My home was ruined after they unloaded it a brand-new television screen cracked. They (the company)had me record a claim needed to have a settlement claim notarize and that which shipped it to them.The sum they provided me regarding my harm would not have even covered a brand new television. I’m still awaiting this settlement test.

After the POS moving truck/Semi pulled into my drive. . .two Russian POS drivers from Miami got outside and proceeded to”attempt” & bully me to being further ripped off by saying I needed to give them money orders (on a Sunday at 5 pm ~ BS) they advised me before this – a cashiers check from the lender was okay. I wound up calling 911 to get a Sheriffs answer this is the sole way I could induce them to provide me my possessions!!! F’ing [EDIT]….yes it still pisses me OFF!!!!! I only need a refund back as a result of over-inflated fees ~ it has to be pro-rated predicated on honest cargo values!!! The little quantity of stuff I’d should have cost $5-$6k NOT $12k. ;–LRB-((((

Got a call from Alex saying he will not arrive Friday as scheduled forthcoming Saturday morning rather. Thus Alex and co-worker eventually appear late Saturday afternoon (3:30pm) in a classic semi – Gordon Trucking from Miami, FL. He then tells me he set out an add for help but nobody showed up. He then said to down items stairs to cellar it’d be $150.00 longer – that I said no method so he threatens to depart. I stated I do not think so and advised him to place everything in my own garage. Now I was pissed, so I phoned my sister.

Then after I already verified with him on the telephone before arrival that a cashiers test was acceptable for final payment.

I then give him the tests and he proceeds to inform me that he could only accept cash or money orders.

He keeps telling me that he Can’t accept Cashiers ck no great so this is once I Called 911 Kalkaska sheriff department. (Copy of Report supplied ).

Then the two Russians along with assistance from my neighbors and sister we all unloaded the truck.

Then on Sunday 9/10/17 at about 3:30 pm a mentally challenged guy showed up searching for work?
This was in the add those idiots put out. Could have have been harmful to me.

You do not need deal with this folks. Only DON’T. LISTEN! JUST DON’T. PROTECT YOUR SELF! This men originally quoted 10,000 and advised me it’ll be $16,000 once they loaded the bundle and then billed 1,000 longer whenever the bundle succeeds. I had been moving out of Michigan into NC. The movers showed up and informed me it was just like double then that which I had been quoted from the salesman. They had been moving me from a storage device to my new residence.
I had been told that they would unload and put up my things upon arrival.
I was also told that I wouldn’t need to pay a shipping fee when it needed to be in storage for a couple of days.
Well, when they obtained toy place it had been raining. They tried charging me a very long haul fee stating they couldn’t back to my driveway. Mind you, this really type of an access street at which a mobile home was taken you. Afterward , they said well in the event that you’re able to get your neighbor to consent to some damages for their trees or yard that they can get it done, I did. Then, they unpacked their truck and set everything from the rain before bringing it in, getting furniture and boxes muddy.

From the beginning, I had been lied to from the salesman. They weren’t the lowest quote, but since he promised that my things could just be managed after by precisely the exact same team, load and load, I moved together.

I hired Public Moving and Storage located in Charlotte,NC with DOT# 2955650 once I dropped my home in New York into a lender foreclosure. I have two kids with disabilities and not one of my family live in New York. I had to proceed to St Louis, Missouri in which my loved ones live.I contracted with Public Moving and Storage,based outside of North Carolina, on June 19. I’d been confident they would manage everything for my households transferring other then our private products. I asked a few times if there weren’t any additional hidden fees because I’m a single mom on a strict budget, was advised that this was my complete, subsequently paid a deposit of $1,840 by charge card on June 19. 2017. I had been scheduled to proceed June 30, 2017. The day of the transfer Public Transferring called saying that they had over booked and inquired if I’d alter days to Saturday July 1 in exchange for a $200 reduction in my own rate. Whenever the movers came, in a leased Company moving truck, then they began adding to the sum due. When I called the company I had been told because it was Saturday nobody can help me. I attempted to cancel but they’d my residue that they’d keep if I pinpointed. I saw that the minimum they’d proceed was 600 cubic feet and also requested to be reduced to this sum. They refused. We depended for them transferring 1000 cubic feet with no extra’s, such as mattress bags and tv packaging. I was advised they needed money payment for half of the rest $1,445, which I paid. They shot 4 dressers full of light, delicate items, which were significant to us like pictures and things my kids had made because we had been told we can leave light, delicate items in dresser drawers. They took a clothes washer, dryer, dishwasher plus a free standing freezer and 16 boxes stuffed with my kids and my possessions. They had been to maintain these for 60 days then send. I began calling in the end of August to receive a date for shipping but had been advised that they had between 4 and 21 business days to provide products. I predicted every week attempting to receive my possessions. The frequently would place me on hold for lengthy intervals, once for one hour and a half, then disconnect my telephone or send me directly into voice mail. I had been told on October 18 my possessions were being loaded and could require 7 to 10 business days for shipping. I was to expect a telephone giving me detect a couple of days prior to shipping. I really need our possessions. It’s becoming cold and our winter clothing are in these boxes. We want our appliances and dressers, they feature memories I can’t replace. Please help if you’re able to.

