This business ought to be known as movers out of hell. They showed up late to pick up our possessions. They showed up at 10 pm and didn’t quit until 4 am. They abandoned our home and lawn ruined. Then they charged us twice the quote and held our possessions hostage for 2 weeks before we paid them twice the price that has been negotiated. Our possessions were assumed to be sent (I have this in writing) about the 6th or 7th. It’s the 18th and we’ve not obtained our things however. They’re holding our things hostage and then extorting us to get more income. We’ll be filing criminal and civil fees when this thing is all said and done. This business shouldn’t be in company.

Nothing whatsoever went directly with the support. The moving team was overdue. I needed to telephone the office 10 days before they really got out someone to support the move which we’d setup for 3 months. This was the most stressful situation I’ve ever delt with. Everything was just a wreck and I need I never used their services. My furniture was ruined and when I inquired about some form of refund they threatend to store my things if I didnt cover. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. I’ll do anything within my capacity to be certain that no one else has burnt by theese guys again.
