    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Regal Moving System is really a scam! A criminal association!
I transferred into another country and the entire process was, and still remains also a nightmare. They had been over 3 months overdue to send, they entirely damaged a great deal of furniture, plus they”dropped” 90 percent of the remainder of my items (together with it 98 percent of my clothing ).
They requested me to submit a claim, and they desired to cover under $200. I denied because they damaged and lost on 10k worth of land. I requested for mediation however, 5 weeks later, I’m yet to listen to from that business. They do not answer your calls and, even when they do, they tell you they will call you straight back but they do not.
Before they make your company they’re really fine but, subsequently, they become a nightmare.
Advice: Should you appreciate your matters, and reassurance, do not hire them!
We must all file a class action lawsuit against those offenders.

    This business is a scam

ALL the negative reviews are all accurate. I want I checked them out until I gave them my deposit, however that I was so glad they can do the transfer with this kind of a brief notice. They showed up using the incorrect size 6 and truck hours late, so therefore , they needed to return another day to complete loading. They maintained our furniture in storage, however when it came time to its shipping, the cost had shrunk and they would not send unless we paid in cash. I had no option except to cover them in order that they’d unload the vehicle. They came late and didn’t possess the tools or screws to place our furniture collectively. They said they’d return the following day, however it has been weeks and that I could never get a response from them. While I predict they hang up as soon as I say my title. I needed to purchase screws and employ a person to place the furniture together. Should you make the error of employing this business, you can: 1 ). Have damaged products 2. Be made to pay triple the initial quotation. Do not make the mistake that I did; invest additional income for a REAL business.

    Update

Regal still hasn’t returned two (what I am now supposing are stolen) large pieces of furniture that they were supposed to send at August out of our MA into TN move. Sasha the warehouse supervisor who we have been consistently redirected to (since the new out of business school workers in the workplace don’t have any clue what they are doing) has now disconnected his telephone and Regal won’t respond or talk to me once I call the office. If I really do get someone on the telephone, I’m instantly put on hold and not attended to. It’s blowing my mind the absence of professionalism and compassion this firm has after fiscally bleeding us dry for this particular movement that they have yet finished. I feel as though they’re not giving me any option but to sue them. We had been robbed!

    Beware

After shopping around for a moving company that could appear to Upstate New York, Regal was among a few that could even come up that much better. Sales people appeared to be fine. Telephone system is a jog around. Your lucky if you’re able to talk to a real man or possess a returned phone call after first contact. Sasha, (the dispatcher? ) ) Has 101 explanations for why only half of my things has been delivered. Safi, (driver?) Has more explanations. The remainder of my stuff was in limbo somewhere ever stolen or since by today. In 70 days and counting, I’ve filled complaints with anybody I can think of to try and get my things. I was even told by the BBB of NJ that they didn’t possess a permit transportation beyond NJ. Who can you think any more? Becoming unemployed and needing to proceed after loosing my job, I’m at odds at what I can do in order to receive my things. Some of the things is irreplaceable. It is so tough to find fair, reputable movers. So many”if only” thoughts concerning this movement. Please, spend the excess cash, in case you’ve got this, and proceed with a much better, more dependable business. I am rather angry at being scammed by this provider. After reading the other testimonials and viewing a lot of similarities does not cause me any happier.

    Regal Moving Scam

This business is a scam. They gave us a quotation, in a composed”Bill of Lading” for about $1130. After the truck arrived at the destination, after already paying them $280 for a deposit, 25 percent, they stated our invoice was $2900. And this unless we paid off the remainder of $2600, we wouldn’t get our contents or furniture. The equilibrium was assumed to be 850, we paid them $500 in money prior to the transfer, or so the balance will be $350, and we’re advised we can cover the $350 using a test, so long as people pd the $500 in money. Then in the close of the movement, the equilibrium was 2114. As stated by the legislation, the firm may simply charge 10% within the bill of lading. We didn’t understand this at the moment. That might have been 1243, maybe not $2900. They dropped the invoice, and kept our furniture hostage until we paid the additional $2000. We wouldn’t have paid it, but my father in legislation diabetic medication was in a bag on the vehicle, and they did not care. Don’t use this business!! They do not even answer their telephones.

    Unprofessional. Do not use

Think the 1-star testimonials. This organization is new but sadly, also amazingly unprofessional. They supply you with a very low cost but beware of extras being tacked on after the movers arrive. And forget about your own things being delivered punctually.

I had a NY to MA transfer. They pinpointed the initial shipping date due to a hurricane which didn’t wind up hitting the northeast. Fine. However, they did not reschedule till I badgered them. Subsequently the movers have been over 3 hours late, smelled like marijuana and forgot two of the things. They also whined that I dwelt on the next floor.