This really is a scam firm I️ had been told in June if we transferred from Texas to Colorado that it would be 2-4 times and that the cost would be a certain sum. They held my things hostage for two weeks and the cost tripled. The Russian motorist was rude and humiliated me because I️ had been lonely. Run away from the business!!! Do NOT employ them!!! I hired the Public Moving Organization situated in 7706 Waterford Square Dr Unit 1221, Charlotte, NC 28226. The project was supposed to transfer all of my families item from Leland, NC into Oklahoma City. They came to my home on August 15, 2017 and after loading my stuff at a truck that they charge me more because they stated that I surpassed the amount estimated. On October 11, 2017 agents of Public Moving Business arrived at a truck using”all of” my homes stuff. They did not need to begin uploading till I provide them the rest of the payment at a money purchase. Initially, they needed the money requests on clean and I advised them that I will not offer a clean money order. After a few minutes, back and forth and multiples calls for Public moving, then they accepted the cash orders filled. The provider just sent two people to manage and build their furniture. They did not assemble all of the furniture (I paid to get a complete package and unpackage support ) and they had been lost on the best way best to build. Secondly most of these furniture came with scrapes, bumps and also bankrupt. After uploading what they want that I sign the documents and that I complained that they did not bring all of my things. They stated that they simply picked the truck up to provide. I predicted Public Moving company and they stated that the others things will arrive in 2, no longer than three times. Three weeks passed and because Friday 10-21-2017 only call me back to explain to me when my things will come. I phoned today daily since then and the dispatcher explained that they don’t have my things in the program and did not understand when my things will probably com. I asked for a manager and she explained that she did not possess one. I phoned customer support and said that they don’t possess any boss I can speak to. I still phoning and now they prevented my calls and also the last time that they even mentioned that they don’t possess my things. The price of all of my missed things are about $20,000.00. They stole my family things and since they mix interstate lines I whined with the FBI but still no reply. .

We sold our home and had a fast move of 3 months. After our contract has been signed on July 24, 2017 and our$2,210 deposit has been made they wouldn’t return emails or calls. On the 3rd day, July 27th we cancelled the movement together. After we rescinded our contract, we received an email that offered a higher cost for the services that they had guaranteed, a live load and door to door shipping. This was very important because we’d told them we’ve got a 25 year old with acute pneumonia and it’s quite hard if we don’t have a live load using instant shipping.
We had been advised not an issue in any way. Linda in PMS said they completely know and because they have their own trucks and drivers (both lies) it would be quite simple to move in 1 day.

Placed on hold, no constant dialog, no supervisors, just cover it or leave I, and in money! . We abandoned it. Rented a truck and hired temp workers. This company talks a fantastic match, but is disengenious in the get -go. Don’t trust your things to them. This isn’t a legit organization. They’re untouchable since it’s interstate and incredibly perplexing to follow. Whenever you’re moving, you’re their vulnerable goal. 60 Minutes must research. Read the decent reviews attentively, they do not addup.

