NJ Pro Movers

Now is the date of my transfer (6/29), also I am writing this review after getting a telephone call that my service was CANCELLED!!!! I am beyond mad. 
Last week, I’d scheduled my transfer at 9am in the afternoon.   A day ahead, I called to confirm that my reservation was still set. 
This morning, I still really did not hear by the moving agency.   I waited til 9:30would be to get them.   The agent advised me that the movers have been helping another client and that They’d desire until 1PM!!!   This can be 4 hours later than the scheduled time!   I was mad but chose to wait, hoping that they would come. 
In 1:15pm, no trucks or drivers at sight.   I contacted the agent, Roger, again… just to hear that the motorists were helping the client in a remote place and that the earliest they would Have the Ability to establish would be SUNDAY… Yes, even SUNDAY!!!  
Obviously, the customer support is dreadful.   The agents didn’t have the decency or consenting to let me understand that their drivers could be late…
This shifting service is inexpensive because of this.   They probably double reserve their customers or care when the following client must wait.   This company Is Totally unreliable!  
I was fortunately able to speak to a different moving agency to simply transfer, but my deadline is totally thrown away and I am worried that this other service may cancel. .   
Moving is stressful enough.   I Wouldn’t recommend this firm in Any Way.

I transferred with NJ Professional movers and quite happy with the movers and the moving business which setup and organized everything for us. Excellent proceed all the way through from begin to finish. The quotation remained the exact same and I’m content with the decision I made for my own move. Should I proceed later on NJ Professional movers are the folks I call.They looked too great to be accurate in relation to each of the reviews but I’d use them and am currently writing an overview in their favor too