As soon as I predicted Regal, I had been reassured everything will be OK. Bu they did not offer you a reduction after forgetting two things (my mattress frame and screws to get a bookcase they took aside and stated they would not have the ability to put together again at delivery.) All I will say is that I’m happy this encounter is finished and that I wish there’d been more reviews once I chose them.

    Regal Moving Company, NJ

I contacted Regal Moving Business to Prepare a transfer from NY to CA. They stated they’d arrive on 9/26. We waited all day, and now at 5 pm that we told us they would not have the ability to pickup the stuff until the following day between 8% and 11 a.m.. They did not appear till 5:45 p.m.. We wasted two entire days only waiting!!! I phoned them occasionally during the 26th to learn if they’d be coming, and they consistently place the time period first from 8-11, subsequently 12-2, subsequently 4-7, they then did not come. The same thing, stated they’d come in a.m, afterward it had been 11-2, subsequently 4-4:30. Eventually arrived at 5:45! After the boxes were sent to California 12 weeks after, the boxes were totally SMASHED! Our very pricey leather couch was severely damaged, along with the truck drivers had been very impolite. We took many photographs of the ruined boxes and ruined products and filed them but nobody ever even contacted us. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!

    Profoundly bad experience

Precious heirlooms lost. Many damaged items not brought on by packaging but obviously from utter disregard to the things (also evidenced by the shipping men literally falling things off the truck – that they couldn’t have cared less). Zero customer support – to the point of not even being able to leave a voicemail everywhere. Zero communication. Price jacked up 2k daily of movement. Never again. For shame to anybody who works there. Don’t Use Regal.

Why Didn't I believe the reviews??

I really don’t understand why I did not expect my gut and discover another respectable firm. I obtained a good quote and chose to proceed with Regal. 1st RED FLAG: The telephone system. If you phone it sends you into circles OR you do not even receive a calling system. I emailed the rep that lent me personally and requested him to phone me because I could not catch thru- His title was Simi. After calling and accepting my advice such as my credit card # for the deposit, then he also stated I was all set and that I need to find a call a few days ahead of the movement to confirm and confirm a moment. 2nd RED FLAG: I needed to phone them a day prior to my scheduled movement because nobody had called me however. I kept having an answering machine and nobody would reply. After attempting everybody’s extensions, eventually someone picked up. I am certain they display their requirements. He promised me that somebody would be in touch that day. When somebody predicted, they counseled me to be accessible and pick up could be involving 9-12pm. 3rd RED FLAG: dawn of this transfer, I named the business around 11am to observe where the team was and that I had been informed involving 2-4pm! Umm. I might have been taking good care of different things if I understood it was likely to be this late daily. About 2pm, I got a call in the driver stating that he broke down and could not make it until perhaps the following moment. I called the moving business and changed into the subsequent day. The time that I had been given was about 12pm. The following day, I got yet another phone telling me that the driver broke down and would not create it. This phone was out of the motorist himself that told me that he’s the driver and he will pick me up if he feels like it and that I do not tell him exactly what to do. I had to be outside of the apartment that afternoon and could not manage a different delay. I phoned Regal a lot of times attempting to find a hold of somebody but to absolutely no avail. The individual who kept calling the phone said that he was the secretary for the entire construction instead of simply Regal. I call bull. He also gave me the mobile # of this dispatcher allegedly. I phoned and he had been zero assistance. He said he’d call me back when he talked with the motorist. Now, I am frustrated yelling, and panicking. It is clear this provider is not anything more than just crooks. I needed to phone another moving business and then beg them to perform a crisis pickup. At approximately 7pm, I got a cal in the”Dispatcher”, stating that the driver could pick up my belongings at about 10pm the night. . .maybe. Perhaps?? I could not believe it. They’ve no respect to your own time and possessions. I informed him that was dumb and that I wanted a complete refund. He yelled at me and then hung up. Actual professional.
Please, Please, Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Never have I been really worried in my entire life. It is simply not worthwhile. Locate an adequate firm with REAL testimonials.

    Long-distance move from New Jersey
Cheap estimate, but our savings will be going to a lawyer.

My boyfriend and I had been searching around for alternatives to transfer our furniture (1br, 1ba flat – maybe not much to talk about ) from New Jersey to Florida. These men called with all the best quote we can find – about $400 cheaper than everybody else. Xavier, the sales rep, was very fine and said that because the business was established in New Jersey and moving to Florida is a very common occupation for them, it’d not be any problem in any way. We gave him a list of what we’d put on the vehicle, and they gave us a price based on the cubic feet they thought our stuff could inhabit.

