PS –The driver of the truck that missed the delivery a few times (since he said he went outside and drank) subsequently inserted us on facebook and plagued us since we reported him into the provider. We had been in fear for our own life, since he knew where we lived & needed the secret to the storage still

They aren’t a moving business but a broker. Our initial quote was 1400 we told them what we had to proceed and they raised the cost to more than 2000. They came two days following the date we had ordered to pick our stuff up. They arrived 4 days after the date we’d ordered to deliver our belongings from storage. Our boxes have been saturated and ruined. All of the glassware broke and then we padded it thick! Plus our shelf and desk were not missing. Worst communications abilities. They never call you straight back or answer the telephone you just expect they’ll come 1 evening with your stuff. There are so many choices out there do not go for this business!!! Also don’t be duped most great reviews on Google appear to be away from bogus profiles with no profile pics. Click on the terrible reviews and you’re going to see these folks had the exact same experience as me!!! Save your self from this aggravation.

Undoubtedly, hands down, the worst customer support and moving experience I’ve ever received. I had been intentionally lied to from the office personnel that drew up my contract, so I had been OVER billed $631. At shipping, the motorist of this truck, in fall off, in the moment he stepped from the vehicle, was rude and down right mean. The narrative changes with each dialogue when you speak to office shipping group, for example, manger, that does not have any business being a supervisor, they’ve absolutely no respect for your client. I had been billed for, furniture, boxes and loose things which weren’t even on the vehicle for shipping. I’ve broken things in boxes which were marked brittle. My television was obviously dropped, and ruined, beyond repair. This company doesn’t care for you, your possessions or your cash.

I had been fined $100 more because of their neglect there. When I called to complain, the woman basically told me”too poor”. Among the man was even sincere to inform me that Alex the proprietor resembles that with all customers, meaning altering the stated quotes consented etc. I didn’t have up to this sum and they insisted that they take just check, cash or money order without a bank move, I needed to go far simply to withdraw extra $430 simply to improve the $270 which Alex delivered to me as payment I needed to cover.

Anyone intending to proceed,PLS! PLS! and PLS! Never use this fraud and penalizes Tiger movers, they will destroy your day and harm your good since they got all of my things wet with the rain because their truck does not have any matching covers.

NB- Pls notice that the Tiger Mover utilize third party moving businesses and they do not even speak well to understand what’s all about the moving clients that is why they wind up alienating and defrauding clients.

The transferring process was quite smooth! The movers were exceptionally professional and incredibly efficient. They stuck my studio flat in like 30 minutes!

I’ve got two desks with glass top and a major TV, they were all protected entirely with blankets and shielded sheets. They disassemble and re-assembled my IKEA storage sofa with no situation. In addition they unmounted my walls shelfs (that I did not wish to take them with me, so that they were only doing me a favor).

I wish I did not even need to give 1 star with this review since they were that bad. To begin with, I had been told they would be in my house at 9 AM. They did not appear till 11 which place my movement on hold for 2 hours. They showed up and advised me that they needed to utilize their own tape and blankets to wrap our furniture. I really don’t recall how much every blanket was, however, it had been at least $3. I clearly recall how much the cassette was since I had been mad they billed me $3 per roster and from the 36 rolls that they”used” they really only used four rolls entirely. 12 of these rolls were still in plastic wrap and another 20 rolls were just half used. I understand precisely what was utilized as I spent an hour moving around my old home picking up those rolls. They’d utilize the roll and throw it to the ground. They’d also take 1 blanket in a time period to deliver upstairs to wrap furniture to purposely waste time.

Javier and men showed up on time to begin loading my furniture up. They moved several big pieces, such as a washer/dryer, big chest of drawers, plus a couch. They even asked if I would like them to put the bed back together, AFTER I had already signed the contract and paid for the two hours. In general, it was a great moving experience.
