Raven Movers

Raven Movers was advocated by a trusted colleague. I contaced them 1 1/2 weeks prior to the transfer and has been quoted a cost of $460 for two movers/4 hours. The shifting date and price was supported by telephone and through email. Long story short, then email, they never contacted me again. I emailed them a few times that they did not respond also. I called them two weeks prior to the move to verify the specifics. They affirmed and said somebody would phone the day before. The afternoon before -nobody called. At a fear I spent two hours trying to get to the office with both amounts recorded – the amounts didn’t even dial via, they don’t have any voice mail or answering machine (or some other personnel seemingly ). Finally having attained MacArthur Gardner, the first person I talked with, I had been advised that everything was put. The morning of this transfer I predicted 1 1/2 hours prior to the transfer and was told that the truck could be there between 9 – 9:30am. The truck NEVER showed up. I spent the following two hours desperately attempting t reach them, but nobody picked up. I needed to call around for a second final minute mover (at 95 degree weather). The transfer proved to be a horrible nightmare which led to a greater price and ruined stuff (they utilized a Penske truck & two laborers). Though they never followed up in my booking I remained together since my colleague had cautioned me that they had been’flaky’ however great. Use them at your own danger.