Transferring day comes, and the truck has been scheduled to emerge between 9-11AM. We called them several times and they showed up around 3PM. They’d contained free boxes and wrap for our TVs and glass tabletop from the quote, but as soon as the men arrived they noted that we’d still be paying extra to them. After what was wrapped and on the vehicle, they said that our stuff (actually the specific same stock as was about the quote – not a box more) took up roughly three times the distance we gave us, and that our cost went from ~ $1300 to ~ $3500 – that following the gentleman told us that he had been giving us a hefty discount plus it should really cost $4500.

What is astonishing is that he told me that his office does so all of the time, and being the truck driver that he copes with all the surprise and anger of people being horribly misquoted all of the time.

Seeing as we’d budgeted for about this quote months back and did not really have an additional few million dollars just lying about, we had been advised by the motorist to phone our rep and determine what we can do.

We had been on the phone with those guys for around two hours. We had been placed on hold, hung up on, told we’d be called back rather than really known as back – that match went on for a little while till eventually we got the amount to the person who owns the business, who informed us we had been only among 300 projects this month and our cash was”no good” to them when we did not enjoy what they needed to provide. So, everything came from the truck and they left by 7PM. We told the proprietor, Safi, that we desired our deposit back and he said he’d happily give it to us.

Obviously, because this was likely to be accomplished by early afternoon daily and turned into an ordeal which lasted until day and finished with our belongings still at the flat we’re supposed to vacate the following day, it caused enormous issues with our movement. We ended up needing to keep our furniture in NJ till we could discover a means to bring down it, since we could not organize anything inside our funding at the absolute last minute.

Today, a week after, we predicted about our deposit on a Saturday. They stated there was a notice on the accounts relating to this and asked us to call back on Monday, now, and we’re playing exactly the exact same mobile game together since this has been written. We ended up on the telephone using Safi back, who wrapped us up instantly. He back, he said he would call us back in ten minutes, and today are calls are being screened without the choice to leave a voicemail.

Long story short, they are going to guarantee you savings – nevertheless, now that funding will a lawyer. Don’t, under any conditions, give these folks the time of day if you don’t do not mind playing hardball to the wealth.

    Criminals

This really is a criminal business. They dropped the whole shipment. All household heirlooms, pictures, everything. We’re going to sue.

The initial estimate was about $1500 that was jacked up on the afternoon that they came just before closing on the home sale. We had no option but to consent to $2500. There was a $500 deposit and $1300 payment on pickup. They have $1800 of the cash. Nevertheless they never sent anything.

The won’t return the cash, telephone calls, or anything. They will be sued.

    Nightmare company agreed!!

I provide Regal movers 0 stars!
Please, take it out of a mom of two young boys, so that had an extremely stressful move before these, and Regal made it that more stressful. Locate a more reliable mover. Search there tackle with Google ground, explore business name changes, there maintained number of trucks,Ect. The candies boys you receive on the telephone, change when you provide a deposit.

Extremly unprofessional is understatement! A guaranteed date came and went, no telephone call, no email. We’re now living on yard furniture together with my parents and seeking to begin a new college, and all of our possessions and clothes were supposed to move straight out of our home to SC. Promised!! Rather they had been MIA. They’ve caller ID and don’t pick up telephone. Should you utilize anot her telephone, they pick up and so are stunned your on the opposite end. Again, another guarantee,” your belongings will probably be there on weekend” weekend came and went, no calls.
READ all good print, don’t anticipate that the amount borrowed is exactly what you may pay. We compensated 2500k more. Are things came back broken, missing, and wasn’t worth the thousands we’ve compensated, if have used neighborhood inspector.

    Unbelievably Horrible

That is 1 time when all of the horrible reviews do not even catch exactly how awful Regal is. UNBELIEVABLE. I’d ask questions, attempted to test them out, etc.. Started off nice, truck pickup went very easily, specialist, and couple of days later got telephone message with approximate shipping date. THAT of course proven to be wholly erroneous. I badgered them to get TRUTHFUL info. Alright busy time of year, alright get off-loading flaws, etc., etc.. LIES LIES LIES LIES. I genuinely believe it’s just since I wore a few of those men done and obtained real phone number for motorist out here in California that we EVER obtained the majority of those items. They didn’t attempt and earn more $$ from us, but condition of boxes was incredible — and far beyond 21 business days dreadful Nate said to anticipate. Inform us like dirt. I’ve imagine, evidence. Just since I moved bubble wrap and peanuts mad in packaging were our items okay. Our items minus precious antique table, also four boxes, such as one with valuable artwork. Yes, we will file a claim however. . .Also they left big bookcase here (we’d previously planned excursion so needed to find buddy to let them in) and once I instantly called movers to mention it was not ours they refused to return. I am selling it I presume because they refuse to react. Honestly? The worst experience of my entire life was attempting to communicate together.

