The worst experience in top to base. I am on day 17 without any clue where my stuff is. Last I understood in my rude customer support person is that’s was still in Florida at a storage waiting to be sent into the west shore. Each time that I have known as I receive no replies To where my things really is. Whether this review may save 1 individual for utilizing this organization and moving through this dreadful process than it is well worth it!! Roadrunner storage and moving is easily the most unprofessional company I’ve ever handled.