My stuff got picked up from CA to be transferred to NC on May 21st. Following a first quote of $3385.00 for your transfer (without visual review ) with complete pack services. On the afternoon of transfer, the estimate was revised to $4400 (30 percent more than mentioned ). How can someone assume to think that their estimates!!
Obtaining a date for shipment is like pulling teeth. You call their customer support numbers and nobody picks up or you wait around for atleast 30 minutes. I had been told that a date and informed I’ll hear back from motorist that I did not for the subsequent two days. On hitting the dispatch section, I had been told that they didn’t load my things on the truck since it got stuffed up. So, who’s suppose to notify me of any modifications?
On delivery, a dining seat came broken. A wardrobe box has been lost. A claim was filed two weeks back and haven’t heard back.
In general, felt cheated at pick-up with the rise on quote and very upset with all the client support and dispatch sections on being impolite and un-reachable.

We moved out of NY to AZ, and if you wish to find a quote there’s a”very very” nice sales representative who’s constantly available, he even takes”his job residence” and requires me million times every day.
However, the minute that you pay that is it! He’s not available anymore…
So if the gays came into pic up our things and attempted to take more cash he couldn’t help me anymore.
I needed to telephone their costumer support and wait 40 minutes before somebody even replied. I then told her that I’m not paying more for all sort of [EDIT] like space to the lift and much more wrap cloth before they even started!!! (the lift is at a 10 steps off!)
So just after me and my husband endanger her with complains and have been decided not to cover more they abandon us and begin doing their job.
We are just about to proceed in 4 times and still no one called me. I attempted to call them two weeks before, after 50 minutes of waiting the woman states that we’re nice and the delivery is going to be on the 10th and worst case we’ll get it a day of 2 later. Now I called again since obviously no one called me (yet another 45 minute ) and today she says that they will just begin the transport on the 10th and it may be 7-10 times!!!!!
As soon as I told her the story and how mad I am she kept saying”its on your contract”. As soon as I asked to talk with her boss she sad that he isn’t there…
So today I do not have some furnitures for a minimum of two weeks.

We used the business to move from Kentucky to California. Our items have been picked up on August 3rd. Now is Sept 5 and now people dont actually have a shipping date. They dont actually have a quote on when our items may come. The customer support person keep stating that they have 30 business occasions each the contract…

Very poor support. Requires 15 mins to find someone about the phone.Expensive too. Why pay cash to individuals who don’t have any regard or dedication to clients. Don’t recommend in any way.

The worst – Their favorable reviews on Yelp (among the things which induced me to select them) has to be imitation. Each step along the process was debilitating: movers showed up 9 hours late after giving me 0 notice and inducing me to eliminate work unnecessarily. Subsequently the movers said that they would not take my things unless I paid them to get a charge which I expressly negotiated to be liberated (and explained was free about the moving quotation ).

But on the opposite end of matters, I don’t have any idea when my cargo is going to be sent. I am a few days prior to the conclusion of my private window, and every time that I attempt to phone customer support, it requires 40+ minutes to talk to somebody, the exact same individual tells me she will call me back later in the afternoon when sending comes from, and then she never calls me back (Sabrina). If they really do email mepersonally, it is a generic message stating they’ve no upgrade, remain waiting. I am going on holiday at a little more than 2 weeks and don’t have any idea whether I will get my things before I am unavailable to get delivery for 3 months.

This is literally starting to change my job productivity since I need to phone and be on hold for one hour at the very least two or three times each week with no improvement.

This provider is awful and that I would not even advise my worst enemy to utilize them. From choosing up to receiving our items it has turned into a nightmare. Both men showed up to pick up everything and package the large products. However just 1 man did all of the work while the other vanished. They didn’t require an unloaded shotgun although it clearly says that it ought to have been accepted. We called the customer support and we’re supposed to be paid for the expense to send it. Still nothing.

They delivered 4 times late. I called regular asking where my items were and on the 4th day that they stated the motorist was attempting to get me… hard to think that was the situation without any missed calls or voicemails. The motorist cussed out me on the telephone and refused to send our things to our flat. We needed to lease a Penske truck and continue in by ourselves, which is fantastic since I paid not to take action myself.

