Their part of the story was that the truck broke down and they were aware about that from before but they did not tell us about it and kept us waiting for them till 7.00PM.
They are nothing but a bunch of liars and cannot be trusted.

This firm was so organized and efficient! They handled everything that I wanted them to, and much more. I’d suggest them to everybody.

Liars, this firm quoted me $3000 for the transfer 2 days until they picked up my things they needed $8000 stating the stock tripled. I needed to return to Iowa from Texas and lease a U-Haul that of my things fit into a 26 feet truck costing me $1600 these folks are double speaking back stabbing sob. I wouldn’t expect them they took a deposit 1k and will not give it back?

Agree multiple dates to be onsite to transfer my furniture where I needed to drive 400 miles to match them every time that they did not appear. If they did arrive, there was just 1 man to move all of my furniture such as washer and drier 20 steps. I was the next individual. Cut my arm at the procedure requiring stitches.
