Pro Moving

We had been awarded a hourly rate of 90$ an hour and two movers and a single motorist.  The movers said that they can move our little studio flat that was less than 20′ in the elevator  and unload it into our first floor flat 20 minutes off in 3 weeks.  The driver vanished for the initial two hours so one of us needed to remain with the truck in the loading dock to see our belongings.  The movers ended up taking 9 hours.  They had been transferring one box at one time in the studio into the truck. We advised them to fully load the lift and utilize their hands truck to be more efficient nevertheless they didn’t know English. We also advised them for tape and additional plastic wrap to utilize our equipment, and they still charged us for this.  We phoned the company right to let them know about the situation and also the driver eventually reappeared, and rather than moving boxes out of the flat, the three of these were rearranging the truck.  My husband and I finished up on our own to move the remaining boxes downstairs so that we can make it on time into another flat where we were restricted with instances that we can unload the truck.  They showed us the invoice in the new flat and it had been four times the sum where they consented.  They also charged us one hour of overtime in addition to the normal time.  We advised them to not unload the truck and that we’d do it our ego and they secured the truck and informed us we can’t get our things unless we signed the contract and gave them a charge card.  I wouldn’t sign properly so that they negotiated it down 1/4 of this fee.  I figured we can fight it later with our credit card business but in the long run they won since we signed in hurry to receive our stuff of this truck at the restricted unloading time we had from the unloading area.  Transferring was stressful enough, but that made it on the top.  I wouldn’t trust this company.Their telephone number is 1866-500-6016 and 703-249-9181, 301 258-7639 facsimile to make positive that this is exactly the identical business.  Net www.promoving.info
