    STAY AWAY

    UPDATE:
STAY AWAY!!! They’re the WORST particularly with customer support! Now I called to confirm the status of my claim out of four weeks ago about my ruined furniture and flooring (since nobody had called to upgrade me) and had been advised that since I picked from insurance, my claim does not matter. Then I said”so because I opted from insurance, that provides you the best to deal with my items like crap? That is not appropriate” and the answer that I got back was”yup, is there anything else that I could do to you?” What a terrible, unprofessional company!! I understand the cost is cheap but not worth it whatsoever. DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

This company was recommended to me and following my experience, I won’t ever use them again. I was quoted $250 for the minimum quantity of furniture that was adequate so I moved with it. I was also told that they would be arriving sometime between 7-9am and that they would call when they had been on the road. They showed up in 8:55 without a heads upward or phonecall. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and determined that it was not a massive thing. When they showed up, I advised them to be extra cautious with my television stand as a part of it had been broken from the trunk. As I am seeing the movers accept my things, they weren’t being cautious in any way. As a paying client, I expect them to deal with my things like their very own which was not true. Anyway, they shot the television stand and as they turned into the corner, the leg broke off because they weren’t attentive and turned the corner too fast (that was irrelevant to the part which was already broken — completely different place ). I know that mistakes happen, but what bothered me was that their answer. When I asked what they were going to do regarding the television stand that they broke, the answer was”well it was cheap anyhow” and of course it had been blamed on me because I picked out of getting it wrapped ahead. They stated there was nothing they can do about it and might too throw it out. I am sorry, what?!? If they had been at least a small apologetic, I would be much more understanding. However, no apology, rather it had been my fault not to mention the explanation”it was already broken” was utilized. Then, the man offered to wrap my own sofas free of cost, and so I took him up on it. I’d scheduled a 2 hour window and has been advised that any excess hour could be $135 (per hour). I didn’t think wrap sofas would take long however they spent 20 minutes doing this. I had a sense that they had been taking their time to expand the window and get compensated more so that I spoke up and explained I didn’t wish to cover the time and wanted the sofas loaded ASAP. Side note – that the”covers” for the sofas were dirtier than my real couches! Covered in dirt, leaves, and stains. I would have been better off just placing them as is from the trunk. In addition to that, they weren’t cautious with my furniture in any way. When we got into my new location, I discovered half of my furniture has been scraped. My new location had brand new hardwood flooring so I advised them to please be cautious because I’d get billed for scratches. So what exactly do they do? Drag my furniture around until I stopped them. I am an understanding person and generally not one to whine, but when those folks had only treated me as a paying client and cared for my things in regard, I’d have been more picky. Rather, I felt like they wanted to find the work done without being cautious. Perhaps I had been treated like this since I seem much younger than I am, but regardless, there’s no explanation. I’d have loved to give them a larger tip but sadly I could not warrant over an additional $20. I believe that they would have a lot more clients if they handled their client’s furniture as though it had been their own, AND treated clients with respect. I had been frustrated and I won’t be using this shifting service again. Takeaway: today I need to spend $300 on a new television stand. You would be better off having a more costly moving business or simply having friends assist you instead of utilizing this business. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for!

    Horrible Company!

Cost is not what to think about since I quickly discovered when deciding a plumber. As I worked with the neighborhood I had been moving into pinpointing the specific time I would have access to this device, I tried to maintain their secretary Ellein at the loop and underwent a terrific deal of non-communication, also had been given days to phone back and no one replied. Finally I had been taught to call back Friday at 5:30 and a person would match me and take my residue – I talked with Pete whom in the stage said he’d phone me back and again I had been ghosted!! The afternoon of my movement after registering the contract and believe it had been in yesteryear, Pete himself phoned within my pickup window also said he did not enjoy the phone calls and also the extensive follow up and stated my company wasn’t welcome cancelling my movement prior to cutting the conversation short and hanging out! This was all a new experience for me personally and I invite those searching for movers to become attentive and total on your hunt, it is reasonable to say there are lots more professional movers on the market than Pete’s Ultimate Movers and now I wouldn’t suggest them to anybody!

Stay away from this scam company led by kingpin Peter Suffrena!

Do not employ Pete’s Ultimate Movers unless you would like to spend tens of thousands of bucks on figuring out ways to get conned or scam other men and women.

