If you value your possessions and sanity, don't use this company!!

This is the worst move I have ever experienced. As soon as they got my deposit, they stopped answering my mails and refused to affirm when I’d receive my things. It ended up taking well over a week more than they initially explained, and when they came they attempted to charge extra because my construction was a stroll up. Each and every box was dirty and dented, and a few were also open. One had what seemed like kitty litter sprinkled indoors, and another had been moist. Several of my items were ruined, such as my sewing machine and fabric steamer, and I ended up needing to take them to small claims court to regain some of my losses. Awful firm!

Hostage Takers - Worst company ever!!! Not even 1 star worthy

They are really the worst – do not think the quote you become. You’ll enjoy it in writing, but they will attempt to increase the burden (I had a little play, easily less than 1000 pounds, but first weigh in was over 1600 pounds. They claimed they did not understand what occurred and”re-weighed” it and hmmm – today it was 1100 pounds (that is still far over what the initial fat is) However they discovered plenty of extras to include on to this invoice to make sure they were getting extra income. Bubble wrap to get a wooden desk??? Added unauthorized wrap at a different price even though they claim to provide free moving blankets, stair fee that has been given to me that the day of their transfer, gas cost, warehouse handling.
Surely the WORST company I’ve every dealt with. I refuse to cover their additional bogus fees, they refuse to send my own possessions. I’ll be taking legal actions against this terrible horrible business. Caution to anyone considering booking them – read the testimonials. Everything that people have said concerning them has occurred to me personally.

    Costs

Therefore many hidden expenses, your quote will probably double, they set in for things and tell you afterwards, schedule times to pickup, they alter that, quite hard to handle and I wouldn’t expect their weigh scales.

    My move accross canada

3800.00 later. Waited two weeks for my things. Every product was scraped , legs broken from items, pieces lost. 1 individual to unload a three bedroom home move. You cant even call to speak to the claims section. I add a claim using photographs. Two months after they develop a”generous offer” $98.00. What a joke. Not impressed. Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND.

    Beware

Highly unprofessional support. The pickup time asserted was between 2pm and 4pm but the driver didn’t appear till 7:30pm. The office has been shut at 5 without ensuring either proper service or upgrades supplied to us. The drivers were always complaining of having to drive long hours for my spouse, tried to con her to paying them while loading that wasn’t exactly what had been told to us, and also jeopardized my wife to abort the loading when she attempted to enquire about among those columns within their Inventory List. This is merely the ordeal throughout pick-up, expect the drop is not too poor or I will have to write a different review. Should you take care of your stuffs, then do it all yourself. Avoid these people at any cost, I will be taking my business elsewhere to get certain.

    Bad experience

Advertisement expertise, they’re cheaters. As soon as I called them, they gave me the cheapest estimate in comparison with all other businesses. As soon as I booked together and requested for the last cost by email ( in written), they did not answer. I ship them reminders however no answer. Their booking agent Taniya isn’t dependable or performing it purposely so that at the conclusion she will think of concealed charges. So I chose to not utilize their services following booking and dropped my $150 deposit. Be cautious

They are not moving company, they are robbers

Never ever move with this provider. They’re [EDIT] lairs. They gave me estimate 40 pennies. Delay from the business once I whine them afterward dispatch boss she stated we will provide you 38 pennies and best of people will provide you 5% reduction. But when they attracted my things they charged me 50 bucks. I reserved my things on April 13 and that I received only today that’s June 10, 2018. Quite late each time that they rescheduled.
They also scamming on weights, so they’re charging over weight.
Much better than you reserve u-haul and deliver your stuff punctually also reasonable cost it is very little bit hassle but greater than annoyance.
I’ve written email quotation out of that [EDIT] business. Do not trust them especially there’s a b*tch she’s Dispach boss her title is loe, additionally a second b*tch her title is taniya.
Before reserving they’ll attempt to snare you in various ways.

