    RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS!

RUN RUN RUN!!! Should have never even gave this business my card info. I had been guaranteed that a free night with immediately storage because of shifting in my new house a day after. They were rather pleasant originally until they obtained my card information! I phoned one day before my transfer to verify everything and they stated they’d haven’t told me that I would’ve got a free night, and there’s more costs related to the transfer! They said they’d call back to find out what they can do to your free night of storage. Do not hear anything from the end of the day. The following morning I am calling numerous times… no response. . Abandoned voicemails. They did not call me back until 1 hour until I transferred. From the time I needed to find a uhaul since I did not receive a call back, and that I did not have enough money for all of the additional fees. It took me along with my spouse 12 hours to transfer our items because of no aid. I advised them to not come since it had been too late and they billed my card $240! I have phoned and left voicemails for your own boss to call mepersonally, no returned phone callsfor. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This provider is a whole lot of fraudsters. Hopefully this information reaches at least 1 individual contemplating doing business together. Please consider the reviews that are low, they have to have their loved ones members and friends submitting the 5 star reviews!

Worst movers I have ever had.

I hired them to transfer me on 2/6/2018.
Ensure that you never use this business, they’re definitely the worst moving company I’ve dealt with in 20 decades.

The quote was half of the actual closing price, hours prior to the transfer they called to say there could be just two movers maybe not the 3 they offered. The movement required 6 hours, not the three that has been quoted.

The truck that they showed up in wasn’t big enough to transfer everything, and needed to find a way to transfer a storage cupboard filled with items myself after the actuality.

Despite getting all boxes tagged with what area they drifted in, as well as indications upon the doors of all rooms, less than half of all items have been really put in the appropriate rooms.

A number of the boxes came left and upside down. They cracked back the support of my sofa and the arm broke loose, and they refused to submit a claim and refund mepersonally, so that’s another $800 I’m out in addition to the several hundred only to make them transfer me.

They left wads of tape and tape rolls anyplace in either the new and old location.

    SLOW & INEFFICIENT COMPANY!

WARNING!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TODA MOVING & STORAGE!!! Extremely SLOW, unsuccessful and inexperienced firm. You are going to find yourself wasting money and your own time. Consider this your warning. Incidentally, this business is currently located in Atlanta, GA..

Regardless of the fact that they don’t have very many reviews, I chose to take a chance on employing this sleazy firm. Major mistake! First off, I hired them for 9am and they did not appear until 10am! They predicted at 9:15 and stated”they left the office in 9″ but were stuck in traffic. Here is what – if the occupation is at 9, why are you leaving the office in 9??? Actual professional. Additionally, I understand traffic is awful at Atlanta, but there’s not any way it took them an hour to get out of their”office” from Druid Hills to my place at Atlantic Station. They charge you a fake $99 travel fee, so they do not even have the decency to be punctually after which one of these requested to have a toilet break literally 30 minutes once they got there. I mean, I am not an unreasonable person, but not on my own gut and certainly not because they were already an hour late. Use the toilet before getting here, as you’re taking your sweet time anyhow!

“Dave” – that apparently is the operator and has been also 1 of those two movers – needed to be in his late 50s, early 60s. Perhaps this is why it took them nearly 2 1/2 hours simply to load the vehicle!!! I had a little 1000 sq. ft. condo with all the fundamentals – couch, chair, bed, nightstand, desk, TV, bookcase, console, lamps, mirrors and just like 10 boxes. Our cargo elevator is double-sized and all of my furniture could have easily fit on it in 1 trip… or at least it did when I transferred in. However, these men looked completely inexperienced and ineffective (likely on purpose), it had been similar to this was their very first move something. What might have been one excursion on the elevator turned to 8-9 trips!

After we got to the storage device (that was just 1.1 miles off ),”Dave” informs me that he believes the job was likely to take 4-5 hours… and I advised him not a opportunity! I’m former military, I’ve moved around a great deal in my own life and this endeavor should have just taken 3 hours maximum… that is when I had been coping with a moving company that understood exactly what they were doing! It had been obvious that”Dave” was gouging, so I had needed to begin helping unload. I essentially told them to receive all of my furniture off their truck and to the storage reception. At one stage I saw among these (an increased MALE, mind you) carrying a pub stool at one moment, while I (a 135lb. FEMALE) managed to take TWO! I say this simply to give you a good notion of the lack of efficacy.

The last straw was when I delivered them to set the couch and bookcase from the storage device and they disappeared for 20 minutes!!! I was livid!!! From the time they arrived back, I’d single-handedly unload the rest of the HALF of this truck… BY MYSELF! I needed to phone them to return downstairs and if they did… that I FIRED THEM FROM THE REST OF THE JOB! By this moment, 4-hours had passed and 80 percent of the furniture was still sitting at the storage centre lobby. But I was so annoyed with all the inefficiency and clear disrespect for my time/money, I simply preferred to complete the job myself!!! I gave”Dave” $400 (that he had been blessed to buy )… and he had the guts to say”I will see you in court for the rest $20″! LAUGHABLE.

Once they left, I was able to find all of my remaining furniture (that was pretty much most of it) on an elevator, then unloaded in my storage device and completed the job at 1-HOUR… again, again by myself!!! Funny, it took TWO allegedly professionals 2 1/2 hours to perform the specific same thing! TODA MOVING & STORAGE IS Undoubtedly THE SLOWEST & INEFFICIENT MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! They’ve no respect for you (the client ), no regard for your time and certainly will drag their toes to attempt to make a fast buck. “Dave” you may have tricked yourself an extra $100 now, but the jokes on you! Certainly, I’ll require a moving company again a month to move my furniture OUT of storage… and guess that I won’t be calling! What’s more, a fantastic customer review on the internet is a lot more beneficial than your nickel & dime strategies. Do better company and cease being a sleazy moving business!

    Stay away,

This firm broke my furniture, and does not need to cover them. Additionally chargers double the sum then supplied by the quote.
He did not hear the directions about the best way best to dissemble the furniture. He then asserts that he just covers you for 30 cense each pound. Very bad support. Do not use him,he’ll phone you to courtroom after reality too.
