Canceled the Night Before- Screwed us bigtime

Don’t use those movers anything you’re doing! We booked them a month beforehand, emailing them and speaking with them a few days before our move. Even speak to them daily prior to the transfer. They called us the night before at 5pm prior to the movement and canceled saying among those employees had COVID-19 along with another two refuse to do the job. I inquired how many men and women are in your organization and he said 4. We had been going to Delaware another morning and had no movers anymore because of this knock off. I didn’t believe a word he said. He just offered to refund my deposit. I could not believe what I was hearing. I am presently focusing on suing him in court for the prices I had to cover employ new movers in this short abrupt moment. Entirely unprofessional.ZERO stars. Worst ever!!!!

    WORSE MOVERS EVER

This was undoubtedly the worse experience I’ve ever had dealing with movers. All these three Uzbek talking russian are a lot of hustlers, point blank. They attempt to bully you. They’re extremely loud, disrespectful and only a lot of crooks. The first thing they did when they arrived in was to speak about hints, requiring tens of thousands of dollars of advice just so that they can work round both &1/2 hours. They kept adding more & more charges. RUN WHILE YOU CAN

    Terrible Experience

What a dreadful experience.  Movers showed up two hours early.  Begged for hints that the whole time.  They then broke my tv.  Owner admitted fault and then backtracked and said that was not the situation.  I’m now suing them.   I wouldn’t advise using this moving business.

Very Late, Hurried Everthing Broke / Made Scaratches

I had been advised we are the 2nd pickup about the moving day however they showed up at 4 pm with a mindset talked in Russian – dashed what awakened a big mirror that goes together with our vest and producing many scrapes during proceeding compared to 200.00 over that which had been bought for 1 br out of East Brunswick into Edison, we packed all ourselves except for paintings, mirror along with TV

Great Service at a reasonable price.

Just finishing up a simple move thanks to those men!   As a result of Gene, Michael and Steven for being such amazing help! The men showed up exactly when they said they would be there and hustled the whole day – from packaging at the old spot to unloading in the new location. They did not quit working not even for another, and think me I had some thick things to maneuver around.  They were very professional and very cautious with all the walls and furniture.  Personally, I transferred a great deal of homes before, for mepersonally, brothers cousins and coped with many companies earlier. I am quite pleased with their job, and would absolutely recommend you with moving for this corporation. Will definitely look to Great Eastern Movers if and once we go again!

    Excellent

Extended day but a good moving experience. I never needed to move a complete home before. I transferred an apartment value but not a three bedroom home. The team that arrived to transfer me were good. The 3 men functioned as a staff and nearly didnt talk as though they knew exactly what each other were believing and called each others activities. In the close of the afternoon, it took seven hours to maneuver my house. I honestly expected this to require more time but I am telling you that, the moving team was amazing. My second movement will be for a lengthy time but in case any of my loved ones or friends will need to proceed, I understand Great Eastern are the one to perform it.

This was the final minute proceed. The sales man did smooth and effortless booking. I had been shifting one bedroom apartment filled with boxes and furniture the one thing I had been concerned in my writing desk with a roster wich is essential for me personally but it has arrived in precisely the exact same condition. Professional team , they did a nice and quick job. Thank you for all. I would recommend this organization. In the event you will need stress less support which will be the Wright alternative.

    Ct. Great Service

Very professional and prompt. Beginning from earnings, to foreman into helpers all were fantastic. Crew came punctually and delivered all of the goods without a scrape. I’d recommend and use them again and again should I want to move. I’ve researched several companies before picking them since I needed to trust my merchandise only to reputable businesses. Excellent service at a wonderful cost.

Do not go with this company

I chose to go for this business since they had been the cheapest cost. I phoned them and they offered me to get $1200 out of NJ into NV. I requested all of the fundamental questions I could consider. They said that the pay .60 percent when damaged. Additionally, I inquired if $1200 was my own whole price and also if there had been anything else I will be paying for. They said NO. $1200 insured everything. They did inform me that the only thing I’d pay additional to get is whether the movers needed to utilize their equipment which I knew.

Come moving day that was August 14, 2015. They said they’d arrive in my house involving 8AM-10AM. They came at precisely 8AM that was a fantastic sign. However, as soon as they arrived inside began to go back. I pretty much packed all of my stuff, and so I understood what was in what box and thus I felt safe with my own valuables. My TV has been wrapped round a thick blanket. They chose to wrap it themselves. My vacuum was also something which presumed have to be wrapped. They chose to package 4 boxes. I said alright. As it came time for them to arrange everything, the man showed me that my bill and it came out for $1500 plus some shift. I couldn’t believe it. They were charging me $90 in gas fee. This made me angry as I had no idea I will be paying a petrol fee. When I first called the business they never said that!! If it came time for them to render the man said”So are you really going to offer us a suggestion?” . I consider him with disbelief and said”Alright hold on” as my wallet was at my area. I opted to provide a $30 suggestion because there were 3 workers. So I guessed $10 each. Just as I handed it to him he said”Would you provide a bit more?” . I moved back into my area and got 10 more. So I gave them a total of 40 suggestion. Call me an pushover but I hate confrontation of any sort. My Mom and buddy were in exactly the identical area as it happened and discovered all. After they abandon you can think I called the company and complained about it. The man on the phone said he’d require the $40 from my moving cost. Additionally, I gave him an ear full of the gas fee since when I first called they expressly said I might just be paying $1200.

