Overall scam. They contacted me once I received a quotation inquiring when I wanted something transferred. I had been at dinner and did not have my notes on who I chose, but it WASN’T this provider. I delivered the $149, but recognized another day that this is not the ideal firm. Can not give me a refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Don’t USE!!!
They claim they’re ProMover licensed and Thumbtack”Finest of 2016″, but aren’t on some of their websites.

I chased my move a few times because of my hectic work schedule. When I eventually proceeded, these men came through big time and really did a fantastic job without breaking up any of my things. It was very last minute and that I was amazed they could match me on short notice. You will find punctual and incredibly hard working. Thank you guys for your support and I’ll let my colleagues know about your business.

Booked a move for this organization and foolishly paid a deposit of $165 before assessing to get their exceptionally poor online testimonials. Called company to request a refund within hours of sending it, but of course they denied saying all of the negative reviews were for ProStar Transferring – Texas places. On account of their unwillingness to collaborate, I filed a dispute with Paypal. Therefore the deposit has been hauled from them, pending Paypal’s choice. Attempted to solve again straight with ProStar Transferring (DC place ) but was advised by their representative that they will neither offer moving services, nor issue a refund since a dispute was registered with Paypal. ProStar Transferring – DC place, sent text messages threatening to participate in fraudulent activities so as to convince Paypal to release the deposit to them.

Paypal eventually introduced the capital because of their coverage on subjective service things (not insured under customer defense ). Contacted business again and talked with yet a different representative (same number/DC place ), to request a refund, being they weren’t likely to offer the support where a deposit has been paid. Representative informed that I had been calling the wrong company along with a deposit wasn’t obtained from Paypal, then hung me up. Paypal confirmed their launch of their capital into ProStar Transferring (funds were shipped via connection offered by the business ).

DO NOT ENGAGE at any type of business with this business, even when they cost $0.50 for 6 hours of proceeding! They’re unprofessional, dishonest and totally unethical.

I utilized ProStar Moving business on Saturday, April 6, 2018. Please take a look at this message. Let me first begin by saying something positive. The movers were very wonderful. But they had been the slowest moving team I have ever experienced in my entire life, and I think that it had been done on purpose. I have used Prostar moving business previously. They really moved me to the flat that they just moved me from two decades back. But this encounter was completely different compared to the first. The very first time I used them,they had been fast and efficient. It took them three hours to move me from a 1 bedroom flat, and that I did not even have living room furniture. I’d given my living space furniture off before the movement believing that it would reduce the time for transferring. Waste of time. I really don’t recall the men titles, but I shall explain them. It was a youthful, slender, black man, and a white man using mid neck length hair and a eye patch who assisted me to proceed. In case you choose to still select Prostar, phone the company and ask different movers should you find them coming. But the largest things that the movers had to move in my house was a washer/dryer along with a bedroom collection. I really assisted by taking down boxes to my car and satisfying my car into power so that it would ease the employees from needing extra boxes to maneuver. It did not help! Among the movers could move things such as my ironing board. I could find the ironing board. They simply simply wasted time. In addition they appear to speak more than they functioned. It felt like they had been carrying mini breaks each time they’d move a product. It was very irritating and I would not recommend anyone utilizing this business if you don’t would like to get scammed out of your cash because they cost $100 per hour. It was very disappointing that time and that I believed Prostar were a bit more respectful with the way they conducted their company!

This is definitely the toughest and scandalous movement I’ve ever encountered. They had been to pack my items and they attracted a little u-haul, 3 boxes and no resources to take apart my mattress. They ruined furniture and it took them 7 hours even though I did have 90 percent of the things in boxes. I live in PA and the guys were shipped out of MD.. They say I owe them extra money 1 yr following the transfer and they will not give me their mailing address to send a cashier’s check. They would like to send a person to pick it up tomorrow evening? My lawyer called yesterday and he’s got a letter to send with the test. Do not use these individuals from Maryland!
