working and I had been billed for 4 guys. Moreover, they pulled the opportunity to bill me the maximum quantity of 10 hours rather than 6 hours at most since we already helped them disassembled the beds and it was a brief space of 5-10 minutes into my brand new property. They then attempted to get out fast without completing their meeting tasks or cleaning their stuffs in the end. They also ruined my hardwood flooring badly and ruined my china cabinets. As well as their boss Lisa was quite rude on the telephone. All they cared about was the money, not the customer service or the quality of the services. I am quite disappointed in utilizing their shifting service.

    WORST COMPANY EVER

This was hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO Handle. I proceeded across the nation and was assured my things would be sent within 7-14 days later pickup. It’s Been OVER a MONTH and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS! Every time I call the moving company to ask about where my items are, they refuse to provide me direct response, and keep insisting that they are”really active during summer time,” and that they don’t have a driver now available to provide our things. The management team I’ve spoken with was extremely rude and unprofessional, among those people I talked (Era) with really had the audacity to hang me up and asked”what do you need me to do about it.” SAVE YOURSELF – NEVER USE THIS COMPANY – WORST DECISION EVER!!!!!!

    The WORST moving company EVER

This is the worst experience ever! I transferred from Miami to California and they never carried with me, and they never revealed in California. . The truth is they offered me to a different moving company I needed to cover to even receive my possessions. My materials abandoned Miami in 1 bit and I got my items in two bits in CA. You will find roaches falling from those boxes dishes, sofa, futon, desk cushions all broken. They lost my things of in vegas and never returned any of my calls trust me once I say run quickly and don’t utilize them to your own move! I warn you they’re terrible. I am reading all the reviews and all of us experienced the exact same remedy a F for this particular business. And of course I am missing a great deal of valible things expensive items which don’t just magically vanish. The team is unworthy in the workplace particularly Era she’s so unprofessional and pops up on you. I swear some folks should not be operating in client services. This business has to be closed down and the only method that’ll happen is when most of us talk up use our voices and also find a Lawyer! I’d give them zero stars if this was an alternative.

    US-1 Van Lines

A Moving business in Florida and Georgia, acquiring a Miami along with Hallandale speech, using glowing reviews on their site, and a BBB score of”A” I called to get a quote to transfer two dozen boxes out of Hollywood into Brooklyn, N.Y.. They took a non refundable $200 deposit that I gave them by credit card, and they jumped to figure out a Moving Estimate which they emailed to me for acceptance. The quote was incorrect. The things to be sent were incorrect. As they needed off a payment 70 percent depending on the quote the afternoon of support I had an excuse. Anthony provided to have the supervisor return my phone and possibly lower the 70 percent but he didn’t. I left subsequent calls and has been either disconnected or put into a recording. Many pieces of furniture were at the quote and weren’t mine. No one returned my phone. I always left messages and sent mails, eventually canceling the task and asked credit for my deposit. Additionally, I didn’t sign the contract that according to their own Moving Quotation would have ended the project.
Finally, after several calls concerning my charge, I had been told from the bookkeeper that the proprietor, Diane Elmendorf, denied. She wouldn’t take my calls nor call me backagain. I started to investigate this”business” and discovered that a backlog of complaints. The BBB did call them and have been informed that they did not have my title. They accused me of changing my phone number, and they refused with my mobile phone number, all of which were recorded on the record. Among these secretaries emailed me that I had improved”cease and desist” that is crazy. I can only presume from customers who’ve contacted me that everyone finally requires the reduction and provides up. I’m not planning to. What’s especially upsetting, aside from the inflated fees, the rudeness, the lies is that I’m a handicapped elderly who had been cheated by a callous business that has been working for decades without morals. You would be much better off donating your dispatch to charity instead of utilizing US-1 Van Lines.

    Do not use them

The worst and most stressful movement ever. Several things weren’t performed in good faith but all were lawful.
    1) Estimate that was presumed to be binding has been increased by almost 10 percent
    2) Delivery that was assumed to take 1 week (verbal) required 24 days.
    3) Shuttle to flat that was supposed to price (verbal) a maximum of $450 price $850 and has been”a deal”.
    4) Nobody called to convey the status of shipping within the 24 times it took to send the transfer and phoning them moved to voice mail free of follow-up.

