WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR THEIR AFFILIATES. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY. Pan American Relocation Services isn’t a real moving firm. They’re a moving agency agent which aligns themselves with less than professional moving companies. They set up my transfer from NC to MO using a moving company named Better Rate Movers. It had been among the most dreadful and unprofessional adventures of my professional life. If you like being unable to converse to somebody that will assist you, or if you like being medicated EXTREMELY rudely and waiting within a month to your own furniture to be sent, or when you like being told you’ll need to pay an additional charge to unload the truck and move your furniture in, or cover a $7 per measure fee, then by all means, telephone Pan American Relocation Services and have them reserve your transfer with Better Rate Movers. Otherwise, STAY AWAY. Both of these businesses are the most obnoxious, rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever addressed.

Just try and locate a genuine mover, why agents even exist as far as I could tell is as they can advertise much better.

Those men communicate exceptionally little, are as obscure as possible and keep you in the dark. They underquoted me essentially on purpose. I retained expressing doubts regarding the quote and all they ever had was reassuring phrases. Surprise, invoice was 30% greater than quote.

I was also on the telephone twice together inquiring about shipping time, especially saying when I knew it’d occur. When they movers came, they allow me know it’d be 1-3 weeks, first time that I ever heard about this.

Now that they got their money, aided only about not at all, I expect to not hear from them.

I really do wish I’d discovered my movers straight.
