I’m reporting this business into the better business bureau.

I eventually got an email saying the truck broke down and they had been hoping to find another. After this email, I got no additional communication from them along with also my mum’s movement didn’t occur. I would like my mum cash back of $365.00 which had been paid to reserve the transfer since they broke the deal rather than showing up and that I needed to seek out other movers to transfer my mother matters from Chicago to New Jersey until we flew out to that next Tuesday. To say the very least, this wasn’t a fantastic week and the inadequate service that they provided is some thing to be wanted. I won’t ever recommend this company to anybody.

This business is a farce. The employees showed up late, ate our meals, stole my spouse’s credit card, and took a dump in one of the toilet’s and did not flush it.