My take is that it’s their company plan: provide a lower estimate and then increase the price (within the authorized limit). By way of instance their insurance is 6c percent when other (more costly ) businesses is the replacement value. Many valuable things are brokenup, but they do not really care because they cover 6 cents a pound, so why take more time to pack specific things correctly?
Think twice about saving money when contemplating quotes or about their promise of maintenance of classic products.

    VAN LINE US1 THE WORST.

Van Line US1 is the worst moving business experience of my entire life, and I’ve lived in 3 countries and lots of homes. It’s a Mr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde regular. . Nice until they receive the sequence then it’s all down hill.
Customer support doesn’t exist, telephone backs might or might not occur for months. Should they do predict they’ll always telephone you straight back to solve issues but they do not. I hope a shipment, however they haven’t yet delivered in any documentation to the construction because need be. Should they operate at Manhattan as they promise to, then they’d understand there’s not any entry without appropriate protocol in to any construction in Manhattan. So either they lie, or are extremely unprofessional as well as insulting.
I’m on pins and needles in prayer that my belonging aren’t coming in most broken. I did ask additional insurance, and just a call back for this never occurred.
DO NOT USE THEM that I NEVER WILL AGAIN

    AWFUL AWFUL THIEVES!!

I wish I can offer this business two stars, but that I suppose you have ta give at least to be able to compose a review. I utilized them in January 2015 to help myself and my fiance go from Miami, FL to Oakland, CA. Everything arrived on time, and this was amazing, HOWEVER, on getting all of my things there was just 1 thing missing which was ALL OF MY JEWELRY!! I find it rather discomforting that each other thing came except for my own jewelry. Regardless of the price of the jewellery, some of it had quite sentimental value to me personally. I contacted George so as to explore the lost things and he just dismissed my claim saying”my guys would not slip.” How Can You KNOW?! YOU WEREN’T EVEN THERE TO Help out with MOVING THE Products! I went straight back and forth to myself whether or not to submit a police report, however I’d just moved throughout the nation so that could just add yet another aggravation to my own plate. I truly would love to submit a police record TO THIS DAY but that I understand that my lovely jewelry is long gone, and I won’t ever watch it again. I hope that the great folks of US-1 VAN LINES sees that and knows exactly what they have done. Thank you for nothing.

    US-1 WORST MOVING CO EVER

We hired US-1 Van Lines to move our daughter out of Coral
Gables, FL into Columbia, SC. The sales people were very fine, came out to perform a quote, also gave her a sensible quote. Thus, we hired them to perform the move. From that stage on, this movement was a NIGHTMARE.
We scheduled the pickup date well in advance to get a morning go at 9 AM. The day before the transfer, we received a telephone call at 5:59 PM that they were shifting the opportunity to a day move. This was completely unsuitable since we had planes to catch from the day of the scheduled movement. We immediately called them back, however, the call went to voicemail. We had no idea if US-1 was showing up. What a stressful night not knowing what was about to occur the following moment! The following morning we began calling at 7 AM. Just got voicemails on 10 distinct extensions. At 8:45 AM, we finally got a return call – that they had been rescheduling us back into the summertime, and they’d arrive as soon as possible. The guys arrived late afternoon to pick up the things being transferred and, fortunately, these guys were terrific and considerate.
The nightmare began after they picked up exactly what was being
moved. We emailed and called US1 to program the shipping in South Carolina approximately 6 months ahead of their requested delivery date. We never received a telephone call, but obtained an email confirming our petition. A week before the scheduled delivery date, we predicted to follow up. We called three times per day
For 3 — 4 times without having a return e-mail or call. We finally got a person on the line and have been advised that these dates weren’t verified and that the delivery would not occur until maybe a week afterwards. Now, all flights bookings and hotel bookings were verified in South Carolina and could not be changed with no penalties. Then we called back to talk this
Using a manager and were advised that the manager was active, which nothing was changing, that we did not understand anything about going (that we did because we’ve moved throughout the nation quite a bit), and also the client support representative,Karen, wrapped us up and would not accept any extra calls from us.
Overall, there was an entire lack of communication from
This particular provider. Each time we called their customer support line, we either had to leave a voicemail or have been advised that they would call us back shortly with a response. Then we’d not hear from them. I think one time that they did call us back, left a voicemail, and if we called again immediately, we could not get a
    Hold of anybody.
Three weeks later, our daughter is STILL missing a box out of
The move together with valuables inside it and has predicted more than 10+ times to attempt and obtain the box. She left several voicemails or has been told that somebody would phone her back with much more info, only never to get a follow up or might wind up enjoying a lot of phone tag! Now, we’ve given up since we could not get a response out of anybody. It appears like just 1 person runs the telephone lines, which can be unacceptable for a supposed popular moving business. Also, don’t expect to have somebody answer the Client Support Claims line when You Have a lost box since the 20+ times we have called them, it has always gone to
    voicemail.
This Whole experience was gloomy, and we highly
recommend NOT using US-1 Van Lines. The customer support was terrible, and also to get someone hang up on you’re entirely against company etiquette. We tried to be patient for this business, and now fully regret using them. We expect
That by reporting our experience, it assists prospective clients turn to another business and have a more enjoyable experience.