    Corny, careless, terrible service

I’d made a decision to utilize Ram prior to scanning the reviews ( which are for the most part negative in order to have a fantastic class ). I called Amy to say my issue after reading them all, she promised she will personally make certain everything will be smooth without a real surprise because my quotation was all inclusive, that some variant would be contingent upon weight. She was useful & ostensibly honest to this point, and so I believed her.
I was moving out of regina into Mississauga & needed to proceed because there would not be a pickup until after the holiday season.
I called two days after my items were chosen for closing quotation & 1.5months afterwards but obtained nothing. Amy promised to test with all the truck and email me back & never did until delivery date. I receive a phone the day prior to delivery advised to cover 600+, followed closely by email with account information. No specifics of the last quote.
Cable shows up following days (nice man by the way) and I observe they’d padded in approximately $200 (scale, warehouse& untrue 100+pounds )
Taking a Look at the bill, I can see they’d been fiddling with the amounts (guess attempting to figure out just how much they can scheme off without even getting detected )
Amy unexpectedly became clueless & has been sporadically trying to warrant wrong charging of things clearly said on her quotation at no extra price. John comes on to convince me that my math was away & I must cover 143lb additional rather than 43lb.
Long story short, I refused to cover until the scam has been dragged. The genius eventually saw his mistake & asked the driver to attack of all of the extras. I paid just the $23 additional expected.
Opened the boxes days later and discovered that my screen was broken despite daring”delicate -monitor” tag.
Use them at your risk, and take your entire frigiles with you in the event that you do.

Still miss my computer, studio monitors and wife's wardrobe

We picked this business to move us from Alberta to Ontario a couple of years back and it was a nightmare. Everything was smooth and dandy whilst reserving it and even when the movers arrived to pick up our belongings, everything looked ok.

Then, after they had our things that they were unable to give us an ETA for birth. When the material eventually was prepared to arrive, I had been told over the telephone that it would be 500 longer since the wording they had to rope me in did not incorporate a particular fee.

When our stuff came a highly precious box (my PC! And studio monitors and audio making gear, shoes and winter clothing ) was lost and a bag with my spouse’s whole summer wardrobe, something she had been gathering for the last ten decades.

They were rather insincere in helping us track down the lost things and we never got it backagain. We learned the hard way; should you appreciate your things, select a respectable firm even though it costs a little bit more.

It had been years ago and we still talk about our lost things. I filed complaints with the BBB and other sockets but none of these managed to assist us get any sort of reimbursement.

I totally detest this organization and’m highly skeptical of some favorable testimonials I read about them.

    QUICK MOVE

I was amazed how fast my movement was: got it picked up at Montreal September 5th, delivered September 19th at Edmonton. The men who did delivery were both professional and polite, used runners to not harm my flooring. I had been watching them the entire time and didn’t detect anything unpleasant. I did all of the packaging myself – and triple checked for harms – there were not one – and – convinced you’d anticipate a few, moving all he way through the nation. I’d have enhanced their stock, but I created my own list I was moving by. I’d o issues with this organization and their prices are the lowest priced.

Please read all reviews before you hire this compnay.

If you like your possessions whatsoever that I urge you to utilize any other moving business compared to Actual Alberta Moving. This firm won’t take of precious possessions and you’ll be heart broken when your items arrive in bits.

I utilized Real Alberta Transferring to transfer in Alberta into Mississauga Nov 2016 and therefore movement I packed all of my own things myself rather than thing got busted. Because that transfer went so well when requested to return into Alberta Sept 2017, I did not hesitate and also to phone this mover and reserve them to transfer back me but that time I wished to utilize their packaging services.

In the manner that my items were packed with them, a number of my possessions have become broken. I will not list all of them on here but I really do have pictures and please feel free to email mepersonally. Additionally there’s still an entire box still missing and if they sent my items to my new place they overlooked delivering an entire bed and have been captured dragging my sofa on the floor.

Please please please ensure to read the small print of the contract till they proceed anything of yours as it says that their policy is fundamental carrier’s insurance policy which pays out at $0.60 each pound/per article and carries a $500.00 deductible. Not once in each of the discussions I had with them didn’t say anything to me about a deductible and it’s not till they have your items loaded on the automobile that you will sign the deal.