The oddest part is that the proprietor Petersonn Suffrena Sr. (Pete Suffrena) concocts that his ploy from the start of the sales cycle. He is determined by their pricing and services for you to devote, and then he upcharges you about the day of their movement with arbitrary things and changes the conditions.

He even lies in person and says he’s not Pete and contains another name. C’mon bro… that will be the 21st century. Try out something new. I have got all of your photos and documents pulled up on the Internet.

Pete Suffrena is really a intelligent guy however. Scammers are inclined to be extremely intelligent. Why else could I fall for this suggestion? He attempts to record everything through email and text, and sends each customers a contract to signal up front.

I do not even know where to start with this deceptive company that functions as”movers.”

To begin with, the business altered the scheduled proceeding day in my experience. They weren’t flexible in any way. I had to scramble like mad to adapt them. They have been extremely pushy through text and also on the telephone. See attached photograph. A pal of mine that hired Pete’s Ultimate Transferring told me proprietor Pete Suffrena really hopes that you can not create the new day in order that they can bill you the deposit without even doing any job.

I paid those men for half a day. Instead, they slacked off in their truck while my mother-in-law and that I did the packaging and thick work.

In addition to this, among the employees took a dreadful [EDIT] within our toilet, and it stunk up our whole flat. He did not bother to flush the toilet. My mother-in-law nearly passed out due to the foul odor. I attempted to have an image of his garbage, but I could not open my eyes as the odor was so awful. I needed to flush the toilet instantly. The oddest part is that, because we had been going, all of the cleaning materials and air fresheners were filled and gone. This was really a [EDIT] moving adventure!

Afterward, Pete’s Ultimate Movers along with also their head honcho Peter Suffrena showed up 15 minutes late on the destination since they chose the wrong path.

They assured me they would unpack, build and reassemble what we had in boxes (like new ones who hadn’t been opened), and virtually do anything moving or unpacking related throughout the six hours they kept them.

Rather , they refused to operate, did a dreadful job reassembling among those beds, joked about in their own speech (I believe Haitian Creole – that I understand French and may comprehend a few sentences of these making fun of my mother-in-law and spouse ), opened up our brand new furniture and also spread it all over our living space without building it, and also the worst part: that they gently got in their huge truck, and drove away 1 1/2 hours early without a notice or something. They did not say they had been done. They did not thank us. They snuck from our house and scrammed – or if I say defrauded? They shot approximately $200 in additional CASH out of us.

‘d Pete Suffrena become a guy, he would have left me sign something or asked for some comments prior to leaving. He’d been honest and stated he wished to depart early, so that he would have given me back some money. I am excited about reporting him and his firm to my friends at City Hall along with Hillsborough County.

I chased Pete Suffrena because of his business savvy. He is good… really good.

I urge any customers of Pete’s Ultimate Movers take videos and pictures of the team while they are”working.” Record your telephone conversations together, and display capture their own texts.

Buyer beware! There are so many better and more economical moving companies on the market. Pete’s Ultimate Movers isn’t among these.

My hard earned cash is lost forever!

    Prompt and accomodating

I am not certain why Pete’s Ultimate Movers has some negative reviews. I can not say anything apart from great things about the business. About a month prior to my moving day I’d setup and paid a deposit into a different moving firm (ATCR Movers). Within my moving day, 20 min. Prior to the scheduled time that I got and email in the business canceling. Yes, I mentioned 20 (twenty) minutes earlier. They never answer the telephone or answered my messages. Fortunately, my spouse and I have a business and possess a couple of trailers. So we chose to attempt to do as much as possible ourselves. In the close of the day we had been prepared to perish. The following day, Sunday Labor Day weekend in 7 a.m we chose to attempt and seek the services of a different corporation. I sent messages to 15 businesses I discovered online. Some contacted me the exact same day. The majority of them weren’t eager to get it done soon enough. 2 firms told me that they can do it next day, but charging me an insane amount additional. Extra fee for following day and yet another one because of the vacation. Subsequently Pete, from Pete’s Ultimate Movers contacted me. He had been prepared to get it done the exact same day. No additional charges. They got to my home in the exact same time (such as 4 hrs after the first txt). Pete review with me the price tag, the exact same special that has been promoted (I think $600, or something like this ). In addition, he told me when we went across the 5 hrs, every excess hr could be X level (again I am not 100% convinced, but I believe it was about 100) Instantly, he gave me advice on things I could do so as to accelerate the procedure and attempt to remain inside the 5 hrs, for me to save a little money. They did not dragged their feet hoping to waste time. My home was a two story home, 5 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 4 ), two living rooms (1 on the first floor and 1 on the next floor), along with workplace plus a 6 person jacuzzi. My husband and I had transferred most things from the first floor, but nothing in the next floor. The men work hard, quickly but super closely with they wooden flooring, walls and furniture. Our new home is 1hr away from the former home. We ended up having to cover just 2 additional hours. Along with it, they had been super considerate and pleasant for my 10 and 8 year old kids. Nothing was scraped, or overlooked handled. I expect to not maneuver in many, many decades. However, if I do this, I’d call them again. I have already recommended them to among my buddies who’ll be moving in a month or two.
    Kuddos to you Pete!