    BAD BAD BAD

To begin using our move has been cost us about 50 percent more than had been quoted. The Agency explained you can call somebody else Ha ha. OK Then if they finished loading our possessions he needed a TIP for the loaders. When we put up our move that the sales man Roy
Guaranteed that a date as it could be delivered but of course that he was off by two weeks. Great no substance for just about 3 weeks. When they got around to bringing it just a 900 mile trip not over state } the shipping man was quite rude. And not all of our boxes created it. Photographs which were clearly indicated were broken as was a portion of our furniture. For this day 6 months after we’re awaiting boxes to be sent to us. The client support doesn’t answer the telephone and no longer returns my calls. So sad that we treated us this way. My advice get a U drag and hire folks to load and load it. These men are dishonest and have VERY bad customer services. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

    Dishonest, Unethical

We used #1Van lines to maneuver my step-daughter out of Florida into Augusta, GA..  The business supplied her with a quote based upon information we’ve supplied them.  Each one of the things which were transferred were saved at a self storage facility.  Everything was packaged with boxes since the movers had asked.
The contents of this storage facility comprised roughly 309 cubic feet of things.  They quoted us on 309 cubic feet of things.  But when they loaded the vehicle , they raised the number to 400 cubic ft.  They stated they’d underbid the initial quote.  This abandoned my stepdaughter possessing $483.00 greater than had originally been quoted.
We are aware that the storage centre didn’t comprise 400 cubit feet of things.  The reason we know this is that when we leased the centre, we transferred everything in there by a 10 feet U-haul truck.  That truck hauled 402 cubit ft.  The truck wasn’t complete when we unloaded it.  It might have comprised 350 cubit feet, but not more than that.
I contacted Amanda (who had been the sales man for #1 van traces ) to express our displeasure with all the further fees.  She wouldn’t even call us back so that I left a message.  I managed to talk to some other individual and she explained that there was nothing she can perform.  I even offered to split the difference together and pay an additional $241.50, but they wouldn’t budge.  In reality, 1 person simply hung up on all of us collectively.
If this was not enough, after the movers came in Augusta with my stepdaughters possessions, a number of things were busted.  My stepdaughter registered a report just as the movers taught her to perform, and thus far she’s had no renumeration for its broken dining room seats.
This provider isn’t an ethical business.  The workers are certainly not client centric and therefore are just about the cash.  They don’t care about the client.  I’d suggest that anyone considering working with this business please think about what I have written and move at your own risk.  Never have I delt with movers who lacked this much character and honor.

Don’t go with this corporation. After they took all of my furniture that they told me that the cost doubled. I complained to the company and they informed me it was”regular” to double the quote. They essentially held my furniture before I paid in full the cost I never consented to. Miserable dreadful experience.