After they began packaging they stated we had far more things and it was likely to be much more than twice the initial estimate. We told them, no and to package as many cubic feet as we’d anticipated for. They were quite unhelpful. Obviously as it was so late, their workplaces were shut so we couldn’t call. Following our stuff had been on the truck that they had us sign a contract. It was midnight, dim, our material was already on the vehicle. We had been guaranteed 1-3 day shipping. It’s been 16 days. We haven’t obtained our possessions. They won’t tell us where they are or when they’ll be delivered. They promise to return calls and don’t. They simply say they’re nevertheless in their lawful window. According to the fine print on the contract that’s 30 days. Who’d cover $7,000 to get your items delivered a month after. I had been given a quote of 5600; I asked the sales man, Tommy Lee, 3 days when he was convinced the stock was right and also emailed him a different organization’s estimate. He said the other firm was placing a top weight and wouldn’t refund the difference and that Public Moving Services, didn’t do things like this. After all of our possessions were loaded in the vehicle, the individual in control of the loading displays up with fresh paperwork and informs us that our cubic feet was far higher than anticipated and also we owe an extra $7000. A total of 12600. After our possessions left our home, we needed to cable 1/2 of their cash. We were informed we needed to do this to ensure that our shipping was on time. This dialog has been with Angela. After 3 months, we had been provided a shipping date to a Thursday day, for the following day, Friday. They didn’t appear, nobody would answer the telephones. Ultimately 6 days after we could find a person on the telephone and receive our things delivered two days after. We needed to cover the balance in money before they’d unload the back. We also had been missing things and’d broken things.

Our items were picked up on 6/21/17 and we haven’t seen our things yet 8/24/2017. They don’t return emails and calls. You wait around for a lengthy time on the telephone and sometime you do not even have to speak to a person. We’ve informed them that our kid’s gear is on board and that we want it whenever possible. They didn’t care. They advised us they can’t locate the driver. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I really don’t understand where or how I should begin. Alex, the sales man, is fraud, unethical and just send sweet words until you cover 25% progress payment. At that moment, you do not have to leave a voice message to achieve him, once he admits that you’re a possible client, he’ll call you back when he sees your amount.
Their first estimate is simply to tempt you to conduct business with you. The genuine horrible scenes begin only 1 day prior to your furniture pick-up date. You mean to tell me more than a month has passed and our stuff has not even left the tri-state location? LOL what a joke. Once they picked up our stuff that they inserted that an extra $1000 in charges that god knows where it came out. So here we are. . Sitting at a vacant property. I have not got experience with this business but my dad has. He transferred over 10 occasions in last 7 decades. Complete DISASTER!!!
I utilized Public moving solutions to move all of my household things. A team of 3 arrived in business rental truck on 06/25/17 to pickup my things out of Texas. They utilized a 3rd party to transport all of my family stuff. My things were transferred on a passenger van with just 1 individual (driver). He arrived at 9.30 pm on 07/12/2017 to provide. My queen and king mattress were shrink wrapped and they both were ripped and contains tire marks on either side.
During delivery, the driver didn’t need to build my mattress (both queen and king ) and failed to take my mattresses (queen and king ) into the bedroom too. He abandoned everything in the living room. He advised its already 12.10 am and’m tired and I won’t build the beds or take the mattress into the bedrooms. In addition, he didn’t bring my sofa inside my flat and he advised he can’t take all of it by himself. When provided help, he advised I’m already tired and can’t move it and left my sofa in the corridor of my apartment building.
When I phoned the claims section of Public moving solutions, it had been answered by a customer support and they do not wish to fix the matter. She (customer support ) was quite rude in reacting and explained that asserts will contact you and you don’t have any way to get hold of them.

Our family was going out of San Antonio,TX to New Haven, CT.. The client representative (Nick) was constantly available and offered at a reasonable cost of $4,200 for the 4 bedroom house. At the two days leading up to the movement, we obtained many followup emails/calls confirming the movement time and date, such as a status update from the driver/mover in his specific time of birth.

What was about us was if the movers came, we seemingly went over the quantity of distance and was requested to pay an additional $500!!! Fortunately, after a few debating and demonstrating that the signed quotation, the movers were eager to give us the first agreed upon sum.

The employees themselves were quite professional and took intense delicate care of our things during the transfer (everything was thoroughly wrapped and cushioned.)
