I really don’t understand that has been composing the decent reviews below, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was the dishonest men that work for high quality movers.

Three men then came suddenly steaming in my apt, one directly to the bathroom, another subsequently whined that I had not packaged everything properly. . .sofa. . A couple of box shaped/ readily stackable items..he then proceeded to inform me that they can package it all for a charge…a huge fee. . .one that triple our quote at least. Now I am very aware that that’s how moving business’s are you by the balls, I phoned our rep in their”headquarters” and he realised that he’d for 1) not inserted our additional items to our quote 2)not clarified the excess packaging charges..so consented to consume a few of the excess price and cut us a deal, so with my trip already booked for the following morning,”Let us do it” I stated , I had no option. . I needed to do it.
They ended up..carelessly using innumerable and pricey tape/boxes etc, loaded the truck and abandoned…”wow” I believed, the stressfull part is finished…I was wrong, really wrong.

8/9 days after the truck came to my new apt construction. . .part of the first payment was that the men would return to my location, pack up and take apart some furniture,load up, and the exact same would happen this conclusion. . .nobody turned up to transfer us in..not a soul. However, that is not even the half of it.
Our truck driver refused to push a service road that lots of trucks have pushed down, I see 7/8 trucks down there a day. . .it’s a service street, one which leads directly to our frieght elevator. . .but again and again he refused..demanding we cover him longer to park illegally so he could unload our things on into the road!!! THE STREET!!! “Where are the men that should inspire us in?? Those we paid for?” His really uncertain and unbothered reaction of”I do not understand” was all that I got from him.
The road he left was 80 yards away from the elavator. . .that’s just how far my spouse and I needed to take our stuff..he refused to assist, wouldn’t even lend us a dolly, and need we provide all of the blankets back there on the road! . . .so there we were. . .blazing hot sunlight, ferrying what we possessed down a dirty/dusty entry street.

We filled in, tried to unwind, took several a deep breaths. Gathered ourselves.

The following day we called our rep, he stated he can give us a check for our problems…I do not need to speak amounts but put it like that. . .it was nowhere close enough for transferring ourselves into our own clever, when we already paid them to perform it. The rep then gave us his supervisors number.

I called that”supervisor” (I use this expression for him quite loosely) and told him all that occurred and thought it is just appropriate for them to reimburse us for the job they did not do, he sounds relatively wonderful to begin with, however I got the impression that it was gonna find horrible and this could be one of these long drawn out telephone struggles.
I informed him about the truck, and that I had images of different trucks, in addition to all our possessions thrown on the road. He explained to send them so I did.
This”supervisor” didn’t return to me, even after departing continuous emails, phone messages, voice mails etc..nothing…I then called and he picked up. . .instantly yelling to that he was clearly defending the fact that they were at the incorrect. . .telling me I had sent pics of another construction,”what exactly are you referring to, look on google maps or request law enforcement, it is the exact same construction!!” , he kept crying and safeguarding”I can move and take random photos of trucks on the street!” , I replied”THE HIGHWAY!!! These are images from out my home!! Lol you can not deny it”….this was all for the vehicle, I said”no matter the truck, even if it did get into the elevator, where would be the group to transfer me in?? Nowhere!” He continued to be impolite and speak to me like I am the idiot in this dialog.

It finished with him supplying us a measly $50…$50! If you have ever moved across country or even another few countries, you will understand that this really is a terrible deal. . .terrible. Come back to Cary, NC along with the shipping came exactly the same matter. Though this time they chose to not honor what they’d stated. In summary its not around 150 bucks. Its about main. Got these men for my transfer in the Bronx into Chealsea.   They showed up a half an hour early and proceded to operate on their [EDIT] away and transported all of my possessions 5 tales in my walkup apartment.   They taped up all that had to be procured.   No complaints and would suggest to your friend.
