WE RECENTLY MOVED FROM BUCKS COUNTY, PA TO TENNESSEE AND I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE WITH SUPERIOR. I WAS REFERRED TO THEM BY A CO-WORKER WHO HAD USED THEM ONLY LOCALLY AND HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND I WASN’T DISAPPOINTED. THEIR PRICE WAS ABOUT HALF OF WHAT I WAS QUOTED BY OTHERS BUT THEIR SERVICE WAS WELL ABOVE PAR. OUR FURNITURE WAS WELL PROTECTED AND WE SUSTAINED NO DAMAGE in Any Respect, EVEN THOUGH WE HAD SEVERAL LARGE GLASS ITEMS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THE Exact Same MOVERS LOADED, DROVE, AND UNLOADED US. THEY WERE .ALWAYS COURTEOUS, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WANTED US TO BE PLEASED BEFORE THEY LEFT, EVEN WHEN I HAD THEM MOVE A SUPER HEAVY DRESSER DOWN TH WALL 6″.

These men are beyond great. My loved ones, friends and boss have been known to them as they care about their clients. We are not just a $ figure. They’ve been used in over 7 motions, on time, courteous and kick butt. Use them, you will not be let down.

My home manager twice moved to them since my period to get the elevator was nearly up and they still hadn’t even begun to move the furniture. The very first time he went to check on these that they had been cutting up boxes. Since one of my boxes went missing, I must wonder whether they had been cutting up cutting or boxes boxes available! With 30 minutes left and all my furniture still needed to be transferred, there wasn’t any opportunity to shrink wrap anything such as my mattress!! My flatscreen television wasn’t shrink-wrapped or boxed up and has been damaged in the movement. We finally got to my new flat and just had 45 minutes to unload and get everything off the cargo elevator. After 15 minutes of not being done, my house manager gave me a 30 minute warning. I kicked it into gear, helped to load the cargo elevator and took the initial load up and unloaded the lift myself. Somehow my occupation came in close to the maximum quoted cost regardless of the fact that I unloaded at least half of all those things transferred. The next time I will rent a u-haul and search for somebody without work to assist me. It might have been more economical, done over the essential time period and that I likely would still have all my things. When I complained to the proprietor he strove to make things right with furniture or a larger TV. I really don’t want either. I simply want frankly. Do yourself a favor and search for a respectable company with great reviews and not only the ideal price. Do your homework and be sure you’re working with a respectable firm. I’ve moved several times before 40 decades and haven’t experienced the authenticity of the four individual crew from Superior guide by T-Bone. Upon arrival they really quickly assessed the problem within my 3 bedroom condominium and the sequence in which to load the van, and this left unloading it quite efficient. They disassembled desks and beds and reassembled them in the destination and also took great pains to wrap some specially delicate dining area table. They even rearranged furniture which was already in place in the destination.

I had been nervous never having employed a moving service earlier, but I have to say the men (Warren and yet another ) were so effective, friendly, attentive…I can not say enough. So quite happy and would certainly use again. Highly suggested!

This is actually the third time that I have used Superior and once more they performed flawlessly. The 3 man team of T-Bone, Cupcake and Mike (who wants to find a nickname) worked hard and worked fast both with the unloading & loading of my products. They ended up taking less time than expected and the price for the transfer was reduced that anticipated. They even were able to adapt a 1 day delay in transferring I had asked because of a difficulty that arose in my destination stage. You couldn’t possibly go wrong hiring those individuals. I’m 3 for 3 together and would certainly recommend them!

My general experience with this business was amazing! What a terrific group of men working there! To begin with, the proprietor was so fine and gave me all of the info I had regarding moving. He also made me feel special and loved. Afterward , they predicted two days prior to our scheduled afternoon to verify our appointment, then the guys came on time (actually somewhat early) but they had been respectful enough that they did not disturb us til the period assured ). The guys, who has names were Steve, Scott and Darren were all polite, soft spoken and so respectful of their possessions! They worked their butts off! Never taking a rest and they totally set me at ease. My single problem the entire day was I couldn’t manage to provide them a larger hint!!! I’d recommend these men to EVERYONE! I’d avoid this firm. They don’t look after their vehicles and that they do not care about your own time. Because of not only taking care of automobiles, they had been stopped by Truck authorities and advised that their automobile wasn’t appropriate for the street. This delayed my movement by 3 hours. The proprietor didn’t care about the effect for me as a client. Its a pity, since the moving group was fantastic and took very good care of my movement. I’d get another firm in the event your time is significant to you.

STAY AWAY!!! Unorganized and unprofessional ownership/management.   Pricing in the time of transfer was different then agreed upon through phone.   Ownership/management was unbelievably rude and dumb when contacted to talk, making personal remarks towards callers. 2nd half of transfer for this business has been cancelled, We’ll use another Provider.   Actual movers who came to perform the job were very pleasant and hard working.

