Produced from Texas into New York, they dropped our furniture, rifled through our items, stole my DVDs, ruined one of a kind art, dropped a record cabinet right down a flight of stairs and faked it had been nothing, lied to my head, impolite to my spouse, struck me with hidden fees, subsequently delivered my furniture 2 weeks late. Poor experience, poor business. Buyer beware.
1 box has been dropped comprising part of collection of precious antique china. The Anthem Claim management firm reviewed my promise and explained I had signed the newspaper that had said that the Provider Isn’t responsible for lost boxes. I’ve discovered it at the fine print of this newspaper I signed in pickup. The Business is currently to cover me $45, the speed based on projected weight of a box. It’s a humiliation to me. Anyone moving things Has to Be Conscious of this. I’d have made different arrangements to transfer precious products. My reduction could be a lesson to others. I’d been overcharged by a few hundred bucks at pickup along with the moving business afterward re-imbursed me for that.
To say that I’m displeased with this moving business is a gross understatement. They’re completely undependable. Now I’m worried about the state of my possessions. For the last two and a half an hour all they’ve done is lie to me about when my items will soon arrive. They maintain extendng the deadline. They’re dishonest, nearly impossible to achieve (believe me I tried to phone and talk to somebody about it on the telephone but obviously nobody replies EVER). I can not think the absence of support. And due to how bad the service was, I am likely to ACTIVELY recommend folks to pick another firm on this one.
I recently transferred from Texas to Oregon. I attempted to employ R&L moving. I put a deposit as requested, and that’s where the fun began. The first indication I was in trouble was that they billed my credit card two times. I talked with the operator and they obtained the fee removed. I attempted to find the movement scheduled and was unable to reach anybody. Then I attempted to receive my deposit refunded which they did but then turned right around and billed my card again. I discovered last night they again charged me so now I’ve been charged 4 times in my card. I have had to offset the charge card Simply to prevent this over charging of my own card to get a transfer I might never have scheduled. I ended up with my things transferred by Presto Logistics that was a wonderful experience and not 1 thing was lost or damaged.
Very pleasant folks to deal with, very valuable. I needed to get somewhere to store my things for around ten months while I was out of state. All of my stuff has been retained securely and in great conditions. The price they charged me wasn’t expensive at all compared to other people storage businesses. As soon as I returned back, they delivered everything in a couple of days after I transferred to a new flat. I gave them a brief note and they responded immediately to my request. Three guys — Alex, Mario and Edwin – that arrived to move within my stuff were quite skillful. Great team work. They understood what they did. Fantastic job!