Because the damages and lost thing I needed to submit a claim together. Be warned that this company doesn’t have a contact # for their promises department and that this firm chose all on their own without talking about anything with me on what my possessions and overlooking things were worth.

They initially made me an insulating supply of $50 to each of the damages and also for my lost possessions and also to make a long story brief now and after having a month they gave me $100 for its damages but that I would not be permitted to post reviews.

You will will notice from all of the other reviews published on this website that $100 appears like their normal deal and not once did they accept responsibility nor did anybody apologise to me on how my items or me was treated.

I used to not take their dreadful offer since I believe it’s more important to frighten the general public about this organization and cannot caution individuals enough about their dreadful treatment of me and my possessions. This business has to be put out of the business.

This firm lied from the beginning when they informed us that our things wouldn’t be off-loaded from the two weeks before final delivery. This was definitely not true (what was in another order on the vehicle as it came ) and for this we had several ruined things such as some antiques that are materialistic. There were also ruined bulbs, gouges in furniture, so several, many, several broken objects in boxes (and all breakable had been packed/wrapped), busted images (which had been exceptionally well wrapped), well, the list just goes on and on. We documented with photos and the firm provided an incredible $70.00; afterwards we denied that they changed the deal to $100.00 supplied we gave no unfavorable testimonials, which we also refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY should you really care about your possessions.

Complete moving amateurs, professional con artists

Back in Apr/17 My family utilized Actual Alberta Moving Services to transfer my older parents possessions from Saskatchewan into Okotoks, AB. They had been the worst moving agency we might have selected. Complete amateurs. Only a dreadful experience.
    – They offered a price that was be half of the true cost of the move, stating the weight was greater than anticipated.
    – Virtually anything of value that my parents had was broken or damaged.
    – No proper wrap of delicate things, furniture, etc.. The most vexing was sofa cushions taped to the bottom of a desk as if to shield it but nothing over the desk top (see picture ). After the tape has been removed it destroyed the table top finish and all the borders of the table had been ruined. The table turned into garbage.
    – Just 1 thing, a piano, was sent into a home, the remainder of the shipment to a garage for storage. The movers considerably gouged a 15 foot section of flooring shifting the piano, the single thing they needed to be more careful with! No pliers or straps utilized, nothing to safeguard the ground. The piano itself was ruined in over 10 areas, zero wrapping/blankets.
    – Lots of smaller things were packaged into big tower size clothes boxes without a wrapping or anything to protect the products. A number of the boxes have been crushed and things broken or damaged.
    – When we complained, the organization’s offer was 100 supplied we abandoned no negative testimonials together with the BBB etc..
This firm took advantage of 2 80+ year olds and ruined a lot of the own consequences aquired over a lifetime. They shouldn’t be in company.

    Give this company ZERO stars

About July 1, Actual Alberta Transferring promised pickup between July 27 and 30 (actual date to be advised 24 hours ahead ) to get a entire price of $6000 (CAD approx.) To get a USA – Canada relocation, also required $300 beforehand.
    – I reserved cleansers and handover to landlady to July 31 (who reserved fresh tenants for August 1, plus they reserved their movers, etc.).
    – Additionally, I booked resorts and tours (largely non ) to get weekly long drive from Phoenix to Calgary (for a household of four with 2 adults with complete time jobs, and also a half year plus a two year-old boy).

Dispatcher Sam out of Real Alberta Transferring predicted on July 27 to state can’t pick up until August 1 or two.

Not one of the men I talked to afterward helped me with this particular circumstance. Actual Alberta Moving absolved themselves of all responsibility to our negotiated arrangement, leaving me with with all associated costs. A full run down of talks under:

    About July 1, 2017
    – Sales Rep John left the purchase and took the deposit.

    On July 13, 2017
    – I emailed to inquire whether a date of pickup can be found.
    – Tanya reacted to state that they”still have a window of their 27-30th. They have not narrowed down it.” Speaking about the dispatchers.
    – I phoned to ask John for a few aid but obtained Tanya on telephone. She explained John was off and that they would likely narrow the afternoon not before the week of traveling.