    A nightmare of a company...don't use

The lies began when using the first phone call: 1/are off you loading to some other business or truck (response from these: no); two / will you guarantee me shipping on the dates that I want (response out of these: yes); 3/ price: will you guarantee no extra expenses (response out of these: yes). Their packers arrived and billed me advertising extra $1500, then asked for a hint. When I called the next week to find out whether they had been on schedule as I was heading out to meet with the truck, then they said”Oh, the truck broke down. We are going to put your things in storage and enable you to know when we could send it.” When reiterating the deadline, they stated (if they actually answered their phones and did not phone back and I just kept having to attempt to get them on your telephone ), that they had been offloading to a different truck and that there would be no extra cost to me. And, reassured me that the truck could be punctually. The result: they blackmailed me for a second $4,000 and said if I did not have the money, they’d hold my furniture hostage, arrived 4 days late, a few furniture was lost and a few things broken. Upon telling them and emailing them about the circumstance, they haven’t reacted in any way.” This is among the very unethical and lying group of industry people I have ever dealt with and must be held liable for outright lies. DO NOT USE THEM.”

    Moving

The movement started off good they arrived and did the job they promised to perform. They even packed a couple more items that we had to take. The men were nice and useful. With that being said the men that did the last delivery were dreadful. They man known as the state before that they’d be there in 6-7 am. I advised him 8 am are a much better time. 8am no shipping I phoned him they stated they’d be there in 12-3. 3pm still no shipping or pho e telephone number. I eventually got on contact him. 6 pm that he gave me a sob story about getting pulled over. My problem I advised him because when he had been here in 8 he would not have gotten a ticket. Long story short the did not complete the job. Yes they place the boxes at the home but they did not set things back together as promised. Called company & e mail firm never got an answer. I wouldn’t use them ever again and for all those contemplating them please reconsider. The terror story continues because they dropped one of my own boxes. Do not hire them!!!! Do not waste your cash!!! Do not squander your time!!!!! A Nightmare!!!!!

    CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! BEWARE!

Please see this — ALL the negative reviews are accurate (the favorable reviews are obviously imitation ). This company is a scam that preys on unsuspecting men and women. Going to a lengthy diatribe is only going to make me more upset, but I could safely state that this is definitely the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Should you make the error of employing this business, you can:  1 ). Have items stolen from you two. Have damaged products 3. Be made to pay double the initial quote (the first quote they provide would be that a bait and switch strategy ) Do not make the mistake that I did; invest more income for a REAL business.

    Avoid like the plague.

I’m sitting in a vacant flat in Missouri per week since my material had been packed with Massachusetts and have only been informed that my material has not even been loaded onto a truck however, has not abandoned the east coast and will be an additional week (maybe more) before it gets for me. My expertise is sickeningly enjoy a number of their other reviewers about this website – that the quote was half of the true price, for some reason that they insisted to a test in lieu of a credit card, and that they do not answer the telephones along with their voice mailbox are packed so that you can not actually get to talk to anybody or even leave a message. They’re clearly working on a shoestring, are a cowboy performance and provide amazingly inadequate support. Avoid them like the plague. I really wish I had – then I would not need to devote another week with just a camp bed for furniture – not even a seat. 1 star is too many.

This business is a scam.  They’re just responsive till they receive your deposit and after that they’re completely unreachable. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy
They billed us $3800 and ensured us that a stress free move. In the very first email I sent with queries, I had a terrible feeling about them. It took a week and 3 emails to finally get a three word response. I believe all of the 5 star reviews are imitation, since this provider is setup for fraud.  DONT USE THEM

    Great movers!!!

I recently moved from Minneapolis to Raleigh North Carolina.
I have to say that the employees did an awesome job managing my things, which are only valuable for me and my loved ones.
    The price was all included.
Sasha and Safi (movers) made it an extremely simple and worry free experience.
I will urge friends which are traveling in long distance from the USA.
    Thanks for such excellent support.

    Great job guys!!

The transfer went smoothly, the men were on time and specialist. I had been somewhat nervous about a movement this far away but had hardly any choices due to how abrupt the movement was. The men at royal place me at ease and took care of all in a organized manner. The cost was also fair and all of my things came in the state they left in. Fantastic experience, would use again.

Good Company for a decent price

I have been performing realtor moves for more than 10 years with the other significant interstate moving business. I began getting sick of paying almost double per CFU as a number of the other quotes I would get. So I attempted Regal Transferring, and I have got to say I am very impressed! Half the cost with the specific same amount of support I received from the big men. Thanks again to the Regal Team! See you guys soon.
