PA Residential and Commercial Service

On January 13th 2017, I contacted Tim Everson of both”Pa.. Residential and Commercial Services, LLC.” , through”Thumbtack” on line, to ask about a transfer for my older parents to happen in February 16th from Shippensburg into Mechanicsburg. Following discussion of cost, he hired him. I managed the whole transaction from start to finish. The movement itself went decent. The issue I’m reporting occurred after he had been paid as well as the moving of these products was intact. Throughout the movement a drawer at a dresser was busted. Tim promptly took responsibility for this and stated that he could have it mended, with a friend, also chose the drawer together with him. It was in February. He contacted me on March 14th through text message, also said he’d shot the jar to”a buddy’s store” to be repaired but apparently it wasn’t possible. He said that he’d attempt to obtain a new drawer in the furniture business. On April 23rd, without hearing anything for more than a month, then I contacted Tim again, again through text. He explained he had been in Mexico and could be home in a Couple of Days, but that he planned on with his buddy examine it to determine whether it
Could be mended. This was clearly not true because he informed me already several weeks before that he had already done that and it wasn’t possible. He immediately corrected himself and said he couldn’t track down a drawer. I requested him to Learn of the furniture firm if the dresser may be replaced.I informed
Him I wanted that done at his cost. He said he’d discover the price and see whether it’s” within a fair cost”. I thought that was absurd, as I had been confident they were guaranteed at the start of our trade. I told him how frustrated I was and that I needed this to be cared for immediately.
On May 18th rather than hearing anything again I contacted him once more, again through text. This was a whole 3 weeks following my parent’s proceed. My dad dresser was sitting with no drawer for many this time. I’ve yet to listen to anything again. Dishonest, unprofessional and irresponsible firm. Beware!