    On July 24, 2017
    – I predicted since this had been the week of traveling and three times prior to the first birth date (i.e. July 27)
    – John Wasn’t available to take my phone
    – Tanya stated they’d just give me the exact data”24 hours before arrival date”
    – I inquired to Supervisor.
    – Office Manager Amy arrived online following 25 minutes also showed me the way to get the”24 hours prior to arrival date” disclaimer.
    – Upon my request, she discovered info that the Truck will return on June 29 but might affirm period”24 hours before birth”

    On June 26
    – I have a called from Actual Alberta Moving dispatcher out of Richmond BC asking whether it’d be possible to envision the transfer for August 2.
    – I stated that not could be okay for me for several reasons (handover of leasing property to landlord on to next renter on July 31; cancellation of reservations and related costs; strain on needing to cancel and alter traveling programs with little kids ).
    – The dispatcher stated they’d call back.

    On July 27
    – I predicted Actual Alberta Transferring and Amy replied; – I advised her regarding the call from the dispatcher.
    – Amy reported that dispatcher would phone back after their Richmond BC workplace started (in approximately ten minutes).
    – If no call again was obtained for 2 weeks , I called Amy ago, waited on hold for 25 minutes, and Amy explained that the dispatcher will call me today.
    – Dispatcher predicted right afterward, talked aggressively and attempted to back off from the deal, also provided to give me my deposit back, denied to compensate for almost any other costs I’d incur because of their violating contract.
    – I phoned Amy ago and got John on the telephone instead. Got a terrific sales pitch (a guarantee of reduction on total price ), however no definite offer to repair the issue. Rather, he requested me to inform landlady to postpone my move out and new renters move in.

Located another moving business (one which had achieved in the right time of first bid). They advised me that this is occurring more frequently because of less strict regulation and larger predatory practices of representatives (not moving firms themselves). Total, my price increased by approximately 4000 dollars (CAD)

    Moving from BC to Alberta

Looked up a plumber on Web. Got email from 20 mechanically.
Got one from Actual Alberta Moving. Amy was the man who had been so fine and reassuring (overly fine is that the difficulty ) that how can I not go together. They inquire just how much weight I’d had. We went through every thing and they guessed it and quoted. (Found out later that they only wanted to be sure it stays low till they got my things from the vehicle ) They then have complete control. They arrived to package (overdue incidentally )
They began to pack joyful and whistling all of the way. Once done they requested me to sign a newspaper charging me $290.00 for packaging. They said they had to utilize specific boxes and that is only their portion of this payment type Actual Alberta Moving. They were builders.
They had my things in their own truck and I wouldn’t get it if I didn’t sign it.
RAM advertises that they utilize authorities accredited scales. Misleading people into thinking it’s weighed on pickup and drop off in the street scales that is exactly what I asked the driver when he had been performing. He explained he was planning to weigh it exiting city.
They showed up three days late with no telephone calls before late the evening before arrival in the afternoon and warning me at this price, (dropped ) and I want to cover if they arrive or they won’t bring my things.
You don’t have any option if you’d like your stuff.
This is a proposed approach to find the merchandise from the truck initially and then they could simply take you to the cleaners.
Upon shipping the boxes had been broken and broken open and seemed just like footballs.
Lots of things were broken up and a single box lost.
I have all of the pics.
Then when departing they place my dolly within their own truck and took it into Calgary.
When seeking to get in touch with this business it’s not possible to speak to anybody and if requesting a supervisor everybody you speak to tells you which they are the supervisor. I called numerous times and have the exact same story. Everyone I needed to speak to was outside and the person that you spoke to was that the supervisor. I inquired for John who first told me that he was the supervisor. Was told he’d phone me backagain. Never did.
Never could speak to Amy again.
When I called back they said have a great moment. They are now able to contact deceiving and ripping others off who call until they assess their standing.
I’ve transferred to 25 distinct address across the planet and this is undoubtedly the most unethical, keneiving moving business I’ve ever had to take care of.
Each turn is coated by some explanation. Know about the weighing procedure also. They take it into their own warehouse and consider it and then tell you the burden, consistently more than they quote however they got you by then since your stuff will be in their own truck.
I looked in their testimonials and it’s horrendous. I bet in some time they’ll be working under a different name and rear doing everything over again since going from the reviews below the title isn’t a value in the event the business is googled.
1 supervisor was Amy, but one was John, I had been that I neglect however, there was 4 million people I spoke to and they had been all the supervisor.
I believe all of relatives from Turkey.
They’re so in mind intentionally attempting to force you to think the things they’re saying but you also are aware that it isn’t correct. They stick to their own narrative to the ending.
Don’t go anywhere close to those men.
Every component of the movement or coping with these men was sleazy.
Tried to include more pics but this website will not allow me.

