Back in July, we contacted Unlimited Van Lines Inc. via telephone for the transfer of a Three bedroom home in Newton, MA into Durham, NC.  We obviously asked packaging and also the degree of our home contents.   Kevin Cohen was our rep.  He fell to really go to the home and visit our possessions.  He insisted that the written quote of $2,240 could be rather accurate.  He delivered an arrangement and then we signed it.

We had a transfer scheduled for now 8-20-15. Тhis firm never revealed , never answered their telephone till after 11am. Тhey wished to move the movement to a Saturday as it was already confirmed to a Monday. It’d be a Thursday. The transfer would occur. Well the police had been called since they’d my deposit plus they made a decision to cancel our movement exactly the exact same moment. Very rude folks. They hang upon you. Kevin is quite impolite and unprofessional. The women at work are equally as poor. They lie and can screw you over every manner possible. Remain clear away from this provider. In coping with Keven he cried in my wife and called her a liar on many occasions. Suddenly the truck had a starter and it had been coming on Sat. And our stuff will send Monday. We wait for the weekend and telephone and Kevin now calls my wife a liar and stated he advised us to phone Monday. After phoning Kevin out on his own lie that he starts to raise his voice and now won’t speak to us, so that he gives us to Layla. Layla is just another lying deceiving man who took over where Kevin left off. We had been picked up on July 5th and lied to for 20 days. Daily we predicted we had been lied to and advised it had been shipped. Layla and Kevin went out of the way to lie and fool us. Our possessions arrived Friday July 24th at 8:30 pm. Who’d ever hire an unethical lying firm that requires 20 days to send after assuring per week and doubling the cost? After the matters came the nightmare continued. Among our bedroom collections has been completely destroyed the shirt was ripped off along with the whole piece unusable. Another dresser sustained gashed pieces towards the top. A brand new hand made hutch had enormous gash and a crush markers like struck with a hammer. Both bicycles were ruined and lots of boxes were smashed. In addition, our wicker patio set and porcelain outside dining table with seats was and remains missing. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! READ THE REVIEWS….WE UNFORTUNATELY DIDN’T. Words can’t express how thankful I am to infinite van lines for providing me pity and living up to their promises within my movement! I had been so apprehensive about all of the drama which may have a movement that I believe I was only anticipating the worst. Nevertheless their foreman JOSE along with his helpers did a fantastic job and actually attempt to make the move great for you instead of simply trying to scam more money from you or do things the simple way. First they simply would like you to register the contract, plus they keep adding charges that you did not anticipate. It looks like it’s a cheap or cheap moving business but it isn’t. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The support is bad, and take a long time to be sent. Along with the trailer does not have any title on it, it is just like a bunch of buddies that are attempting to earn some cash. I expected more out of these. They have to boost their staff and service.

I had a fantastic movement last Sunday!!! They picked up all of my thing in new jersey and I have to say these men play no matches!!! They arrived in did their task, made sure that everything was packaged and out the doorway together with in 4 hours!! My team was amazing and therefore I gave them a really wonderful tip! We had a binding quote for the transfer in Alliance Moving Services who contracted with Infinite Van Lines for its transfer.   Endless showed up on a Sunday to pickup our furniture and also the quote shifted from 1,204cf into 2,750cf. Since it was Sunday and we couldn’t contact everyone to discuss. Late delivery even though wiring them over half of what I had been required to get a quick delivery 7. The inspector that revealed up to my home did possess a strong foreign accent but other then that as smooth and professional as possible imagine. They came in and just nailed it on all levels. The men appear 4 hours late on going day as their truck broke down (must have been our first hint!) . The men which were packing our stuff had no clue what they were doing. In reality they were probably only picked up out of a Home Depot!!
From the time that they were completed packaging (using their flimsy Home Depot boxes) they stated their truck was complete and a few significant things we wanted to deliver with us would not fit in the vehicle. That we ended up needing to depart. (Oh we might have paid an Additional charge but it wasn’t worthwhile. )
Subsequently the haggling begins. Following the”so called” stock –box, box, cher (actually — seat ). Due to the quantity of paper, plastic wrapping, tape and boxes that they used our entire charge will be $10,500!!!?? What??? This was $3,500 more than had been quoted. 50 percent more!!
We had no option as we had been in their mercy. They had our things.
Come to learn our stuff will be taken for their lawn in Newark and moved to a larger truck. Following 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS!! Of living from a bag with two 4 year olds and 2 cats (thankfully with household ) our boxes came. BUT before they can deliver the merchandise they needed to rent a little box van since our neighborhood couldn’t encourage an 18 wheeler. Still another $650!!
Therefore, in the event that you add up that $6000 $3500 $650 = $10,150. (I believe there were a few other hidden charges we paid too.) However, if we’d known that we’d have paid this much we’d have used a larger company since they manage everything from begin to finish.
Oh by the way did I mention that the boxes were smashed? — those marked brittle!!! Some were broken in the seams and started and re-taped.
Horrible HORRIBLE general experience.

They showed up for pickup with no phone call-was told I’d have 24 hrs see that they have a 800 number that no one chooses up – thus no manner toi get in contact with them, I had been told one truck could be used- rather they place my merchandise in a shuttle- and it place for days on end-.  If I knew I would have gone with the big movers. My furniture has been ruined – my wardobe boxes were so crused and ruined that they have to have been flung like a rubber band. My clothes were in the base of the box away hangers!!! .  My sterio was busted, furniture and dishes has been broken.