They never wrapped something and each bit of new furniture and a 2800 dollar refrigerator is broken.   Claims still pending.   They simply brush it off and keep smoking up my spine side.   Secondly I have to have listened to myself but did not.   MANY MANY things broken.   They wrapped a classic mirror the worst I’ve ever seen but advised my mom oh they wrapped it.   NOW the framework is broken in several areas.   Few old tables and a sofa they assert is termite damage but its certainly ripped out and broken.   Matters in boxes crushed as a result of absence of padding and packaging by them. . However waiting and waiting for return calls as well as claims.   In addition they added nearly 1000 to my moms move when she chose to not shoot a couple pieces of furniture and place boxes at the Area.   Same amount moving but they said its not and it was much longer.

You will be cheated & robbed if you decide to go with this No1 Vanlines movers

No 1 Van lineup – Really Bad

Be cautious with these men. They draw and draw your focus by providing you a deliberate fouls quotation and guarantee to do whatever you request without a additinal charge. As soon as you pay 20 percent or 25% of the borrowed amount beforehand and register the record on the internet they reveal their colours.
    Someone from the
Movers firm will call you a day or two ahead date and notifies you that the sales folks have not included all what client requested hence he wants to re-adjust the estimate and provide you the true cost but that quotation is going to soon be 50 or more percentage greater than the true quote you have in the start. In the event you do not agree to cover new price they then offer you a choice to cancel the purchase and they propose you to be worried about the progress you’ve paid.
Who on the planet ready to loose their hard earned money
For nothing and that to 500 or more bucks. Thus you’re hooked and you don’t have any other choice besides paying exactly what he requested.
They’ll do this two or three day’s prior to the transfer date so that you will not intend to modify or cancel.
This is cheating and fraud clients and they understand it quite well but nevertheless do to create money. It is not over, even after all this should you opt to choose them then in the right time of transfer these you’ll be cheated again. These business drivers have been trained to inventory the things so that it uses much more space in the vehicle and boost the amount again.
This manner, you’ll be assaulted by this particular movers again.
They’ll go no alternative besides simply to view and cover.

Be cautious and indicate to not trust this business sales people nor the moving business. Proceed, find somebody else and have great support.

    HORRIBLE

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! 1. I had been told my things would come inside /- 3 days of this date I needed it delivered considering we did the bend date together with all the moving truck. Worst decision ever- my things came more than two weeks later than anticipated.  2. Along with being late, once I called to inquire about my belongings for the first week and a half they had been superb sketch about my things and wouldn’t inform me where it had been. It did not even abandon miami UNTIL A WEEK AFTER THE MY STUFF WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED.3. Rather than apologizing for being late, the business and driver were super stubborn with when to send my things. I was only starting medical residency and’d moved in my place a week before it began. I’d orientation that the thursday and friday once I moved in- guess what- THEY WANTED TO DELIVER ONE OF THOSE TWO DAYS- the 2 times I’d specifically told them I wouldn’t be home daily. They worried out me as I attempted to determine what to do. In addition to that, they had been unreliable with their timings and if they’d deliver. They explained that the delivery functions on THEIR SCHEDULE NOT MINE. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.4. Besides the contract fees, once the driver came to send the material he needed an extra $500 for labour and leasing a truck. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THESE CHARGES AND HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THESE WERE LEGAL CHARGES WEATHER THE COMPANY TOLD ME OR NOT ABOUT THEM. How can you do business if all of the fees aren’t apparent from the start.5. Their customer support is horrible, unprofessional, dishonest, and a number of my things has been ruined – largely furniture, likely not managed or stored correctly.Overall this corporation shouldn’t even get 1 celebrity – that they ought to have a negative evaluation. We went together because originally they were the cheapest pricing and were fine. In the end of the day it cost exactly the same as another high wind moving business – your cash will be much better spent elsewhere. You need to know what they told me- ON PICK UP WE ARE NICE BECAUSE WE WANT THE CUSTOMER TO BE HAPPY. THIS Isn’t TRUE FOR DELIVERY.  I would suggest paying a bit more and going with a different business, since this one isn’t worth your time or worth the hassle. They’ll make your life miserable.