    Long-distance move from Calgary, AB
Fraudulent at worst, incompetent and deceitful at best

I am a post-secondary pupil, and therefore, typically prefer to perform the fiscally-sound item and take good care of moving in my, once I must take action. I found a couple of businesses, Actual Alberta Moving (RAM) being among them, that recorded price estimates for transferring products which were nearly equal to the expenses of renting a moving truck, and I decided to call them. RAM supplied me a quotation, and advised me about writing and verbally that they thought I’d over 3000lbs of merchandise to proceed after I specifically recorded exactly what things I had moved; I agreed – I had transferred my house earlier in my and understood what my products weighed, roughly. They supplied me a quotation – from writing – which said the cost was to get’all comprehensive service prior to taxation’. The individual at RAM also advised me delivery dates were more adaptable for my needs – and I suggested the dates I had been needing for delivery, also informed this wouldn’t be a issue. Given a very favorable opinion, I left a booking.

    These problems occurred:

    – After the movers showed up, even though all our products being packaged and coordinated to proceed, we had been advised that some needed to be placed into’certain types’ (their words) of both boxes/packing, also since ours weren’t in those’certain types’, they needed to package them for us. An’accepted’ cardboard box to get a TV was recorded at $50, for instance. A’unique’ apparel box has been approximately $30. We had been told our mattress needed to be wrapped in vinyl/plastic, which was even more income. As soon as I called to notify the business of those hidden charges which weren’t recorded on their site nor at our quotation, I had been rudely placed on hold instantly, only to then be informed that it had been’their coverage’ (how is it coverage if it’s not written anywhere?) , which beds (such as ) could be worth a year, so that is the reason why they had to become wrapped – again, nowhere at the cost quote nor to their site does RAM say which sort of packing is needed for one’s products. I’ve moved homes before – I understand how to package, and my products have been in boxes and all that needed disassembly was disassembled.

    – The shipping was sub-contracted to somebody else; our products were taken to some central place in the state we were going to and abandoned there. Finding a record of those folks holding our products was very debatable; call-backs were repeatedly promised, but didn’t happen for more than times. Once I did hear from somebody, I had been told they’d only send to our new house on weekends, maybe not weekdays. I explained the way this wasn’t what was consented to, and the way it did not function as the firm I had been renting my home from needed to be gift and didn’t have a worker who worked tirelessly. I had been advised that there wasn’t any other choice, and that they place many people’s products together for shipping, and might only provide if they had sufficient merchandise to create a run. This wasn’t shown as business policy beforehand.

    – I had been advised that my household products weight over 4200 lbs. As stated previously, I’d discussed my precise possessions with the business ahead of time and had been told that there was no way they’d consider that much. I’ve previously transferred all of my merchandise at a five tonne truck in my, and the truck was not even near complete. Given that I understand exactly what it took to transfer my products before, and also the simple fact that the firm had lied about packaging prices and shipping times, it is possible to see why I discovered this alleged weight difficult to think; should they package several people’s merchandise to a truck for shipping out of their central dispatch from the state I moved on, what evidence is there that they didn’t do the specific same thing when shifting intra-provincially, and are only giving me the entire truck weight along with different people’s products on board too? They couldn’t offer any, and merely said the weight could be signaled on the invoice/weightbill.

Simply speaking, this organization is awful, and I am paying (actually ) for never having done more study beforehand. Their BBB score is dreadful, their Yelp along with other social networking rankings even worse. You’d think a business with such a dreadful reputation may want to do a thing to enhance it, but that I had been stone-walled at each turn.