I used the provider double, the first time that the transfer was interrupted due to time restraints put by my previous flat’s leasing office (there was a passion, therefore every renter needed to be escorted when entering the construction ).First time approximately two gentlemen, Mike and Neal arrived along with the next period it was Neal and Zane. Mark is the proprietor quite unprofessional. George is the catalyst – he’s OK, but do not take down the perfect notations. Rob sales rep. Consistently pops up and they’ve got your possessions. They’re all scams performer. They simply want your cash. Be mindful! They’ll speak to you and look as though they’re great until they receive your possessions. They’ll hang up on you inform you they do not understand nothing about your purchase. Please recall, please recall, do not trust them.

I’ve utilized Superior Moving 3 times at 3 decades, after being known to them with my daughter, once she utilized them.  They’ve been great movers every moment.  It was John Black & hiscrew of two other men.  They took really good care of my items, were extremely curtious, professional, and fast.  They provide boxes which you may grab beforehand, for no extra fee, which means that you may obtain all of your packing done.  I hate moving, and expect to Remain settled this time, however they make it simpler.   I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and definitely refer them.

Mark the proprietor said he also had storage area and that he was only across the River at Pa.. I already priced additional storage components prior to our meeting and has been anxious to proceed fast. When markers showed me his components I believed this is not because of me. Mark doen’t want to drop a bargain and he showed me that his new department. I could not beleive this great unit maybe not the wooden ones that they custom made but also the chainlink caged design. 46′ X 16′ considerably bigger than where I had been leased before to get a third of the purchase price. I had been so excited. It was just like a little ranch. The warehouse occasionally can be quite cluttered because of all the moving items inside and out. Plenty of those renters do not cover and leave there things so indicate and his most men pay everything. I moved back and the whole area was cleaned up. Therefore don’t allow the wreck’s fool you. I really don’t understand who all of the prior reviewers are but I’m sure some could be out of rivals. They’re like no other. Mark installed electrical in my own unit with additional lighting and several additional sockets to check my telephone systems. He also gave me a massive work cart and chair with wheels at no cost. I hired his guys to put in heavy duty shelving. He’s among the most generous men I know. He is not fast to kick you out if your behind on the lease. Provided that he knows that your good for this, I certainly do not want my things from the recycling bin. My boyfriend that usually spent $$$$$$ to relocate his new 5000 sq feet home  today utilizes Superior and nobody else. I swear by these. Really professional. Except for the long post but I  was appalled at all of the terrible reviews I found on YELP. I am sure some of the particle Board furniture becomes damaged. I am rather sure that moving isn’t assumed to be as dreadful as it had been with Superior Storage and Moving on Unruh road in Philadelphia, PA.. The movers were late, dirty, broke things, scratched hard wood flooring and walls, and so were incredialbly unproffessional. There’s simply to much to record everything that occurred, along with the intense disgusting and lying atttitude that we obtained in the proprietor Mark.  Many pieces of furniture had been damaged, chipped, or broken, so it was rediculous!  As each product was identified to the movers, we all heard was”I did not do it”, such as small kids. They even found a way to dent and damage a brand-new washer and drier! A piece of furniture has been stolen, and Mark, the owner stated”you shoulda bought the insurance”!  Not to mention that the price that has been quoted for the transfer, of cousre shifted by 800$–CRAZY!!!!! I wouldn’t ever advise this business, this experience changed my perspective on just how HORRIBLE and DISHONEST a few people and businesses really are!

Have asked Superior Transferring of Philadelphia providers for more than a decade on multiple occcasions.  Including huge excursions to and from Florida and New Jersey, in addition to small regional moves in Philadelphia region.  Customer support has always been excellent, accomodating, courteous and professional.  Furniture and individual items were treated with extreme caution.  Reasonable Expenses.   Superior customer support, like their title! I’ve recommended them to relatives members and friends.

We had scheduled the move about 1 month beforehand. The coming time for pickup was 8 am. I received a call saying the headlights on the vehicle weren’t functioning & that the guys would be overdue. Nothing for a hour and a half. Contacted the office who promised me that the guys were in transit. They came at 10:30 am. I had been given a quote on the telephone for approximately $400 initially. I’d clearly & accurately explained on the telephone the size & scope of this transfer & mentioned that the sofa would be tough to haul from their house. As soon as they came the guys basically lollygagged & shot their time. They didn’t have the correct tools to disassemble the kitchen soda table. The one redeeming action was that they could leave the sofa from the construction. They did have to remove the legs along with also the living room door in the hinges to be able to achieve that. Once into the destination that the guys appeared to pick up in pace as if today it was desperate to get completed. It had been at the point I was quoted $498 for the professional services rendered. I contacted the proprietor just to be told”I’ve got kids to feed also.” He talked to one of those guys & then said to me that due to the difficulty & labour involved with moving the sofa the cost was right. This was crap. Eliminating legs from a bit of furniture & carrying a door from the hinges are standard practice from transferring. I transferred furniture in my younger days & I understand this happens more frequently than not. Sothe line we had been deprived of precious time and money in an already psychological & stressful moment. Because of dishonesty & absence of professionalism I would never suggest Superior Moving & Storage for anybody.
