PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Within their own contract it says that deposits won’t be reimbursed omg cancelled within seven days before move. Well, I gave them 15 times and they’re not able to refund my deposit.

These men were great that they turned this stressful move to a stress free movement they had been careful and gentle with every thing and took stock of what and unloaded it at the home where we wanted it. I’d suggest them to anybody. I’ll use them again!!

My wife and we’re planning to move our things ourselves. . But after we began to pack our boxes and really taking a look at the furniture to maneuver the simpler it was to make the choice NOT TO MOVE IT OURRSELVES..LMAO… the pain in the buttocks was really all of the calls that came from I just wanted two or three quotes to compare. . But anticipate such as 15 calls…. Fortunately justin in thoughtfulmoving.com predicted and gave us a very thorough overview of exactly what we had been up against to cause this to occur. . So we booked the truck since he educated….and consider it or not it made easier every step along the way. . Darell justin and Chris were so careful with all our materials, and also made it seem so simple. . They needed the beds outside the space before I can even say. . Oh by the way be careful with this…. I had a three bedroom house with a 700lb gun rescue!! I wouldnt think about reaching it, these men come out and revealed out! The methods to swing my XL sofa peeled from the front door!! I would recommend this business to anybody moving!! Give them a phone. I talked to Justin, and that he had been great in the start to finish. Thank you guys! See another time!

On May 13, 2019, my first contact was with Justin, that, in the moment, was quite professional. I’d previously retained another moving business. Upon talking with Justin, I pinpointed another firm and kept Thoughtful, since I had been getting 3 movers instead of another firm’s 2. I explained to Justin that I hadn’t signed my rent and could do this at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th (the day of the transfer ). Justin advised me to phone him as soon as I sign the lease, along with the movers will be at my place between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 pm I consented to this agreement and paid the $200 deposit. That exact same day, I got a phone call from Francois F. Mohamed (“Frank”). Frank affirmed the agreements, and abandoned his phone number. On May 14, at approximately 9:20 a.m., I phoned Thoughtful and talked with Justin and advised him that I had signed the lease. Justin said that I would get a telephone”soon” out of shipment. I never got the telephone. I phoned Thoughtful and wasn’t able to talk with Justin then — just received text messages as to his own”unavailability”. Every time I called, I left messages concerning the mishandling of this move! Finally, I got a text message telling me that the movers are at my home, today, between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
In 2:00 p.m., no movers. I called Frank, that had been quite evasive, and also did a 3-way and known as Darrell to determine the estimated time of birth. Frank promised me that the movers will arrive”within the hour”. The hour passed, no movers! I repeatedly called Frank’s phone and left messages to get a return telephone number. The movers eventually came at 4:30 pm I instantly told them that I didn’t need any time wasted in my move, since they were tired out of the prior movement. Darrell said,”We aren’t tired.” The moment one of these movers entered, his initial remarks were,”Oh, this will be more than 6 hours.” I understood then, it was all about the cash, since I have used”specialist” movers on 3 other events, and it’s NEVER taken them over 5 hours, from begin to finish, and it had two men and a truck! I showed them the things that needed to be taken to storage. Those things should happen to be loaded last, but not all were. The seats to the dinette set were packed toward the front part of the truck and weren’t put in storage with all the dinette table! They piled the four seats at the back of a bedroom shut, behind different lost boxes!
The mirror into the next bedroom place wasn’t connected to the dresser, since among those movers (Darrell’s cousin) lost the bolts! I asked Darrell what exactly were they going to do about the bolts into my own mirror? He said that they would purchase more bolts and attach the mirror. The framework to the bed in the master bedroom was neither set up nor place together correctly! The mind of these railings were turned into the side, and dropped in the center. I instantly called Darrell, and he was nice enough to return and turn the mattress and tried to tighten the boltsnonetheless, the railroad has since dropped on one side!
All boxes were correctly researched for which area they belonged. Rather, the movers simply placed and piled boxes EVERYWHERE, as, as I anticipated , they were dashing to get completed because they were exhausted and wanted to depart!
On May 16, I texted Darrell concerning the railings along with the mirror, and he said he’d come by after he got off work. He never showed up, also said he’d stop by on May 17. Again, he had been a no-show. I texted on May 19, also on May 26, in an effort to solve the difficulties with the bed rail and mirror. The railroad stays collapsed, and the mirror stays unattached! The last bill was crazy! Darrell said that I didn’t examine my contract, also attempted to enter everything they needed to wrap, etc., etc.. My problem was with their lack of time, the obvious ignorance of Justin’s and Frank’s confirmations and the unfair treatment! All-in-all, the absolute WORST shifting experience! I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody!

I’ve moved lots of occasions in my lifetime and I’ve hired movers several times, I have not had such a massive difference from the quote and the last bill. The quote was for $400+ and my whole bill was $760.50. Now I know that the first is only an estimate, but the quote should also have included that I mentioned we had been going upstairs and that I had a 4 ft china hutch that’d glass. Both of these products were advised to Justin who gave me my quote, in actuality, Justin requested more information, such as the stairs and glass. My movement took approximately 3.5 hours, that’s it! AND that has the time that they traveled, so really the movement just took three hours. Below is a copy of my bill and what they billed. Incidentally, it required 4 mails and a phone call to really receive a comprehensive statement. As soon as I spoke to the proprietor, he said , I must have requested the movers just how much the upcharge will be for your china cupboard packing along with the staircase. Well, at that time that they had been there, I needed to maneuver, so that I was essentially in their asses and simply needed my things moved. I NEVER thought placing jet, and shrink wrapping around a 4 ft. hutch and 19 staircase were going to charge $200 extra. I’m upset because the shortage of qualified communication, and that they ought to have put staircase and china hutch from the bill, which I believed they’d had, because I had been requested particularly on those products. As a Realtor, I will guarantee you I won’t ever recommend this provider. That is sad, two out of the 3 men worked so incredibly difficult. The foreman simply told me how dehydrated he had been since he had been out drinking the night before, and did not do much of anything. We had such a little number of things to proceed, I can not imagine if I’d ask them to transfer everything in the home, like most need to.

Moving is generally nerve-racking, particularly when you’re doing this over extended distances. You want an extremely educated moving company to proceed without anxiety free. High End Carpets is that sort of business. I’ve ever used their services double and was completely impressed.

WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Missing and broke my possessions and refused to outgrow my things until I paid extra money. The sole positive side was that the wonderful men who do the job. The direction is dishonest and could not care much less about the client not even answering mails & telephone calls!!!! NEED TO CHANGE THEIR NAME TO THOUGHTLESS MOVING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST…