    Brief version:

    – They whined about their cost quote being’all inclusive’ (exorbitant box/wrapping prices that they do not let you know about).
    – They whined about delivery dates, even insofar as they refused to send when I’d said needing my merchandise.
    – The movers that showed up commented on how comparatively small stuff we had. I recorded beforehand to these, in detail, so exactly what I had transferred, and has been advised that it wouldn’t surpass the 3000 pound quotation; I might possibly see some space for variance, however not more than 1200 pounds values. This leaves me doubtful of these correctly measuring the burden of my merchandise, largely on account of the prior lies I had been told.

Actual Alberta Moving really are deceptive at worst, or even when I had been to be charitable, I’d say that they’re incompetent and deceptive. Stick with transferring your house yourself, since I ought to have and normally do, or search out a better-rated firm.

Should you use this business be ready for Unprofessional employees in all parts of the company from booking agents to ware home staff to the people who manage lost things ( Stolen ) to direction. You’ll be lied to by the moment you reserve.

Be sure your shipping won’t require 6 to 10 business days, it required our 45 business days for ours, many phone calls, a lot of mails etc.. They state they will return to you end of day rather than do.
Each of the men I talked to lie since the need to fill containers and it might take weeks before they’re complete, after 30 business days our stuff was still in Kingston not proceeded not loaded, They’ll blame the shipment warehouse employees. The supervisor will blame everybody in the business for the mistakes they won’t ever take responsibility.
They guaranteed that a discounted rate for the lateness but that to is a scam. In the conclusion I paid more and when they’re all set to deliver this really is if they tell you that they can’t create any reductions. And naturally they have your things so that you pay or they will keep it.
They explained that they fired the man who lent me 6 to 10 business days blaming her for the delay.
When I called back anonymously they again quoted me 6-10 business days.
This can be false representation to receive your buisness.
When our items eventually arrived a sizable piece was lost worth 6000 bucks. Well after this they do not talk to you whatsoever.
They supply you with an email to document your claim and they’ll pay you a pound 60 pennies which should you do the math since they will just pay as much as 25 pounds.
We have been required to undergo our home insurance. 1 final thing the owner resides off coast.

    Excellent service!

I used this business to move my mother out of Vancouver into Airdrie and has been quite happy with their services! Everybody was super polite and professional and nothing has been ruined. I’ve heard horror stories about moving firms but that one was amazing. I’d certainly use them again should I proceed!

    Good company

In case you’ve completed a very long distance transfer ahead, you know how stressful it is, however if you’re thinking about moving with this business I am confident you’ll be happy. My transfer out of Toronto last month moved easily without any harms, which had been my primary concern with my movement, and that I had been impressed with my support from many endings. 5 stars.

    Worst Company Ever

My expertise with RAM was dreadful. When they showed up to pick up our possessions things seemed fantastic. We had been told that a 5-7 day delivery period, which turned into 12 times… causing us to take a day off work in our new tasks to adapt their delivery period.
Several of our things ( dressers, coffee tables, end tables and approximately 10 boxes) were damaged, a few no more usable. We’ve got boxes and bags labelled” very delicate” and” keepsakes” which were absolutely destroyed and piled into our new houses UPSIDE DOWN! They couldn’t obtain the sofa in the front dorr properly causing a massive gap in the walls and hammering lightbulbs rather than cleaning this up. We had a jetski and a golf cart around the truck. When they showed up to our first place to load this up, the moving truck was outfitted with a lift to find the up golf cart. When they sent our belongings, the truck had no elevator. As it came time for them to ditch the golfcart they looked at me as if it had been my difficulty. After attempting to have off the cart for approximately 2.5 hours, then they have very disappointed and drove into a nearby mountain. Afterward , they offloaded another clients mattresses and boxsprings and proceeded to push the golfcart on the mattress. The tires were turning and the cart fully sunk to the mattress and boxspring. I advised them to cease because that has been another men possessions and their specific response was” not our issue, we will need to get going and so are likely to be late”. I was mortified for all those poor clients who’d obtain a ripped up mattress after addressing the anxiety of a transfer. I’ve been attempting to take care of the claims section for 4 weeks now and you believe they reply back to mails? NO. The only response I got was when I asked for a telephone number to call and manage the matter, they answered that they simply deal with claims on the internet. That is great… then cope with it!!
I wouldn’t ever use this business, despite being the cheapest priced firm we discovered…. It might have been worthwhile to pay the excess, nor will I recommend it to anybody who cares about that possessions. People today work hard for their cash to purchase the things they’ve got, and also to get it totally disrespected was so black, and of course many individuals do not have the money to buy new items after a huge move in which the provider destroys their valuables.