    Long-distance move from Florida
    Service, quote, customer service, dispatch

Following #1 Van Line contacted me a few days for my company they provide a quote on the telephone of $1700 to the transfer in FL to NH. Benn promised me that my possessions is to me in five days. We went over each facet of the price. Explaining that 18-wheeler won’t have the ability to park over the street before the location, it might block 1 lane of traffic. Benn said we’d send a more compact truck 24 along with your own belonging. I asked is that in the quotation. He stated”yes” there are no additional charges. Deposit made from $340 they had been to pick up my stuff the following moment. On the next Monday I called and Couldn’t undergo Benn. I had been set to dispatch that told me they’d call first consideration to provide a period of pickup at storage at Palm Coast and also my possessions would be sent in a reasonable period as Benn and that I spoke. No telephone from #1 Van Line on Tuesday after work that I phone at 4:45 and inquired why I never got a phone to schedule a moment. Rudely I was subsequently told they’d call between five and six. I never had been told it’d be between 6 and five pm. I requested to talk to Benn back and they’d not put me through to him. On 3/18/15, the ceremony moved to storage. The driver stated,”That is twice what was quoted.” I agreed to cover the gap I needed my items. As I’m not in Florida to oversee the pickup at storage. The following day I obtained a quotation for about $3500 with $150 reduction on packing. The day before I had been told it wouldn’t be 3400. Fundamentally , they upped the fee took a little discount to create it $3400.00. On exactly the identical day once I agree to cover the gap they went up on the quotation since they’d should obtain a more compact truck to shipping my belonging after they arrive. I turned out and I told them exactly what was mentioned between Benn and I. the man stated Benn stated he didn’t state that. I advised her to pull all of my phone recordings to confirm what we discussed in the very first telephone call and each phone conversation I’ve had with #1 Van Line personnel from day 1. I advised her in every conversation I had I left it quite obvious that the delivery of a more compact truck. I informed her I needed to select up my possessions in their location she afterward told me it’d be an additional $1000 for labour. Truly, for two guys to load up a truck, at which nearly all of the products were already packed until they have there. It took them less than 3 hours to put in the vehicle. So today, they’re holding my possessions hostage. They won’t require a charge card, now they need wire transfer or money. Now I am not only from $340 now they need an additional $1000 to launch my items. God knows where it’s appropriate now. They didn’t even know. Moreover, in line with the other complaints I’ve found on the internet, my furniture will likely be ruined as they don’t care and also to submit a claim is near impossible. I am not likely to fall this I’m going ahead as much as I can before I get my things at excellent condition as if they picked this up.

Very good business! The movement went smooth without any issues.  The men went the excess mile to help package it the ideal way. Shipping was really fast.  Can not believe it took just two (two ) days from beginning to finish..Miami into Raleigh..Pick delivery and up were punctually. Robert and his team packed every up quite securely. The shipping team unpacked and reassembled furniture in a timely fashion with no issue. Will recommend this business to my friends and loved ones. For all of us, they have been a local business and prepared to come and provide no cost in-home sites quotes, which I’d recommend! Above all, very fulfilled entire procedure. Thanks again Roy. . The worse experience ever

Alright, so the firm US-1 Van Liens came out Sep 4th 2014, to transfer my furniture out of Atlanta, GA. into Vallejo, CA. The movers advised me that it’ll take about two weeks to your furniture to arrive. Looking back on the contract myself, I noticed that I could take around 30 times for any flaws. Following the next week after I called to check in my possessions, I was told that my furniture was still in Georgia, and they were trying to find a driver to transfer it into California. I thought that was odd to get a professional firm who’s supposed to be nation wide needing to locate a driver to provide my items, after allowing it to sit in god knows where for 3 whole weeks. Sep 30th 2014 was the afternoon my furniture got to me. But upon birth I had a damaged table, bent seat legs, 1 ruined sofa, and one sofa missing of a pair.  In addition to that the movers had left a duffle bag which was not mine. That took them 1 month to return and find the bag that has been abandoned. As soon as I got all of the essential paper work into them to the promises, it took them 3 weeks to get back at me with a few answers. Jan 28th 2015 was the afternoon I received anything back in the assert and they were offering a cost that did not amount to exactly what I had paid, nor exactly what it was worth.   Least to say I’m livid in the quantity and disgusted by what they attempted to offer you. This firm Is Quite unprofessional and manages company quite badly.

