Utilized that this”support” back in February to go in my new house. I’d almost every bit of my furniture damaged in someway. My walls were horribly damaged and they awakened the threading in my staircase from yanking on a dolley up. I contacted me”Ana” straight off and sent all of my damages together with evidence of order and photographs…I never heard back from her. I made it a couple of weeks do to COVID, also attempted again and again to phone her. Christin, the supervisor, said she’d call me back, day in and day out. . .she never known again. Cristian subsequently made promise after promise of sending a payment for me. Then never occurred, I published an overview on YELP. In minutes, I contacted me back and threatened to withhold the cash because of my compensation unless I took down the post. I was then assured he’d hand deliver the test to me. When that never occurred, ” he said he sent it. . .that was just two weeks past. He’s now blocked my number. I’ve turned the problem over to my lawyer and have filed in court. Not only are you currently badly lacking in customer support and basic industry skillsand they dont actually understand if to make matters right. Currently there’ll be court and legal fees connected with this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After 30 decades of being in company moving is obviously the greatest hassle. Sureway took the hassle from this move. Wilmar, Jorge and Camilo showed up on time and finished the work early. Thank you to do exactly what Ana said you’d do. Good JOB!!

These men were super professional and very cautious with all my possessions. They had been the very best and did a gorgeous job wrap and packaging all of my items! Def recommend!

We appreciated the transfer and storage of the furniture and possessions in their own warehouse. They packed and picked up the transfer without creating an inventory because they stated”everything is going to be saved within a private vault for people”.
After a few months that they sent back the movement and we discovered that many boxes were lost with the very precious things like silverware, branded bags, an extremely costly 8 x 4 ft painting, even a king bed along with a English design table among a number of different items, valued over $30.000.00. Is not it suspicious that all value was”LOST”?
Sureway paid the worth of this mattress while requested time to search for the lost things. After several months they advised they did not find anything and since we did not have a record of those things transferred, which they never did, so they weren’t likely to cover anything else.

The issue begins if the moving truck arrives, both guys that came from the truck began to unload the car and I understood that they had put several possessions that were delicate with no kind of security, one of them; mattress subjected to dust and corrosion for who knows how long without no security, bed that’s made from solid wood, partly constructed but starched and vulnerable to harm from neglect. The guys weren’t professional, so they didn’t require responsibility to build the mattress, once I maintained asked and requested them to build the mattress they understood they’d struck it and that it wasn’t likely to have the ability to assemble. Upon assessing the boxes and personal possessions that they sent to the doorstep of my flat, several things were lost. Two Boxes using the previous name written on these , they comprised electronic products including: apple television, xbox 360, safety camara collection, vinyl record player, sonos speaker pub, all about worth greater than $2K they also dropped three designer lamps that were a portion of the things in storage that I payed 7 weeks + to be kept secure and in good shape. The lamps collectively cost roughly $500. The mattress retailed for about $900. The guys completed delivering the boxes into my doorway and then needed a hint, they said that they would put a promise and I would find a refund of all of the items which were missing along with the mattress that was ruined, they explained that this happens”all the time also that customers receive a fantastic repay”. I felt somehow confident that they had been telling the facts. Afterwards to understand that it has been around 3 months and I’ve contacted the supervisors and agents from the firm serval days and they’ve still not even told me the way they could compensate this issue. I invested over $1000 in storage together for at least 6 weeks and also lost over 3K in private items and they refuse to compensate and then fulfill their moral obligations.

Everybody hates to proceed but I thank God for the gentlemen in Sureway Moving. My initial contact was with Samy Sultan, supreme professional, was punctually and quite beneficial. Moving day was a nicely orchestrated job, had to pick up furniture out of son’s home afterward on to my own move. Chance, Michael and Tom surpassed my own expectations. They were so careful and educated. I would whole heartily suggest Sureway, ideally I wouldn’t need to go again but when I did I wouldn’t trust anybody else!

I’ve heard so many horror stories of movers in Florida that I was quite leery. This movement was hassle free. The guys were there early to the pickup and delivery. They worked fast and economically. The team, in the initial call to the workplace to the last shipping, was friendly, courteous and very professional. I wasn’t able to go in for a couple of days and they kept the furniture to the truck for me personally. Everything that was promised had been completed. I couldn’t be more happy with their services.

Never utilize this compay – spread the word. Rude, rude, unprofessional and do not understand what the term client support means.Left a sculpture in their truck and since we eventually had to resort to submit a complaint against them having a Miami-Dade bureau , they left us create a 2hr. Round trip for their warehouse to regain it, later claiming to send it a few months ago. “Quote Joe, Tony’s son”As you filed a criticism, you do not believe we Will help one” – What exactly do they mean with that – they’re those that didn’t take it off the vehicle.   Their workers – Shawni, Javon, Kyle & Mikey are extremely agreeable – Too bad they must work with folks such as Tony & Joe – anybody want great help – phone them. They deserve greater – because They’re awful bossesthey can not complain since I Am Certain That they want their own jobs.   My husband and I’ve never, ever had an experiernce such as this. We’re spreading the word so that others will be spared – there are a lot more professionals from the industry that you can visit.

I was so impressed when I obtained a 5 Hour quote for my move, and so I budgeted for 6 months. They finish ancient!!

I would strongly suggest Sureway to anyone, the truth is I already have.

They have been prompt, professional and very friendly. The Sureway team moved out of the way to be certain our movement was anxiety free. The even brought additional boxes together.

Here is actually the 3rd time in 6 years I used that moving business I  find  these to be  totally up  front  and  incredibly fair and reliable that they only left  my  brothers home about 3 1/2 hours  back I’m writting  this  in 1.30’m my  child in law   and  girl were   astonished to how  carefrul  they  had been at wraping and managing their  possessions.  They had been more   amazed  when  the  guys were   bringing and unloading and  building as though it had been their  own.  While  they  had been unloadind  it  began to  rain  they  secure and  coated all of furniture along with what  was  on already.  After   building all  of furniture.  My   daughter  couldn’t find a  glass shelf.  The inspector informed me what  it  had been wrapped  in.   And my  son in law. Set it in his cupboard by mistake .they  wouldn’t leave until  everything was  constructed and  all furniture was  place in which my  daughter  needed it.  I utilized them to  move  in FL  to  SC   6  years  back my   son  employed them  together with in state  of  FL.  In most 3 motions nothing  broken  damaged  missing  or  scraped.  My  complements  to  Robert   and  his  team thank you again for  an outstanding  task

WORST EVER 2009 utilized them to relocate…,,everything which has been written up on newspaper had been DENIED….charged  refused or more to provide….   They’re THIEVES….do not USE!!   As soon as I threatened to subjected the ROBERT the proprietor? Said that I would not do it because folks want to overlook & never find anything…   im very late but here it is!!!   Told move could price 1975.00   made me cover $3625.00

I won’t ever use this moving business again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to use it also. I have done an instate movement and also they had been overdue 3 hours caused me to overlook my first cable installer (that I had to wait for 4 times ). In addition to being late that they got my brand new mattress set cluttered, did not place boxed which were tagged in the right chambers and did not put a number of the furniture that they took apart back. The owners are rude and abandon you horrible voicemails. They appeal you originally and then screw you over.

Not going with this particular company, the owner is quite rude individual. Please visit other moving business. The give the suggest but at the last moment shift the purchase price.