Inferior service RAM, you men ought to be ashamed!

Oh and I needed to Pick a beginning to print the inspection, They Ought to have a minus celebrity button…

    Worst moving experience possible

According to other reviews, I had a very similar experience by my from Calgary, Alberta to Regina, Saskatchewan shifting encounter.
Delivery date wasn’t met, the supervisor, John A. shouted at me several times once I asked about expected delivery date and absence of communication, Tracy Boyd always gave me the run around when requesting dates, bulk of my possessions were ruined without a reimbursement or response in the claims sections email supplied, double billed for the stair charge and then verbally abused by the deliverers.
All in all, the business is quite disrespectful and pull you in by coping with Tracy, that appears quite nice at first then averts you once you’ve got a criticism to address together. John raised his voice several occasions at me when I had been hoping to get responses about where my stuff was and when I was planning to get it after being told it was going for a week and did not wind up getting it at precisely the exact same state it had been picked up in. Each of my durable bags, that made it via additional motions perfectly nice, were totally destroyed and subsequently taped up or chucked into larger boxes, a brand new dresser was ruined and falling apart, mirror has been broken and the list continues.
When I was eventually scheduled to receive my possessions delivered, the deliverer declared and yelled at me once I said I already paid for the staircase charge. I ended up paying well within the agreed amount at first.
Obviously, I wouldn’t recommend this company to get a transfer.

    Do not recommend!

Promised 8-10 times delivery! Our shipment was picked up in our home at Ontario on July 21st and we all got it in our new house in Sorrento on August 14th. Our dispatch sat in Richmond for more than a week since they didn’t have a complete load coming to Sorrento BC. When talked to this person in Richmand was advised”It’s the problem not mine!” Unprofessional on every end for managing. Freezers turned upside down, labeling not clear. They billed us $200.00 handling fee for our bike. On both ends the shipping needed us to ride bicycle up and down ramp!!! Incredible damage. Pictures delivered and was advised after the $500 allowance they’d give us $100 after which we were not permitted to provide a poor review! When we reacted it wasn’t acceptable didn’t hear from them. Sent another email and still no reply. So I expect this review may cost them tens of thousands in lost clients. And there are a few boxes missing since I couldn’t make sense of this # system. When I explained that the boxes didn’t match any #,s on the box or things. I had been advised to count the Number of items obtained to the Number of things on the listing. Does not work like that. Now I can not tell that boxes are lost since the #’s do not match. The worst of it all was that on each box we place our new speech on and we still didn’t get all of them! So I expect RAM Transferring that the money you saved by not paying out us is well worth the thousands you hopefully lose to obtain a lousy review???

    Awful delivery and customer service

Was supposed to have a week and a half to send, it took 3 months!! Over $500.00 worth of damage was done and Tracey, among the employees fails to accept my telephone calls. I sent images to their claim section of each of the harm and the email supplied to us does not actually do the job. Thank you for nothing, RAMS! Worst firm EVER.

    Not a Professional Company

I will make this brief. The moving business was quite late picking up without a ETA mobile call. My things needed to be saved and redelivered. There weren’t any”free blanket wrap” utilized in my furniture so that it was really damaged when it came. I had been missing several things and called double while movers were current. I did a few followup emails with damages, photos and overlooking item listing. Additionally, I had another customers items that I sent a photo into reveal. To date still no reply. I needed to Devote a complaint with the BBB.
The pickup was June 30 and shipping was July 2. The image provided is another customers items so if they’re known please contact me.
I needed to click evaluation to post. I’d give zero.
