I recently transferred from Dubai into San Antonio, Texas. My business at Dubai hired SFL Worldwide to look after custom clearance and supply unpacking and unloading services. HORRIBLE – FRAUD COMPANY

Update: 11/06/2019 – talk buddies, that is fraud business, on telephone they told me…. Customized clearance is two days ago I received conventions note that, my TV clearance isn’t done and should I neglect to clean TV over 10 days that they will market my TV and regain their fees… and when they won’t be able to recoup their fees during auction, I’ll be liable to cover residual sum…

Update: 10/31/2019 – Today it’s over 6 weeks but I’m still awaiting the TV.

Update: 10/21/2019 – I needed to send fresh passport, because don’t have any alternative, I called those folks and they explained by Wednesday EOD they’ll send passport and also will discuss the monitoring information and TV is going to be sent. I don’t feel these folks but no other alternative… those folks aren’t prepared to offer customized invoices (as I said – they accept custom fees against you but they do not cover )…. According to me shipping is delayed by two months but should I believe their lies, nevertheless it’s 1 month overdue. . However there’s not any reimbursement…. Worst encounter… will compose closing comments after I’ll get TV.

Update: 10/15/2019 – I’m still awaiting my own TV, really my wife’s passport was going to perish, and she employed for fresh passport… that moment that these folks said we’re alright having cancelled passport. But today they’re requesting new passport that we do not have. These folks asked for brand new passport software which we supplied to them. These folks went to Indian passport website and monitor passport program status, which can be prohibited and breach of hope… beware don’t offer any legal record to such individuals they might illegally monitor and abuse your own documents.
Negative 5 (-5) celebrity ) Now I barely have some expectation I will receive my TV that also with no harm.
I’m not conscious of customs duty procedure, but somehow I feel these people today take habits duty from clients and do not cover that much… I shipped a TV past year too (Universal Reallocation – Broken my own TV)… therefore there’s already a postage… not certain but maybe on house hold things, first time habits give some reduction that these folks wish to store… and pressurizing us to ship fresh passport once we buy it…

Update: 10/13/2019 – Today these folks says habit clearance is outside their control and there’s absolutely not any date given. It has been 4 months and 20 days today… I really don’t understand what these folks do with passport, do not understand. . Next upgrade tomorrow.

I really don’t understand how these folks got 4+ star, since they don’t deserve even 1 star… feels just like their own folks giving 4 or 5 stars to boost score…

I shipped my 65 inch TV into India, in the time of reserving their agent informed me… TV is going to be sent within 90 days… it was all verbal… which shifted to 120 days following TV dispatch, once I requested, representative explained, on paper it’s said but TV is going to be delivered within 90 days. However, it’s over 130 times TV remains stuck with habits and once I attempt to phone, first they do not select the telephone, even if they select the telephone they don’t have any upgrade.

In the right time of booking I obviously said in email I won’t have the ability to give passport that which was nice and okay but when TV attained India these folks began requesting passport, once I said no these folks ceased all the procedure, I needed to send passport because I did not have any option… currently passport with valid visa is using those folks for the last 4 months with no answer. I’ve sent lots of emails but no reply.

In the right time of booking I obviously said I want $0 car insurance, these individuals charged me 200 (Extra for insurance) + $150 (Wooden Crates) additional for this, however if TV touched India these folks began giving excuse that they don’t supply 0 deductible insurance that suggests they supplied regular insurance using $300 allowance, even once I sent the first emails in which 0 deductible was cited by their own agent somehow agreed.
