DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Please be aware that Metro Van Lines also disguises themselves as Personal Touch Movers along with Best Time Programs. I received quotations from both businesses and did not understand that they have been one and the exact same and that both signify Metro Van Lines.

I recently used this organization and was completely tricked by Metro Van Lines. I obtained a minimal quote ($383) and my whole bill came about $1,700. Regrettably, I had been out of town helping my father at the hospital in the afternoon of the movement so that my husband managed the problem by himself although I left the arrangements and also the bill was on my credit card.

My husband struck a scenario once the firm refused to send our belongings (that was already loaded to the truck) till he’d signed the revised quote that was 5 times larger than the quote I’d received. We did not think to call the authorities (as other people have seemingly completed with Metro Van Lines previously ) if they stored our things hostage and threatened to set them in storage and then charge us when he did not sign the revised quote. In retrospect, I really wish we’d predicted this particular police.

Now, I am disputing the charge with my credit card business. Obviously , I feel totally victimized by this circumstance and am thinking of a law suit. Meanwhile, I wished to share the information about the organization and dissuade individuals from utilizing Metro Van Lines.

Regardless of the reviews I’ve read online I took an opportunity in utilizing this moving business. There were a few mistakes, but overall the transfer went really well in contrast to previous businesses I’ve proceeded. I truly enjoyed the hard work and efficacy for this provider.