Come coming day. It took them fourteen days to send to Nevada that is exactly what they told me would me. Therefore it was great. It was 2 men who sent. We reside in a two story home. The men asked where we needed them to place everything. We asked whether they could put some things upstairs and they stated”We could make it upstairs but it’ll be an additional cost”. I look at these again with disbelief and said not to mind you can make it in the doorway. They proceeded everything in and advised us to test to assess when we had all. By everything they imply opening each box and assessing. Fortunately my mother noticed I had been missing my vacuum plus a modest mini Irish pub that has been granted to me once when my Grandma passed out. They moved straight back on the truck to receive it. What I did not understand is that my things could be sent to a track along with different peoples material. The matter to do is that my material has been pushed into a corner. I guess that’s there method of dividing things. You’d thing there might happen to be a wall or something to divide it but no! So then I said”If something is broken or missing has been covered under warranty right?” . Then he says”Just the things the firm packaged is covered under guarantee this is the reason why you will need to check now.” That stunned me even more because when I called the very first time they said that which was covered under guarantee. I got so fed up I stated”Okay everything is fine”. They left and I did not bother leaving a hint!

Come December 2015 I understood that one box is lost since there were just two things I could not find. Even a Blanket I got in my dad if he traveled to Hong Kong that was that the duvet I used to wrap the TV the first time and a few workout weights I got out of my Grandmother if she passed out. Those two things were thrown into a box that the company packed. I predict the business believing it’d be covered since they packaged it along with my comprehension is guarantee only covers the things they packaged! A representative informs me that because its been 3 months that there is nothing they could do. I said”Well is not there a lost and found?” . He informs me”There is not anything from the lost and found”! I wrapped up and just can’t believe that this company is still in business!

My boxes have been labeled”5″. What exactly can you do with boxes which don’t get sent to the operator? You retain it? They do not even bother calling you to allow you to know! In my box did not get delivered to me personally it ought to be at a lost and found!

    Fast and careful movers

That is actually the 2nd time we employed this moving business.  Back in July, we transferred our Mother’s furniture to storage.   The men were not any crap and transferred the furniture promptly.  There was not any harm to some of those products.  I believed they were somewhat costly for 3.5 hours and packing fees in $625.00.  We also gave every man a $40.00 suggestion as they were really cautious.  I had been so pleased together and only attempted to use them back to transfer my son back to college from the Bronx.  They stated that they don’t visit the Bronx!

Move from Camp Hill PA to North Vale. NJ.

3 guys showed up in our House in Camp Hill PA. with a Massive tall truck on Tuesday morning at 11:30.   I had been told they’d be there between 11 & 12. I moved across the movement in detail together with all the foreman. Our transfer had 5 stops at New Jersey because we had been downsizing and falling off furniture in our children homes and a few things at our brand new shop. Together we made a decision to tag big rooms and things with the speech of every drop-down pt. They packaged and packed all in 5 hrs and we all agreed to meet at the very first halt in Maywood NJ at 9:30 the following morning and also at 9:31 they had been there. Then we stopped in Paramus, Old Tappan and my kid’s in North Vale. The last stop was in our brand new condominium in addition in North Vale. Everything was off loaded and also the furniture has been put and replaced by which my wife informed them. They needed to shift things around a long time because my spouse kept changing her head. They’re just great the whole time. The movement has been virtually flawless. I’d find a scrape in my previous desk and a number of the tape that they used left marks which needed to be washed away, and all in all manner better then we expected. The very best part is that they were $1,000.00 less than another moving bidding. They billed just what I had been quoted and naturally I introduced every inspector having a wonderful tip. I’d recommend them to anybody going between PA and NJ

    ITEMS NOT DELIVERED

They’re scam artists, both bullies and complete a nasty crowd – in brief they scheduled to 8am into clentch that the busness & pacify us and then they showed up at 4;30pm and said that they might have only cancelled but wished to do the task but now they repent it. They stated”either way you’d whine… so what exactly do we put back into the vehicle and go home? After that unpleasntness was over they found, made, made a new dilema. They said that they wouldn’t take our items linked to some box dilemma. To exemplify this greater 60 percent of the flat contents were already out of the home either in the garage or driveway , 2 dressers, 1 of 2 2 couches, 4 lamps 4 nighttables, 3 finish table 1 loveseat, two couches, two king size beds plus a childs bed ) The clailmed that my poles were too little ( (those were LOWES MEDIUM & massive BOXES) and could thrash around creating for hazardous driving condintion along with increasea hazard to my items so… they’d seel me poles to rectify the issue and we’re blessed they market to get 16$ but they’d take a couple bucks. The oddest part was that they made it crystal clear that nothing was likely to be transferred until they have been purchased and re-pakaged or people consistently had the choice of phoning a closed workplace and reschedulong the transfer. Pleased bear in mind that this occured ON jUNE 29 I needed to be transferred out by July 1st. THey took the long way around back in NY while already on the perfect side of the GW bridge  that took them 45 minutes longer and toll ocost… they then got stuck in the base of the drive ( they truck needed a loading stage. . ) So that they were not able to rescue and needed to await a towtruck that they left along with my item s back tpo Brooklyn. Then they wanted me to spend money on the truck and also the round trip back into their own truck region and the labour to float and change trucks this invoice was 1600$ complete that would mean I might owe them 1000$ more. Ive tried to get them 6 time today they simply hang up and on one occasion he said” I snapped out that stuff”.   I will telephone NEWS12 ROCKLAND COUNTY!! Our entire life was in this truck! Our kid’s baby photos garments , our  computers, our marriage photos, our jackets, clothing, unform, diplomas, kitchen apppliances, art from when my family lived in Gabon, Kaplan inspection books which cost me 500$.

    Bad service

Poor company, ruined a great deal of furniture, spoke about Russian and laughed mocked and murdered, Salesman Alexander also quite rude, request a high tip in order that they do not charge for packaging, so do not remove packaging or put up right awful service would certainly not advocate. Do not set everything up, horrible impolite, and take lunch breaks with no understanding and whine about that which they handed to take Don’t listen
