These folks told me that my items had came in NY and that we they could be sent to my home in 5 times. Then the next week that they gave me 48 hours notice that my items will be sent. I verified together but they didn’t answer. I printed them and they essentially told me that I was dumb to assume that it would be sent because they hadn’t confirmed. Then I gave them a particular time and date for shipping and they also didn’t affirm. I wrote again asking if my send will be produced and still not answer.

So imagine my shock if they invoiced me 270 for 3 months of storage to get my merchandise at their own facilities, and mentioned on the bill that my merchandise won’t be delivered unless I cover up!!!

Presently, my dispatch remains on hold, I have no idea why, the receiving agent has no idea why, and Prisma hasn’t contacted me personally to make me conscious of this situation.This continuing saga using Prisma keeps getting worse and worse.   I’ve tried calling them for 3 times, either by email and telephone.   They have not returned one communicating.   I’ve found out of the receiving broker from the UK which Prisma has communicated together, although not around my cargo.
