The movers said not to be concerned about it that they think I will still be at quote. I was so relieved when they said that I could be a bit over but nothing large and that the transfer was still the exact same cost. Overall cost was estimated as $2200 and 35 percent of it was due as deposit. I paid the deposit, then things began to change – they would frequently miss my calls, they never called me back unless I predicted over and over again.

Yesterday, that was the afternoon before going day, I needed to call them twice to validate the moving could be now, and the shipment centre told me to wait patiently at home involving 9AM to 11AM. I was fairly happy about the time window, since following the shifting we will be heading our way into the new home too.

Then there comes now, we flew from 9AM to 12PM, there wasn’t any one. I had been frustrated so I called the supervisor, and he said”I want to check, return to you very soon”. Waited from 12PM to 1PM, needed to phone again, this time the supervisor explained”I was just talking into the truck driver, and they’ll be in your house at 1.5 hrs.” . Better late than not, we waited until 2:30PM. And nobody showed up. Eventually at 3:30PM, the truck was still here. – NOTE, it is already 4.5 hours LATE compared to time that they expressly sworn (9AM to 11AM).

Along with your supervisor said that the truck will be exclusive to people.”

I immediately left two voice messages stating we’d love to continue using the shifting, even when cost may double. But following the truck stopped there for two minutes, then they drove off anyhow. YES, they arrived, they left, they drove off together with my deposit paid, they drove off with me stating we’d love to continue with the proceeding.

I must have called at least 20 times each combo of their customer support line, Jeremy and Walter with no response. I then rang the sales staff since they were the only ones answering the telephone. I had been placed on hold for more than 10 minutes and then disconnected. As soon as I attempted to ring the earnings amount again I had been wrapped up on.
– Obviously, the movement didn’t wind up moving on Monday 26th June.
– My renter finish date was Tuesday 27th June and that I had been flying out to New York that night

We had been moving all of the way from Miami, Florida to Oklahoma, and they were able to do it in fourteen days.
