I wholeheartedly plus they picked up July 6th, was advised 21 business days however they never set a date of shipping in my announcement of Lading. Following 21 business days ago, I phoned and was told that my things was put in storage in NJ by error. My announcement of Lad gets the storage device address where I purchased the exact same day as shipping. After many efforts to call/email/ nobody could yield any of my calls. Its not Aug 25th and still do not have some of my items. I disputed my charge card fee and then was advised they’re maintaining my things till it’s paid and that I paid with both credit and check card. Please avoid at all price.

I hired Premium Moving Service to package and send my apt possessions from Cambridge, MA to San Francisco, CA on June 9, 2018. Through the procedure, the business has just reacted to my heaps of calls, voicemails, and mails just 3 times. I’ve called nearly daily for the previous 3 months, and only once has a person picked up the telephone. Though my first available date was June 25, the contract says that I must get my things in just a 21 company day window. The business has provided me a few unsuccessful ETAs. On July 3, I also phoned my principal point of contact that stated that my truck ought to be leaving the next week and that I probably would not need to wait for the whole 21 day window to my own possessions, but that she would give me a quote by Tuesday. The next week, I tried to cal/email daily, without a reply. On July 13, I eventually called my trucker motorist (who packaged my poles ) who stated that my principal point of contact had been on holiday (without a OOO message), which my items were still in storage from NJ. The next week, I got a grip of my principal point of contact that stated that my truck ought to be departing by July 18. The next week, I tried phoning again with no reply. Now , I eventually got a grip of my automobile driver again who stated that my possessions remain in storage and will not quit until August 3-5. It’s now beyond the 21 company day pub, my possessions remain in storage in NJ, have NOT abandoned the centre en route to California, also will not be coming for at least another fourteen days.