    Poor Customer Service

If you’re thinking about this business for relocation intent, please keep away. Everything is 2nd speed – from the communicating to the client services. Its been 8 days since I initially asked a paid bill for compensation and still have not received it. When I talked to the supervisor for help, her settlement to the issue was for me to compose paid on the bill and submit for my firm, actually? I also asked the amount for their company office to get help as I see that I obviously was not going to find the level of support. I talked to the the lower level control and they refused to provide me the contact details.

    Good job

I strongly suggest them. They’re extremely good business. The could use again if I were to proceed. They were very punctual with all the agreed time. Accountable for my stuff. hard-working. They no longer wasted my own time. Explained everything clearly. Protected all inside the truck. Them told me the amount of time that I had available to finish my movement. Seems are great colleagues. They were quite friendly with my loved ones and me.

Transfer was from Miami to Atlanta. My team was Jonathan, Amir and Ron. Cool men they worked extremely hard and my spouse was amazed by how quickly they did what. ( she isn’t easily pleased ) if we have to Atlanta we have a telephone to confirm delivery. Though the delivery took 5 times to get I was still very happy with the entire experience. Highly suggested.

21 Days after pickup still waiting for delivery

I used to several businesses on the internet with stock and this woman gave me the quotation which fit in my budget and she promised that shipping could be in two weeks but it could be ancient.   The men picked up my things onto 28th July 2014 and as of now I didnt recived an upfront phone from them telling me once I get my things. I called a couple times and left vmails and I got to achieve sales to move me to a different supervisor. He’s fine in describing things but now they gave me a different date between 21st and 28th Aug.. That could be 30 days from pickup.   It shame on them. I dont know who to complain and also what to do besides wait. I must have leased truck and drove itself. It was my very first significant movement and discovered lesson. This isn’t a fair business. Nobody cares about a client here.

    Scam Awful Liars

We asked several quotations and we chose to go with this ensemble. They’re liars. The company Geaorge Shohatt offered us on a 1 cost all inclusive. They picked up half our things and then said the truch wasnt large enough. They also made me pay for another trip the following moment. The salesman wouldnt answer the telephone so we blocked our identification and got him on the telephone. He refused his guarantees regardless of the fact that we had it in writing. Not only did people perform a walkthorough before hand, but we didn’t add any additional products. The team would be the worse. They have lousy attitudes and attempt to make you really feel as they do you a favor regardless of the fact that we paid them superior rates. Dont go for this provider. The purchase price will be the cost. It just so happens tht that I created a gain in the sale of my house so that I could afford the additional 600 bucks and an additonal afternoon away from work. Dont trust that organization.

    Overall experience

Our very first movement in 45 years – that the sales man was up front in the approximate quantity of time it might take and the price.  The four gentlemen movers were courteous and very cautious with all our possessions. Rained the majority of the day but it didn’t dissuade nor slow down them.  The very first stop was that the storage facility prior to continuing to the condominium – that they were really organized and all went smoothly. Terrific business and would recommend them.

Not Trained in Quality Customer Service

Side note that the 357 was that the first estimate that the movement is still happening so we will see total price after all is done and said.   My transfer was still happening was scheduled for between 9 and 10 came at 11:40 things where packaged and prepared to proceed the motorist wasn’t the problem Demetrius had been curtious and applologetic because of his lateness, that had been because of carelessness not an injury or incident, even once I called to counsel of this issue searching for great customer support and also an applogy from the business, since I had other things scheduled round the transfer. I had been advised”so what matters occur and there’s nothing US1 Van lines is now prepared to do on it”. I talked to Lisa, Carla and Michael and they have been all rude.  Carla and Michael hung up the telephone that there was absolutely no citizenship. This company plans to get clients that come to them cope with anything happens regardless of how worse or bad they don’t have any intention of ensuring the client is fulfilled once they receive your money it is a done deal. I enabled Demetrius to carry on with the transfer, since he appears to really have a excellent comprehension of what it would be to get referrals to the company as you do a fantastic job, he must begin his own firm. US 1 Vanlines provided horrendous Service they’re impolite are prepared to hang up on the client and can worry about you, steer clear of the business they have many issues with BBB and the sole reason it reveals A- is since they answered the complaints please browse the testimonials and make your choice on comprehensive comparison of organizations. I didn’t and I regret that it, learn from my error.