    Professional moving company

Because of our hectic business programs, we’re not able to transfer our own things on routine basis. Because of this, our house became really cluttered. When we began to search for a professional moving company assistance , we came across several moving service suppliers but they had quite less track listing and were pricey. Our close friend advocated about Pete’s Ultimate Movers Service. After we contacted them, they reacted to my inquiries promptly and clarified about their moving solutions.
They came on time with all the mandatory moving equipment and began the moving procedure efficiently. To our surprise, they finished all of the moving jobs at period and beyond our expectation. They also billed very less due to their remarkable moving support.

    NEVER use this company!

I’ve moved heaps times in my career and also these con artists are undoubtedly the WORST at the company. Do NOT think if they inform you that the cost they quoted is that the last cost. They’ll lie to you once you book the appointment and inform you that they have professional movers that will wrap and protect your furniture, disassemble and reassemble you furniture in your destination, etc.. In fact , they ship a few people they probably hired off Craigslist with very little if any experience. You’ll be advised that you will be billed by the hour after a particular period — and believe me, they WILL go over the time allotted, so be ready for about $100 per hour. Wrapping your furniture is additional. They’ll wrap it with what amounts to tacky saran wrap and toss filthy blankets in addition to tie and that it will some kind of twine. I felt as though I ought to have been moving together with the Clampetts! A neighborhood move no longer than 47 mph way cost me $800 — and that I have a 1 BR apt., which I packed myself. These folks are liars, con artists and cheats. Run, don t walk, far and fast to another more reputable institution. I’m still attempting to get them to refund me for a broken mattress (forget about the broken lamp and scraped seat, I only wish to never sleeping on a mattress on the ground ). I’ve gone into their offices, I’ve threatened litigation, you name it. Hate to waste time submitting a lawsuit, but might need to. Already registered a complaint with the BBB. I could go on, however, don’t hesitate to email me to the entire story. The main point is only don t use these morons in case you like your money, your time, along with your furniture.  I’ve filed an official complaint with the local consumer protection agency, which is presently recording everything I have told them, and together with the BBB.  I understand that it is time consuming and will finally not replace all I have dropped, but when it saves anybody else from such a disasterous and costly move, it is going to be well worth it.  My expectation is that the country will revoke their permit and shut them down permanently!

    Never again!

Awful! A nightmare!   Where do I begin? Company provided free walk-through that I asked but they never scheduled. I spoke boxes as unidentified because I’d just begun packing and supplied them rather with all the square footage and design of this flat. The truck that they attracted was too little, the movers shipped believed there were not any boxes. Could not complete that day because truck was stuffed.   What was projected as a four hour movement has been 11 hours the first day and 3 the moment. The next group came about an hour late for that which was for a two hour movement.   The next group maintained missing things I had been pointing out so that I simply startted catching them and placing them in my vehicle. The finish was 4x the quote. And many things broken. The priciest being a 1 year-old marble top table. The very first day crew maintained having boxes drop off the dolly because they attempted to rush the afterwards it turned into.   Like I began opening boxes I discovered broken Lenox vases, glass trays,etc.. What a tragedy! However, they did dismiss one hour to the time that they have stuck on the street. . .small relaxation.   And today I have had to Complete forms to Attempt to get a few of those pieces replaced.   The Lenox vases I’d accumulated over decades and not simple to discover. The dining table will be very costly to replace.   I just submitted the tables since I knew they’d give me troubles, which they did and still have not resolthis this.
