Provident Moving

This is actually the worst moving company I’ve ever utilized. I had been quoted $435.00 to get a transfer 2 miles off with no appliances and just 7 boxes.  I advised them exacetly exactly what I had and that they gave me a quotation.  She informed me that there is not any traveling period, but once they got there they said they charge another hour for traveling back.  They also explained that they charge for packaging materials.  I had no choice that I needed to proceed daily.  They wrapped everything, I was fortunate that they did not wrap me.  Even things which didn’t need wrap.  After we got to the new home I was told that the fee will be $980.00.  When I called the principal office I had been told I’d more and that the additional was that the stuff. I had been told that I had a masonry talbe I did not inform them about, the dining table would be 12 inches by 6 inches!!!!! What a rip off, so they would not unload before I gave them the money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED

This firm went above and beyond to assist me out. They reserved my move last second and so were quite sympathetic to my position. The men are extremely meticulous and therefore is all of the staff. They handeled a complex position very professionally and I am quite thankfull to them for that.
