We hired Titan movers at Pompano Beach, Florida to transfer us from Tamarac into Ocala. This really is a family run company with a husband and wife team with zero communication. Chris, the owner assured him he will be making yet another trip around Ocala in another few days and could deliver the bolts and pickup our cooker and generator to us. He repeated himself a couple days and we believed that he was true. It is now two months later and we needed to own them immediately my kid’s bolts to us, but I suppose we shall never visit our generator and stove. I ranked this business bad because I felt like a new firm it is impossible for them to deal with a long distance movement. Oh, and that I did not mention that Chris needed to charge us more cash for the excess weight once we had been given a written quote. Again, no communicating. I would not suggest this business only because I’m very bothered by insincere small business owners.
